The Randolph was the perfect place to host our office’s end-of-year gathering. Serena was instrumental in making sure we not only secured the space and packages we needed for our team, but she also showed unmatched patience as we worked through details and last-minute decisions. She was incredibly helpful with all the logistics and planning needed to make the night perfect.
During the event, the bartenders and staff were amazing—attentive, high-energy, and truly helped our group feel the great vibe throughout the night. The food was delicious, and the games were so much fun to play.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back!
