Ramen Station Opening in Grant Park - Eater Atlanta

"Ramen Station is the latest venture by Michael Lo and chef George Yu, known for their other establishments such as Taiyo Ramen in Decatur and Suzy Siu’s Baos at Krog Street Market. The new restaurant is set to open on Thursday, September 20, and is located at Larkin on Memorial in Grant Park. While the menu hasn't been released, it is expected to offer items similar to Taiyo's offerings, including baos, rice bowls, and various types of ramen, such as tonkotsu, spicy beef, and seafood ramen." - Beth McKibben

I was a little concerned after reading reviews and seeing some sketchy bowls of ramen... but I was pleasantly surprised by my order. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen - which is always my favorite. The pork was definitely not the correct kind (not spiral sliced pork belly) and it was all too expensive... but I very much enjoyed it. I ordered extra noodles but not extra broth, so I ended up with a noodle heavy bowl, but that's on me.

I wouldn't come here again. It's not worth going through Atlanta traffic. There were no customers when I went, but there were no clean tables to sit at. The ramen on the menu is basic, so you have to add toppings yourself, which is extra$ just to make it look like a regular bowl. They give you the extra topping on the side in cups, and the toppings were fridge cold.

Don’t do it. I came to this location hoping for a great experience, but unfortunately it wasn’t so pleasant. 1. Upon entering no one greeted me at all. I asked about the menu and how to pronounce something and girl said she didn’t know. 2. After ordering I decided to dine in. However all of the tables were dirty and there was food on the floor. I was immediately turned off but I waited anyway. I was the only customer in this establishment and the employees were sitting on the phone. (Having been in restaurant management I’d say if you got time to lean you got time to clean) 3. A roach ran across the floor and it wasn’t a cockroach. It was a German roach which indicated a cleanliness issue. I packed my food Togo because I was a bit disgusted. I brought the roach to the staffs attention and they brushed me off and went pay to playing on the phone. Times are hard and keeping good staff is hard to come by. Hopefully training or some morale boost will happen here because the team you had at your location about 30 minutes are terrible. I actually hate I tipped before the experience.

Google
The Tonkotsu ramen was decent. The broth had a good flavor, but was a little salty. The noodles were good in comparison to many ramen places, and the portion was large. I thought the pork bao was very tasty, and a also a good size. I will definitely go back again, as it is very convenient for me. I can't wait to try the brussel sprouts. Also, the ambiance of the restaurant is neat. I like the Japanese themed movie posters as the table markers. However, I sat at the bar, and the seats were not very comfortable.

Google
Ramen is such a great meal on a rainy day. My friends and I decided to stop in during our workday. I ordered the battle Royale rice ball. My friends ordered the Mega Tonkotsu Ramen, spicy Tonkotsu and the regular Tonkotsu. Everybody finished their meal and was very happy with it. We were very happy that we stop by here for lunch. The staff is very nice. It wasn’t super busy when we came in so we were able to find a table and relax and the food came out quickly. If you haven’t tried the spot yet definitely give it a try. It is a great lunch or dinner option.

Google
I love coming to the ramen station. They have the best noddle options. I don’t know if they changed management or if management is the same. My issue is with the Spicy beef entree. Spicy is good , but so spicy to where you can no longer taste your food is just outright unsatisfying.

Google
Had the Crab and Shrimp Rice bowl, Gyoza, Chicken Teriaki, Spicy Beef Ramen and the Kids Pork Ramen. Everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. Price was as expected and typical for other dedicated Ramen places I have visited in Atlanta and other cities. Bonus treat that the kids meal was complimentary because there was a special Mondays-Thursdays from 3pm to 6pm. Only issue was that the restaurant was sweltering. A couple of our dishes were spicy and the hot interior of the restaurant was pretty uncomfortable. Would definitely visit again, but maybe in a cooler time of the year. Yum!

