I saw this pop on NBC5 Today and was drawn into all the flavors and just had to get in here. I'm so glad we did. We live in the neighborhood and frequented this spit when it was Ravinia Brewing. The food and staff were amazing. We were sad when it shut down for a while. We returned to try it out this weekend, and we're so impressed. The food was so good. I had the chicken sandwich and will honestly NEVER get a chicken sandwich anywhere else. The watermelon slice was a total gamechanger, imo. The Brussel Sprouts were airy and light, just the right amount of bite, and the chicken wings are FIRE!!! We will definitely be returning! Oh yea, I almost forgot... the service was outstanding, and they kept the old staff, which really made us feel right at home. Welcome to the neighborhood!

Amazing food full of taste and great value. The service was friendly and attentive. The beer list of home brews is big, rotating and exciting. A must brewery to go to, we will be back here for sure. They have some parking down the side of the building and easy walking around it. Ample seating for bigger groups including swing seats.

Great time here! They have a huge beer garden that was both dog and kid friendly. We went on a beautiful summer Saturday during MDW and shout out to our waitress who was basically manning the packed garden by herself! Service was fast and kind, beer was great, and food was good. Great vibes all around. Def will be coming back.

Not to be confused with a half-baked music festival that shares part of its name with this brewery. This Logan Square taproom has a fantastic selection of beer and food at very reasonable prices. Good mixed offerings of beers made in house. They also have a cooler where you can get beer to go. Food offerings are all anchored around a la carte tacos and taco bowls. There's a wide selection of flavors and about half of them are vegetarian. Very good portions as well. Give this place a visit and help support them - getting pressured over using a geographic name of a neighborhood they were founded in and are in danger of closing.

Very lovely bar and restaurant! First off, they had tables with swinging benches! HOW FUN! The inside was really nicely decorated- very chill vibes. Kind and friendly staff. Great beer! Had a margarita seltzer thing that was great and the porter there was excellent- super smooth to drink. Decent prices. SUPERB tacos- will be back for tacos and to sit in their beer garden. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Food menu and taste is phenomenal. Birria was GF and amazing. Shrimp aquachile was also great. Large portions for both. While there is a good beer selection, there are limited seltzer flavors available (only mango when I went) and no GF beer. 3.5/5 margarita. Definitely a good place to check out.

I dined at the Logan Square location. We chose a booth instead of the swings near the window. Although the cocktail menu offered a variety of unique cocktails, I asked for the Ravinia Margarita. I ordered a Nashville Hot Chicken and Beer Battered Cod taco. We were leary about the tacos because Ravinia has a weekday Lunch Special: two tacos, chips/guac for $10. No street tacos here. I ate everything on my plate. Be careful when you add red or green sauce to your tacos. You should probably taste each one first. If you want good food in a relaxed atmosphere and you like tacos, Ravinia is your place. I was excited to see Ravinia Brewing on the Open House Chicago list. However, I did not go there Saturday, and I volunteered at another location Sunday. I hope Ravinia will be on the OHC 2023 list. The server told us visitors toured the brewery and received free beer samples. Street parking is available.

Ravinia is probably the 15th brewery I've added to my top 5 taprooms list! The beer selection is excellent. Everything we sampled was great. The tacos are also outstanding. Cool vibe and a really great outdoor space in the back.

Decided to try out this place on a Friday night, we made a reservation but it definitely wasn't necessary, there were plenty of open tables. The table we sat at had swings for chairs which was fun! Our server was very attentive and checked in frequently. Overall a good experience, the nachos were really great. Tacos were meh (Baja cauliflower was the best). Side of fries was expensive at $7, but it was a large portion. Cocktail was definitely very strong and lots of beers on tap- beers change frequently so always something new to try. They also have trivia on Wednesday nights. Would go back!

