Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Always a good experience at this location. Super friendly staff, the food is fresh and hot and the dining room and bathrooms were clean. They had someone cleaning the dining tables as people were leaving so that was nice to see. Good drink selection and the outside seating was nice too. Ask for the bread to be buttered on both sides, it's a game changer, also ask for hot sauce. Just learned they have honey mustard in case you don't like the canes sauce.

I haven't been to a Cane's in so long so I was excited to grab a gallon of lemonade and 2 meals. Come to find hair in the chicken tenders, the lemonade was also super watered down and like if it was left over or just being made. I went super early in the morning around 950am. I would have been ok if they told me that the lemonade wasn't ready or they were out rather than paying for almost water. Such a bummer since I used to love Cane's. I will not be back to anymore locations, let alone will not come back to this one. Update: I called the number on the receipt and they took the information. The representative was super sweet and understanding, as well as patient.

This Raising Cane’s never disappoints! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and delicious, and the Cane’s sauce is unbeatable. The staff here is super friendly and welcoming, and they get the food out fast. The restaurant is clean, the vibe is fun, and you can tell they take pride in great service. Easily one of my favorite spots for chicken fingers!

I pull up to the window to pay and the girl says “box combo and sandwich?” I say yes. Get home expecting to eat the food I paid for and I don’t see a sandwich. Second time this has happened. This is my go to location. Disappointed.

I would not recommend going to this canes If I could give a 0 stars I would. We were at the drive thru we got our order and paid. We go to the window to get our food. they did not have our order or receipt Even though we paid and the lady in the window was being rude and unprofessional and then she tried to charge us again even though we paid already an kept giving attitude for something that wasn’t our fault. Clearly they don’t know what their doing.

This is a great canes ! I love love the workers , ivonne, is the sweetest worker ! She has the glasses and the best attitude! I will come here always ! Give her a raise ! And I'm a manager at a fast food restaurant, id scoop her up for a employee any day !!!

Ordered my food to be for curbside order and after waiting 10+ min I went inside. Older lady working there had my order right behind her. I should’ve just went through the drive thru; I would’ve gotten fresh food that way. Take off the curbside button to this location if workers are too lazy to do curbside orders. Keep in mind there was only ONE person dining in not even busy at all.

I love canes as a good cheat treat. Although I’m really upset to see NO ONE has a hair net on. None on the breads, not on the heads. I’m quite honestly done eating at fast food restaurants as this isn’t the first time this has happened to me here or other establishments bcus for some reason hair nets are not very much required anymore. Not sure why if I already found hair in my food more than 3 times.