Google
I was very curious about this place and saw some good reviews (and photos) so decided to try - btw I make own ramen from scratch at home. In my humble opinion, ramen is 60% broth (and sauce), 30% noodles and 10% toppings. That being said, noodles and toppings were excellent with Tonkotsu Ramen that I ordered - straight and thin noodles that you’re supposed to use for Tonkotsu Ramen, Chashu was very tender and tasty and Aji Tamago were cooked and marinated perfectly. But the broth…. It doesn’t taste bad but it seems pretty obvious that after they cooked Tonkotsu broth they thinned it out with water and added pretty good amount of MSG to compensate for it (cost cutting) - after eating half of the soup it made my tongue little numb. It’s a good looking Ramen bowl. I hope they’ll improve on their broth.

Yelp
Service is always great and the food is delicious! I've tried a couple different ramens and the broth is always rich. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
"If In the Cut was a place, it would be this spot! I stumbled upon it on Yelp craving something different, and boy, did it deliver. In my Keith Lee voice, let's rate it on a scale of one to ten. But jokes aside, I opted for the chicken Ramen, which came with delicious fried chicken, a perfectly cooked egg, and all the traditional Ramen fixings. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, with free games, outdoor dining, and an array of cool Asian-inspired decor. Now, let's talk about the real MVP--the lovely Hispanic lady who juggled front counter duties, online orders, and cooking with grace. She deserves a stellar ten-star rating for her incredible multitasking skills and warm demeanor. As for the Ramen itself, it was decent, but nothing to write home about. I felt it lacked a bit of flavor and was missing that special something. However, I'm willing to give another style a shot next time. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I'll be back for more. Cheers to good vibes and even better eats!"

Yelp
Ramen Station is my daughter's favorite restaurant. If she could go every day she would, especially with the video game and vending machines they now have in front. Their ramen is good -- the tonkatsu broth is my favorite and that tamago egg on top is great. The miso salmon bowl is also pretty good. The brussels sprouts used to be our go to, but lately it has been obscenely oily. But what compelled me to write a review was the false advertising for their "Kids Eat Free" sign that's on their window. It says Kids Eat Free from I believe 3-6 pm M-F (I forgot to take a pic while we were there last). One day we went with friends who had 2 kids and they were told it's only for 1 kid. Then, when we went for my daughter's birthday (she picked Ramen Station has her birthday dinner), though it was about 5:15 when we arrived, they said that it's only good until 5pm even though the sign said 6pm. I know having restaurant is not easy, but the lack of integrity has me questioning this establishment. I wish they would just take the sign down. We are going to explore some new ramen places and hopefully my daughter will find a new favorite.

Yelp
Tasty with great service. Clean as a whistle and bathroom was also immaculate. I judge places by their restrooms. Lots of parking. Absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this restaurant and It's pretty simple inside. You place your order at the counter and then have a seat. All condiments, forks, napkins are at the counter. I wanted to love the food, but I just couldn't get pass the flavor of the the spicy beef broth, it just wasn't for me. The beef steamed bun was delicious, but everything else was just okay. I left after eating my apps and taking only a few bites of my spicy beef bowl. One out of three of us left with an empty bowl. I probably won't be back for more unfortunately.

Yelp
I ordered ramen to go, never having been here before. Needless to say, I felt like I was eating hot water with noodles in it. No flavor. Would not recommend this place.

Yelp
I had my expectations when I ordered food to go from Ramen Station, but at best, it was mediocre. I wanted to opt for the rice bowl set, but thought that would have been a lot of food so I stuck with the rice bowl only. My husband got the shio chicken ramen (not pictured). As a positive note, I was pleasantly surprised that my bowl got TONS of toppings - green onions, caramelized onions, pickled ginger, seaweed strips, bok choy and shoyu egg. Rice was a little undercooked for my liking and the tofu was fried nicely, plus the sauce really brought the dish together. Miso soup it came with was also very tasty. There was an obnoxious amount of pickled ginger, which I'm not a fan of but forgot to modify my order, plus lots of green onions, which I love but I feel like I'll have onion breath for the next few days. My husband said his ramen is decent but lacks flavor. It was a lighter broth compared to a pork bone broth. We did get our food at the time they said it will be ready by.

