Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I haven't been to a Cane's in so long so I was excited to grab a gallon of lemonade and 2 meals. Come to find hair in the chicken tenders, the lemonade was also super watered down and like if it was left over or just being made. I went super early in the morning around 950am. I would have been ok if they told me that the lemonade wasn't ready or they were out rather than paying for almost water. Such a bummer since I used to love Cane's. I will not be back to anymore locations, let alone will not come back to this one. Update: I called the number on the receipt and they took the information. The representative was super sweet and understanding, as well as patient.

I pull up to the window to pay and the girl says “box combo and sandwich?” I say yes. Get home expecting to eat the food I paid for and I don’t see a sandwich. Second time this has happened. This is my go to location. Disappointed.

Ordered my food to be for curbside order and after waiting 10+ min I went inside. Older lady working there had my order right behind her. I should’ve just went through the drive thru; I would’ve gotten fresh food that way. Take off the curbside button to this location if workers are too lazy to do curbside orders. Keep in mind there was only ONE person dining in not even busy at all.

I love canes as a good cheat treat. Although I’m really upset to see NO ONE has a hair net on. None on the breads, not on the heads. I’m quite honestly done eating at fast food restaurants as this isn’t the first time this has happened to me here or other establishments bcus for some reason hair nets are not very much required anymore. Not sure why if I already found hair in my food more than 3 times.

This place is horrible when it comes to the drive thru. Been waiting for 20 minutes. I can’t even leave since I’m on the first lane. They take for ever then when they take your order you can’t even hear the person on the speaker. I regret coming to this location.

I should have known it would be delicious, the drive through line was around the building. But it went really fast though. I have the box combo. It was really good, hot, juicy, chicken with cool sweet cooked slaw, crispy fries and a coke. Great combo. Will definitely be back. Kudos for being open a little later than other places, I work nights and need a quick hit sometimes.

We always come here since its closer 2 our house and it disappointed us more everytime. There was a hair on fries and reading at past comments I guess this is common. Their chicken looked more like nuggets ,food was cold we did drive thru this time but when we dine in they never have ice .

My family and I went in today for lunch. The service here was horrible. The atmosphere was horrible maybe because they employee's made it that way. The lady at the front counter had an ugly attitude. She was not polite at all or even welcoming. Some tables had not been clean properly. There was water and soda spilled by some tables. Over all the service was at its lowest.
