"Located in the Ramada Inn, Jaipur offers a variety of familiar appetizers like meat samosas and vegetable samosas, as well as curries ranging from vindaloo, to mutton, to mango chicken. The most appeal comes in the form of the naan varieties ‚— think chicken tikka naan, stuffed with chicken tikka and herbs. The restaurant is self-described as offering “sophistication and an era of rural India.”" - Katie Toussaint

It says 2 stars but it’s probably for tax purposes or so. Hotel is great, like really the best you could expect for the price. Great breakfast. We walked in without reservation and were immediately placed in a double room on the floor we requested. Staff was professional. There is cable TV with HBO, plenty of space, and a magnificent recliner rocking chair. Toiletries were placed in the room, small Dove soap bar in a box and shampoo. Rooms have a balcony! And pool (if only it was warmer in January!) Everything is 5 stars.

The King Suite we were given did not have a pullout couch (as advertised/booked) just a small loveseat that did not pullout into a bed, so we had to call the front desk and their only solution was to give us a rollaway bed (no apology either). The king bed was rock solid and impossible to sleep on (seriously, the floor might've been more comfortable) - my daughter and I were extremely tired the entire stay due to the inability to sleep due to the hard bed and the fact that the AC/heater in that room did not heat correctly (it was freezing cold at 76 on Heat). ||The TV in the living room wouldn’t come on at all. The carpets were all very worn. Despite being a smoke free hotel, all of the towels smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are very thin - you can hear everything as people walk down the hallway or the room next door. ||The free buffet was inedible (eggs that I couldn't even choke down as they tasted nothing like eggs but just a nasty taste) & they didn’t serve the promised bacon on Saturday. If you like fresh fruit, they have bruised apples and they had off-brand cereals. Otherwise, it was old looking sausage and overcooked grits.||The room keys had to rekeyed because they can’t get near Bluetooth or electronics - in this day & age! This happened several times and was very inconvenient - especially when I had to walk around outside to the front since the side doors wouldn't open! ||The only elevator (that I was told about & does not have a safety inspection posted) was in the far back of the hotel but near the door with steps - if you need ADA access, I’d recommend only 1st floor. It was highly inconvenient to have to come in one of the front doors & walk all the way back to the elevator to get to our 2nd floor room. ||This place needs a major overhaul. It was by for the worst hotel experience I’ve had in a very long time.

I recently stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham near the PNC Arena while attending a concert, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, but the warm welcome from the staff set a positive tone right from check-in. The gentleman at the front desk provided exceptional customer service, making the process quick and easy. The room, while slightly dated, was impeccably clean and comfortable. One of the highlights was the nice balcony with a sliding glass door, which added a lovely touch to our stay. The location is fantastic for anyone attending events at the arena, making it very convenient. Although we didn't partake in the breakfast, it appeared to be a decent continental spread. The only downside was the hallway carpet, which could use a steam cleaning to enhance the overall appearance of the hotel. The bar was decent for a quick drink, and while the pool closes early, it was a nice amenity. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel for its great location and cleanliness, especially for concert-goers.

Decent value for a stay at Ramada, especially if you’re working remotely. The room has some older features – the mattress was on the hard side, and fixtures like the iron and shower faucet showed their age. On the bright side, the office space in the room was very convenient for getting work done, and free breakfast is included, which was a nice touch. Friendly check-in service and efficient check-out made things easy. However, I’d avoid staying here during the NC fair; it gets too busy. Overall, it's a reasonable option if you're not looking for luxury but want solid basics.

Very pleased with the facility overall. The room was surprisingly comfortable, and my wife and I were very pleased with the accommodations. I would recommend changing mattresses out a little sooner, since they do tend to have a small sag in them from people sleeping on the same spot time and again. Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. Great job Ramada Inn!!

We stayed at this location due to its proximity to the Carolina Hurricanes arena. We were VERY pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff, the beautiful lobby and courtyard and the clean, well appointed room. The breakfast was also worthy of mention with hot eggs, sausage, pancakes, grits, cereals, bagels, toast, juices, etc, etc.

Positive: Convenient location. Pleasant staff. Plenty of hot water. Negative: Pillows are lumpy or flat but they are clean so probably washed often. The breakfast was a disappointment for someone who has food restrictions. I can?t eat wheat and don?t eat sausage. There wasn?t yogurt or any other meat. The coffee was very good.