Yelp
I ordered a Karaage rice bowl. It was a delivery to my home. It showed up with no rice. What good is a rice bowl wroth no rice? So I tried phoning them to foxx the error, but no one answer the phone. In fact, the whole Korean Wives Group has no one manning the phones. A big disappointment!

Yelp
I am Japanese Pastor of Georgia True Family CommunityCenter. I had a TonKotsu Ramen. Taste was good, but it not original soup. The poke was original, it wad a good part . .

Yelp
The food here was so good! I had the spicy beef but I asked them to put the spicy base for the broth on the side. I wasn't sure how hot it was going to be. I'm glad I did because when I started adding it, it definitely could have been super spicy. The fried brussels sprouts were amazing! I could probably sit there and keep eating them all day lol And I also enjoyed the pork belly steamed bun. On top of the great food the people are super nice. Overall I give this place 5 stars! Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Really Really Really Good! Service was great and fast! I got the Spicy Beef. Everything about this Ramen was A1. Spring Rolls are great as well. Nice seating area outside too

Yelp
First off the CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS superb the Brussels omgggg I could eat them every day and the ramen I got the tonkotsu spicy it was delicious and again the workers were so welcoming and had lots of personality Ill be back!!!!!

Yelp
My lunch today consisted of the Spicey Chicken Rame and a pork bun. The ramen was not hot and definitely not spicey. The broth was tasty, but the chicken was DRY as dirt on a sunny day and obviously was not cooked with the broth flavors. It's a no for me. At least I tried it.

Yelp
The food was horrible, and the service was even worst which is quite unbelievable considering we were the only two customers. I would never visit this fried up place again.

Yelp
It was actually our ITP yelp extraordinaire, Christina V, who put me on to Ramen station right in the heart of the pandemic, and she was right on the money! The first time I went, I was just from work in early April, wearing my scrubs. After calling in an order, staff were awesome enough to give me a 50% off deal for being a healthcare worker. Did they have to do it? Nope. Was it awesome and a class act? Definitely! And just an fyi, they were just being kind. There are no 50% off deals! On the first visit I ordered: Tonkotsu ramen ($11.50) I came back at few weeks later and ordered: Fried Brussel sprouts ($6) Pork belly steamed bun ($4.50) Karaage rice bowl ($11) Starting with the food, the tonkotsu ramen was creamy, and came with a nice sized piece of pork belly, black garlic, sesame, bamboo shoots and an egg with creamy yolk! I liked the flavor of this ramen, although I thought it was a bit more salty than other ramen dishes I've tried. Noodles, pork and all ingredients were in one container, while the broth was in another. The size of the ramen was a bit small, but it was a to go dish and was still pretty filling. During my second visit my experience was a great one. First off the fried Brussel sprouts were delicious! These are mixed in a sweet chili oil and are a nice serving size. The sprouts were less crispy and definitely soft, but I imagine that's all bc of the commute home and not dining in. Get the sprouts!! The pork belly bun was soooo soft and popping with flavor. That pecan sugar was noticeable on the pork belly. It's a snack that didn't even make it out of the car or even through a couple of red lights! The karaage rice bowl was the truth. Fried chicken was STILL crispy after the commute (how they do that?!?). The actual rice bowl itself is topped with black and regular sesame, as well as chopped scallions. Man this dish is filling, and if you think that wasn't enough, all rice bowls come with either a chicken bone or Shoyu broth, yes! Located off of Memorial drive in Atlanta, right across from the historic Oakland cemetery, you can park in the Larkin free lot, which houses Ramen station and a few other shops. Parking isn't infinite, but on both visits I had no problem finding a spot. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and again, staff and customer service are great! I've visited Ramen Station a couple of times now but definitely am not done with my visits. If you're in the area and want some good dishes from the group that has produced Suzy Siu's Baos, Noona and salaryman, pay these guys a visit!

