"I’m looking forward to a vacation-themed cocktail lounge and snack spot on NW 21st called R&R that is slated to open by September and is taking over The Abbey Bar & Bottle Shop; owners Mike Reed and Scott McCulloch plan to lean the menu heavily on resort-style provisions. The kitchen will serve coconut shrimp, poke, and beachy Baja-style fish tacos with slaw, while bartenders will be shaking mai tais, margaritas, and caipirinhas, backed by a wide selection of tequila, mezcal, and rum. December 14, 2023 Service was great. My husband enjoyed his hamburger steak with mash potatoes. My hamburger had quality meat but could have used a little more seasonings. Plenty of seating. Canned drinks not fountain drinks. I forgot my food that was already boxed up. I called and they had moved it to the front just in case I came back! Love that!

Fresh prepared meals, Creative bowls and fantastic baked goods. Shrimp and grits are perfect! Today, they had Bison burgers. FYI for those that don't know: Bison is not gamey, It's more like a dry aged steak. It has a rich beef flavor and a coarse grind.

Servers were very unorganized tonight. They didn’t seem to know what table ordered what. After waiting an hour for our Filets, I had to find our waitress who never checked on us. Steaks were ok, not cooked to how we wanted it, asparagus was horrible. The mashed potatoes were the only thing good. Definitely not worth $40 a plate.

My wife and I had a lunch date on Wednesday. The server and staff were welcoming, efficient, helpful and polite. We both ordered off of the "Specials" board and were very satisfied with our food. The food came out hot and tasted very fresh. I have gone several times with a very similar experience. I highly recommend a visit, especially if your tired of what most restaurants have to offer.

It's usually good... but the last few times I've gone the hamburger steak tasted like a ton of salt and fries were almost burnt.... and I gonwith a group... everyone had nearly burnt fries and salty meat... however the nachos and salads looked wonderful. Also... tips are determined by my cup staying full... and I got one refill the whole time there...
