Raleigh’s Newest Bar Requires a $40 Key - Eater Carolinas

"Located in the Ramada Inn, Jaipur offers a variety of familiar appetizers like meat samosas and vegetable samosas, as well as curries ranging from vindaloo, to mutton, to mango chicken. The most appeal comes in the form of the naan varieties ‚— think chicken tikka naan, stuffed with chicken tikka and herbs. The restaurant is self-described as offering “sophistication and an era of rural India.”" - Katie Toussaint

We stayed at this Ramada Inn the first weekend of Oct. '25. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked into the lobby. It was bright, clean and we were warmly greeted by staff. We stayed in a suite which was very nice as it was two separate rooms each with it's own TV and temperature control system. The bed was comfortable with soft bedding. Our bathroom area was also clean and fresh with plentiful, surprisingly soft towels. The shower even had good water pressure. Though we didn't use all of the amenities available, we walked around and saw an attractive dining area where a complimentary hot breakfast is served for several hours each morning. The pool looked great as did the adjoining landscaped area with a gazebo. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the price. Even the suite was very affordable. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel last night for the Jonas brother concert and all the staff was phenomenal and were very helpful when we needed self care items. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a decent variety for hotel breakfast. We did have one small issue with our room and the staff were absolutely so helpful and accommodating with it! Definitely recommend

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, very nice staff. From the front desk to the lovely people running the included breakfast buffet which is filling. I also liked i could buy a beer from the front desk for my room. It was convenient and priced well. There is a pretty pool outside and the location was great for Lenovo Center concert. We walked to the show. I would stay here again.

THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE STATEMENT- MOSTLY MY OPINION AND OBSERVATION. The carpet has to be removed, due to sanitation. I’m almost sure environmental services are doing a wonderful job, however the carpet’s are grungy-visible stains on the stairwell and in other areas(this is beyond ES control). I appreciate this hotel accommodating me having a dog - and in my opinion , rooms that host dogs shouldn’t have carpet to ensure cleanliness. This hotel could stand some upgrades - such as replacing carpets with hard flooring, new toilet seats, shower heads, new linen and possibly throw in some new wipe clean furniture-this will make an outdated hotel look standard and exceptional across the board. This hotel was close to the stadium where I attended. This hotel had wonderful -exceptional staff. I was also allowed to bring my dog for $25 fee - very reasonable.

The hotel is nice but the elevator is all the way at the back of the hotel so if you have heavy or multiple suitcases you may want to request a 1st floor room. The hot and cold Breakfast buffet was good and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean but dated and the A/C needs a dehumidifier so the room feels and smells a little damp. The bed was fine but The towels are the best, they are Soft and they actually dry your body. The shower was also very refreshing and relaxing. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Me and my partner have stayed at a lot of establishments with our service animals and this has to be one of the cleanest, spacious and nicest places for the money we have ever spent. We would gladly stay at this hotel again and are moving to this area but haven’t found our home just yet too bad they don’t offer extended stay discounts or we would stay here until we found our place. Breakfast was very tasty also. Thanks Ramada for your hospitality!!

Easy to find, great location if needing somewhere near the arena to stay for a low price. Check in and checkout were swift and easy. Very welcoming and friendly staff! They recommended that we walk to the Lenovo Center instead of driving and I'm glad we took their advice, otherwise we would have wasted time and money driving there and paying $40 for parking. It was a mile walk, took us less than 20 minutes. I did not notice a bad smell as others stated in their reviews- It smelled like cleaning supplies to me. The room was spotless, the AC was cold, the bed was comfortable. The only complaints I have is that we didn't have much toilet paper in the bathroom upon checking in and the water never got hot, just lukewarm, which made for a fast, cold shower before hitting up the complementary breakfast bar. Breakfast was delicious and hot. They have a nice outside area with a pool that a lot of people were enjoying but we forgot our swimsuits! Next time we'll remember to pack them. We'll be back when our favorite artists visit Raleigh again.

This hotel is very conveniently located to NC State and Meredith College. The facility is a bit dated, but otherwise very nice. It is due for a facelift, but was very nice in its day, and is definitely worth the price that you pay. The bed was pretty comfortable and the room was comfortable for the price. The staff were a little less than helpful, but adequate. The place was clean and I did feel safe. Each room has an exterior door to either the courtyard or parking or to a balcony. I could see some folks feeling less than safe in this situation. The breakfast was pretty basic for “full breakfast” at a hotel. The morning that I was there, there were eggs, but no breakfast meat. Coffee was just okay. Overall, this is a great value for the money, and I would stay there again if business called me to this part of Raleigh.