Yelp
We dropped by the Ramen Station for dinner after my class ended. There's plenty of parking available and the staff is extremely friendly. Presentation wise, our food looked amazing! We ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu and Spicy Chicken Miso, as well as the Pork Belly Steamed Buns. The latter was great! The pork belly was soft and the pickled onions added sweetness. Unfortunately, the same pork belly that was inside the buns were not in the Spicy Tonkotsu. Instead, the pork in the ramen was very chewy, and not as appetizing. The spice level in the Tonkotsu was greater than the one in the Spicy Chicken Miso, which had slices of chicken that was very dry and hard to chew. Both ramen bowls had super basic buckwheat noodles, which were thick and not like the traditional noodles you would expect in a ramen.

Yelp
I never leave reviews. But I had to share my horrible experience here today. Went for lunch. Ordered and sat to wait on our order. Chatted a bit and I happen to glance down by my foot and I see a dead bug. On it's back so I couldn't tell what type, not that it matters. As I look up to talk to my parter and we're agreeing to leave, I glance over near the cooking station/counter and see a very LIVE roach casually crawling across the floor and up the side of the counter. I was too outdone. I alerted the cashier (quietly) and pointed out the live roach that was still crawling. She said oh, stepped on it, and walked back to the cash register. Hella casual. No apology. No sense of alarm. That means this is a common enough occurrence for her not to be surprised. At this point I requested a refund. As she processed it she finally apologized with a light "sorry about that" like I didn't just see a roach crawling around the restaurant. This is a pretty popular Atlannuh eatery. To my friends/family - DON'T EAT THERE.

Yelp
hi I was visiting the area & needed to use the restroom i was denied by the clerk and was told that I needed to be a customer to use the bathroom he was very dismissive as another young lady was approaching he tended to her needs before I was able to say anything else ..I reluctantly purchased a soft drink because I couldn't make it to another restroom because I suffer from IBS ...it's really a rude way to conduct business and also isn't very inviting. Do better ppl u never know who is who:)

Yelp
I love Ramen Station I bought three items from here and I loved them all! I finally found another great ramen place with the perfect noodles and delicious broth. Their buns are super awesome too! Let's get into this meal: 1. PORK BELLY STEAMED BUN slow roasted local pork, pickled red onions, pecan sugar $4.50 2. BULGOGI BEEF STEAMED BUN soy marinated beef, sautéed onions, gochujang sauce $4.50 3. SPICY MEGA TONKOTSU huge bowl of classic creamy pork bone broth ramen with 2X the broth, 2X the noodles, 2X the pork and 2X the toppings!!! Yummmyyyy $18 Everything was like a bite of heaven. The bulgogi beef bun was delicious and savory. The pork belly bun was great. I think I could do without the pecans though. The spicy mega tonkotsu ramen was so creamy and even better the next day. Love and care was definitely put into this bowl. I devoured it all. If you're looking for a great ramen place in Atlanta, look no further!

Yelp
Yummy.....ramen....So hungry, me and the misters stopped by to say hello. Spicy beef ramen, curry fried chicken tonkotsu, Korean fried wings, pork belly bao, bulgolgi bao, roasted Brussels sprouts. Hey, I said so hungry! All delicious! Casual atmosphere with a huge menu. Will be back to try some more.

