"Another branch of the Rasika restaurant, part of the Knightsbridge Restaurant Group, located in the West End area of D.C." - Tierney Plumb
"Former First Lady Michelle Obama was spotted having dinner with a friend at the beloved Indian restaurant’s West End edition in late 2023. While it’s unclear what they ate, the two dined for roughly 2.5 hours. Angelina Jolie and Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger have also dined at Rasika, sealing its scene-y status." - Vinciane Ngomsi

"The stylish younger sister restaurant to Penn Quarter’s Rasika, a large, sound-absorbing wood installation along the ceiling makes hushed conversations possible. Try to snag one of the carriage-like booths lining the windows or a table in the book-lined library while dining on Indian dishes from James Beard Award-winning chef Vikram Sunderam. Plus, celebs like Angelina Jolie and Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger have dined here, which seals this restaurant’s scene-y status." - Tierney Plumb

"If you want to get technical, Rasika West End is a little beyond the Foggy Bottom border. But if anyone you’re with complains about the two-block walk, they’ll promptly go silent after their first bite of the spinach chaat. This is some of the best upscale Indian food in the city, and for a special occasion or client dinner in the general area, it’s your best option. Compared to the original Penn Quarter location, West End has a much more sleek and modern design. The menu is a little different too, but you’ll still find the classics like black cod and chicken tikka masala. It’s not an every night kind of restaurant, but if you’re looking to impress, this is the move." - sandra rubinchik, omnia saed
"Back in May 2023, Harris dined at acclaimed Indian restaurant Rasika West End with her family in a private room with 15 guests." - Tierney Plumb
