New Vacation-Themed Bar R&R Will Open on NW 21st in Portland | Eater Portland

"I’m looking forward to a vacation-themed cocktail lounge and snack spot on NW 21st called R&R that is slated to open by September and is taking over The Abbey Bar & Bottle Shop; owners Mike Reed and Scott McCulloch plan to lean the menu heavily on resort-style provisions. The kitchen will serve coconut shrimp, poke, and beachy Baja-style fish tacos with slaw, while bartenders will be shaking mai tais, margaritas, and caipirinhas, backed by a wide selection of tequila, mezcal, and rum.