Yelp
Ramen Station is a solid ramen spot and a new favorite of mine. Went in on a weekday afternoon and was lucky to find free parking. I can imagine parking getting full on weekends. The inside of the restaurant isn't very big. There isn't too much seating so I would not recommend coming with a large group. The decor is nice. They have cool posters on the wall and they were playing some chibi anime (?) on their tv screen. The menu has several chicken and tonkotsu (pork) ramen options. They also have a spicy beef, vegetarian, and vegan ramen. At the time I went they had a ramen set deal going on where you can get any ramen bowl (not including the mega tonkotsu), an appetizer, and a small bite for $18-$20. I decided to go for the deal and get a spicy beef ramen, potato croquettes, and chicken karaage. Spicy Beef Ramen - This ramen reminds me of the one served at Taiyo, which closed earlier this year. I'm not sure if they had the same owners. But Ramen Station's version had more delicious and flavorful broth. It was spicy and the portion size was pretty generous. The egg was soft boiled properly and the yolk didn't disappoint. Potato Croquettes - A simple small plate, but I recommend it because it's really delicious. I enjoyed the contrast between the outer fried crispy texture and the inner soft texture. It comes with mayo which complemented the croquettes. For the set deal it comes with two potato croquettes. Chicken Karaage - this was just okay. A little bland and maybe a little too chunky? I would have appreciated smaller crispier pieces. This is also served with mayo. They give a good amount for the set. I was expecting 3 or 4 pieces but they actually give you about 8 pieces. Next time though I would opt for a different appetizer. My friend had the Chicken Shio ramen and she enjoyed it as well. She said the broth was flavorful and creamy. In the end my friend and I were both over-stuffed from the Ramen Set. It is a great deal, but we were too ambitious and didn't expect to receive such generous portion sizes. If you are dining with another person I suggest getting one Ramen Set + one bowl of Ramen. This way you both can have a bowl of ramen for yourselves, split the appetizer and small plate, and still feel satisfied from your meal. Overall, I'm really happy to find a new go-to ramen spot! I'll be back!

Yelp
**HOT & NEW RAMEN SPOT ** This is a fairly new ramen restaurant located in the new development off memorial, right next to Grant Park market. I came in a rainy day perfect for ramen and was not disappointed! I highly recommend this place and will definitely plan another visit here soon. There is parking onsite but this is not a great place for partes larger than 4. If you do have a large party I would call ahead to see if they are busy I ordered the pork belly bun ($4.50), spicy beef ramen ($11) and mushroom musubi ($2.50) all pictured below. I'm a sucker for pork belly in general so whenever I see it on a menu, I am quick to try it out. This bun was a little pricey in my opinion but it was so delicious that I almost ordered another one for the road! The pork belly was grilled to perfection . The spicy beef was a little too spicy for me but I kept eating until I couldn't bare it because it was THAT good. Of course as I got closer to the bottom of the bowl the spice became more intense so keep in mind that typically the spices sink to the bottom. The mushroom musubi was rolled very nicely and the mushrooms used tasted extremely fresh. I think that they were portobello

Yelp
Ordered the Vegetable Shoyu via Grubhub. I know it's not typically the same quality as eating at the restaurant, but this was the worst ramen I've ever had. I usually order from JINYA (which is excellent) But this had absolutely no flavor in the broth and just a few vegetables. I had to add salt, chili paste, and a store bought ramen noodle packet to make this edible. Please do yourself a favor and don't order the vegetable shoyu from here.
google avatar

Shavone G.

Yelp
There is parking, but it's a small lot. I like the setup of the restaurant. It's setup like a diner and they have wall plugs. I got the ramen set which included ramen, a small bite and an appetizer. I got the vegan ramen with impossible meat. I took the meat off. I wasn't a fan. The broth wasn't flavorful. It was missing pork. There were plenty of noodles. I also got the fried Brussels sprouts and the impossible burger steamed bun. I loved the Brussels sprouts. I didn't like the steamed bun. It was a combination of the impossible burger and the actual bun. I would come back again to try the ramen. I did discover a new place I want to try in the same plaza (Firepit Pizza Tavern).

Yelp
Good Ramen at a good price. Other competitors charge more for their bowls and this place is perfect for a lunch spot. Would recommend if you are in the grant park area. It's tucked right next to the grant park market. The signage isn't very big The tonkatsu is my go to ramen and the broth was nice and thick as I prefer. The noodles were cooked to perfection. The only complaint that I do have is that the 6min egg was cooked too hard and would prefer it a little runny. Other than that, I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Julie Q.

Yelp
What a inconsistent food experience. When this restaurant first opened, it was so so good! This year, 2022, it has gone to the wayside. When they were understaffed, I was patient, because food was still good. However, now, the whole taste is off. A shocking discovery was when I opened my order of spam musubi. It's abnormally large and the rice was burnt dry. So either overcooked or old rice was used from another day. My spicy tonkatsu was mild, just a little little splash of spicy. Miso soup? Nothing like you're probably used to. It makes you wonder if it's gone bad or just not made correctly. Beef rice bowl, plain. Bottom line, all the flavor and seasoning that this place used to have is no longer here. If you are curious to try this place, peek through the window first, The only chef that would give you the best experience were the owners of this restaurant.

Yelp
Everything we ate here was excellent. We tried a little bit of everything, bulgogi bun was my favorite. My son enjoyed the tuna poke, and the tonkotsu was nice and creamy. He was blown away by the fried Brussel Sprouts. Amazing dishes here and we throughly enjoyed every bite. Had delivery from Grubhub, very quick service.

Yelp
Huuuuuge fan of Ramen Station on a normal day, but WOW am I am even bigger fan of Ramen Station during this coronavirus mess. I ordered my usual - spicy beef ramen. The spicy beef ramen is beyond words, just perfect. The broth is just perfectly spicy, there's always just enough beef and that soft boiled egg... ugh so good. I was worried it might not travel well in a to-go order, but they packed up the cutest little care package of ramen. I opened up my order, expecting a somewhat soggy ramen mess, but alas! Everything was packaged separately! The noodles (plus all the other yummy stuff) and broth were in totally separate containers. When I was home and assembled all of the parts, I was soooooo happy to find that it all tasted the exact same as it does in the restaurant! This was a takeout win!
google avatar

Necota S.

Yelp
I'm going to have to say they need a staff turn over. People who cook because they need a job translates to marginal food and an underwhelming experience. It's like they recruited the McDonald's rejects and said it's easy.
google avatar

Briana L.

Yelp
Ramen station is definitely one of my go-to restaurants when I need to meet the demands of my ramen craving. I love their buns, specifically their bulgogi beef steamed bun and pork belly steamed bun. These are my fav. Small but delicious, burst of flavor in the 2-3 bites you get from eating them. I usually order tonkotsu but I love me some miso so I ordered the spicy chicken miso and definitely wasn't disappointed. The flavor was just enough spicy for me to give it a kick, the flavor of the broth and the soft ramen just hit the spot for my ramen craving. Only complaint I have about this place is that the portion sizes for this place is quite small for the price. But the food and flavors are on point.

Yelp
I had originally was trying to order from suzy suis online but it brought me to this location. I was a little confused but when I got to the restaurant they informed me it was the same owners. I have been craving bao buns since I went to Momofoku in Vegas. I had the lobster, pork belly & bulogoi bao buns, brussel sprouts, spicy ramen & kids chicken ramen. One or two of the bao buns were a tad soggy from the drive but were so edible. The bao buns itself were soft & fluffy. They were all tasty. My daughter loved the ramen.
google avatar

Mark D.

Yelp
Got 2 tonkatsu ramen and a bulgogi beef steam bun to-go and they tasted great. However the ramen came with 2 tiny pieces of meat that were literally 80% fat. The ramen felt more like a snack than a meal so was left feeling jipped. Would rather see adult size portions for the price (not sure if Uber was upcharging) even if it meant charging more but not being left hungry

Yelp
The ramen was really good. We also tried the fried Brussel sprouts which had great flavor. Nice and clean little spot. Great location.

Yelp
DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE UP! The broth, the noodle, and the add-in are all top notch. I absolutely loved it!

Yelp
I noticed this location while visiting the area and decided to return with my son and friends. We were greeted by Mr. Radio (Paul) whose voice is so entrancing, we almost forgot what we were about to order! We stayed for quite a while and he ensured we were comfortable, entertained my bubbly niece and allowed us to pummel him with adoration of his beautiful voice--don't believe me--go check them out and ask for Mr. Radio!!
google avatar

Charmie M.

Yelp
This place was definitely not worth the price and wouldn't come back again. I ordered the creamy vegan and it was terrible, the broth and noodles both tasted very bland and flavorless, almost as if you're eating a packaged ramen. I came here based upon the great reviews and didn't get what I expected.

Yelp
Excellent food! I had the spicy beef ramen and it left me quite content - not overstuffed, but just enough to make me want to buy another bowl to take home and eat there There IS parking here - Waze told me differently. Definitely drive by before parking somewhere else.

Yelp
I've been to Ramen Station twice and they are officially my favorite ramen place in Atlanta. They are located in the new Larkin on Memorial development in Grant Park, right across from Oakland Cemetery. The location is small but they have ample seating and we have been able to grab a table right away each time we visited. The atmosphere is very low key and relaxed. You order at the counter when you walk in and then your food is brought to you at your table. The service is fast and friendly. Each time we visited we ordered the brussel sprouts. They are flash fried and so delicious. One order is big enough to share, especially if you are also getting ramen. The first time I went, I ordered the vegetarian ramen and added bamboo shoots and a chili bomb. There are several add on options for an upcharge. The second time I went, I opted for their new Impossible Vegan ramen. It is made with a cashew milk veggie broth and served with impossible meat and arugula. I was skeptical about a milky veggie broth but it was amazing and honestly, you would never know it has cashew milk in it if it wasn't listed on the menu. I would definitely recommend either vegetarian option. Ramen Station also has poke bowls, buns, and several other tasty options. Note that they do not have their liquor license yet, but you can BYOB. We went to the Grant Park Market right next door and brought some beer and wine with us. They sell singles of each. Im happy to have a great ramen spot on my side of town now!

Yelp
Heyyyy you guys have a new regular! I was driving around looking for a grub spot when I came across Ramen Station. This is a cute Ramen joint tucked away in the corner of The Larkin Shopping Center. I went in and ordered a Spicy Beef Ramen bowl and one of those kitschy Asian sodas. The guy behind the counter was very patient and gracious enough to teach me to open it. After a relatively short wait I get my bowl and it's so flavorful and delightful. The meat was seasoned well, the pickled cabbage added a nice kick to the bowl as well; the noodle to broth ratio was pretty even so no complaints. I'm full but not bloated. I went back to get another order of those cute sodas and the woman behind the counter tended to me when she saw me waiting. The food was excellent and customer service was top notch. See you guys soon!

Yelp
This is a cute & clean ramen spot in a small strip mall in Grant Park. You order at the cash register, take a table marker & seat yourself. When the order's ready the cashier brings it to the table. I ordered spicy beef ramen & a bulgogi steamed bun. The bun came 1st & was a nice mix of pillowy softness from the bun & a slight kick from the meat. It was a pretty decent size too. The spicy beef ramen was a bit saltier than I anticipated but the broth had a nice kick. The yolk of the soft boiled egg was nice & creamy, the thin noodles had a nice chewy texture & the beef was topped with extra spice. Overall it wasn't bad but I think I expected more flavor from the broth other than salty/spicy.

Yelp
There is nothing to dislike about this Ramen spot. The broth is thick and creamy with good flavors, the bulgogi bao was delicious and the Brussels are a great deal and perfectly fried. Price is on point for a ramen spot in Atlanta and they are very accessible for the area. Only thing they need in the future would be some ramen ginger for us to add to the soup when you're in the mood. My new ramen spot in Atlanta.

Yelp
We ordered Ramen Station via Uber Eats. And generally, the food was good. It was a little chill by the time it got to us, but I know it's hard to time with Uber Eats, especially if the driver has other orders to drop. I ordered the vegetarian ramen and got the pork ramen for my partner. The vegetarian ramen could have used a little more flavor. I think if you add a spice bomb it'll give it three kick it needs. There are alot of noodles. I don't think you'll need extra noodles. In fact, you might need extra broth. We also ordered the brussel sprouts and appetizer chicken. The brussels are good, but not as crispy as I would've liked. The menu says they're fried. However, after frying they gingerly toss them in a chili sauce that makes them a little soggy. I didn't personally taste the chicken, but my partner really liked it. It's chicken thighs and not chicken wings. I would likely order again. But maybe next time I'll pick up instead of having it delivered to see if that makes a difference.

Yelp
This place has a lovely atmosphere and a great menu selection. It's perfect for people who are coming for lunch on a work day and need to work as they eat, or for people who want to study. I love how they had a variety of different ramens, we ordered the Tonkotsu (the old reliable), the spicy chicken miso, and the spicy Tonkotsu. The ramen was good but not excellent. I wish the pork had been more tender and the noodles were a little tough but still delicious. The broth was really good. I would recommend this place to anyone who has not tried traditional ramen.

Yelp
If you're looking for some good ramen in the area, this is the spot for you. They offer tonkotsu, chicken shio, spicy beef, lamb tsukemen and shoyu (vegetarian-friendly) ramen - pretty much something for everyone. Their broth on most of the ramen are pretty rich in flavor, buttery and creamy. I would have to say out of all that I've tried (besides the shoyu ramen), the chicken shio and spicy beef are my favorites. But if you want to try something a little different, I suggest you try the lamb tsukemen. Tsukemen is a ramen dish where the broth is served separately from the noodles, and you dip the noodles into the rich, thick broth. It's a different way to eat ramen, and makes for a fun dining experience. I believe Ramen Station and Momonoki so far are the only two ramen places that offer tsukemen in Atlanta, so it's not to be missed. Also, don't miss out on their small bites. My favorites so far are their brussel sprouts, potato croquettes and the pork belly steamed buns. All packed with some amazing flavors! Ramen Station is set up as a fast-casual service restaurant. Order and pay for your food at the front, grab some souvenirs and sit wherever you like and wait for your food to come out. While you sit and wait, you can watch the talented chefs in action, as they have an open kitchen concept. So far I've enjoyed all the dishes, and can't wait to return to try some more. Also, there's FREE parking - can't beat that in Atlanta!

Yelp
Ordered a tonkotsu ramen and a bulgogi bao plus drink, tab was about 18 with tip Broth - was rich a hair too salty: B- Noodles: B Portion size: B (as expected) Pork belly: B Bao: C Most of my ramen experience was in Washington, Vancouver and SF South Bay Area. Overall, the space is good, think of a fast casual spot on overall feel. The food is solid and would probably go back especially because of the location. I have done three other ramen spots in Atlanta and this is one of the better ones. But doesn't beat out the ramen I have had elsewhere.

Yelp
Food is food, service is terrible. Last time I went I waited over 10 minutes to have my order taken. No one appeared to be working the counter. Finally David arrived and took my order. After that I watched him drop an order of food on the ground, pick it up, dust it off and hand it to a customer. The customer left with their food, made it all the way to the parking lot, and then David realized he had given her the wrong food. This is only one example of the terrible service at this establishment. Literally just hire better people.

Yelp
We stopped by Ramen Station on our way to the Oakland Cemetery. Although the ramen isn't traditional Japanese ramen, it was still good. The spicy chicken miso ramen was nice and creamy. Not too salty. The food portion looks small but it actually filled us both up. The poke bowl was also pretty good. I would say this is an ok place to eat when you need a quick fix. It isn't amazing but it's good for what it is.

Yelp
I hadn't been back to Ramen Station since when it first opened because I had a so-so experience with take-out and it was pricey for what it was. I'm glad I gave it another chance because the food tonight was great. My friend and I shared a bowl of edamame and I tried the beef rice bowl. It was the perfect combination of savory and sweet. It's not a huge serving but it's enough to fill you up with an app or two. The pickled onion almost tasted like ginger and was delicious. The beef was cooked perfectly and the cup of shoyu broth that accompanies it is so good on a cold night like tonight. My little one had the kids chicken shio and really went for it. My total (along with a red hair rootbeer) came to about $20. My friend also really liked his veggie ramen bowl. The place was calm and quiet and I'll definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Great overall service and quality of food. The employees were attentive and the food was delicious. Recommend to anyone who wants to try ramen and Japanese snack foods in Atlanta.