I feel like sometimes I go and absolutely love Ravinia and sometimes I go and find it just OK. Never bad, but just ok. Most recently we had a flight and I got a torta sandwich. The torta itself was great, tho maybe a bit heavy on the beans, and I really liked the birria that it came with, thought it added a lot to the sandwich. Had a great time at the oktoberfest too, love the partnerships with Maplewood & Metropolitan. Always super friendly service and love that rear patio - feels like an escape.

I needed food and beer while in Chicago, so I found a place that checked both of those boxes for me. Ravinia Brewing has been brewing since 2016, and is located conveniently in Chicago. I had never been, but looked at their menu and saw nachos that were calling my name. The nachos that I ordered were a platter fit for a king. The beertender said it served multiple people, but I was down for the challenge. A bed of homemade chips were topped with a Texas Queso Blanco cheese sauce that perfectly covered each chip with toppings of Black Beans, Pico De Gallo, Pickled Jalapenos, Queso Fresco, and Green Onion. The pickled veggies and pico provided a nice acidity to the rich cheese. I added on Barbacao that was mouth watering good. In addition, I got a flight of beer to wash down this massive meal. Flight of the Rooster: A Farmhouse Ale that was hopped with an immense amount of Nelson Sauvin Hops. A nice black pepper spicy balanced with white grape complexity. Taco Fest: A Mexican Lager that was perfect for my meal. Light bodied and nicely carbonated with a sweet malt aroma that cleansed my palate after each bite of nachos. Drunken Rooster (BA Flight of the Rooster): A Barrel Aged Farmhouse Ale aged for 90 days in Cabernet barrels. There was some nice red wine character that actually came through that went well with a hay malt flavor and some acidic tannic notes. Community Matters: A Vienna Lager that needs no other information than it was exactly what the doctor called for. Bready, light bodied, and beautifully crisp.

Chicago, IL - Our conference included a trip to this brewery for a "Private Event". I felt like a VIP the whole time as the staff was super kind and helpful. The beer was great too. I sampled the Octoberfest and the Coffee Cream ale. Both were light and very drinkable. Our event included chips and guacamole - freshly made and tasty. We also had a taco bar. The brewery was clean and neat. Outdoor rooftop seating was a plus. Women's restroom was clean though not especially well lit. The hot air balloon basket was an interesting decor touch though it took me a bit to interpret the egg shaped wall painting as the balloon that went with the basket ha ha.

Delicious beer spot! The Tiny Tim Cookie Beer was great, with an added surprise of an actual cookie treat. I got 2 vegetarian tacos, both of which were tasty. Went with a group of 6 & baby- all of us were pleased. There were probably 5 babies in the restaurant at one point- so they are used to it/were kind/had high chairs available

I expected to try butchered Latin cuisine (as the food had modern twists), but I was pleasantly surprised! The ingredients were very fresh and each one was underseasoned to work in harmony with all the other ingredients. The place is beautiful. The bar is impressive to look at. They have swing seats and show nature walks on TV. I greatly enjoyed my dinner here.

We have been really wanting to check this place out and finally visited on a Saturday evening. We really wanted to enjoy this place but we just didn't have a great experience. Although the patio itself was nice, we noticed that while it was busy, every other table had much quicker service and received their orders a lot sooner than we did. It almost seemed like our waitress forgot about us and when we ordered she seemed very stressed if we asked any questions beyond ordering on the menu , she got more annoyed so it was very off putting. The beers we ordered were fine but we didn't care for them much. The chips & guac and the Baja cauliflower tacos were good but everything else was okay. We had to ask the other waiter who had been serving the other tables for our check and he said he would get it for us straight away. All in all, I don't think this place was that great and I wish we had a better time.

We went for a birthday party, a group of 8 and the birthday girl was wearing her pin and had flowers. It was obvious we were there celebrating something. The server walked to the table asked us our drink order, came back with the drinks, and asked if we were ready to order. He made no conversation. He didn't ask what we were celebrating and he rushed on our order. Our server had no personality at all. We were trying to have a good night. The music was so low we couldn't hear it. For it to be a brewery, the in-house beer was mediocre and their in-house cider was flat. The food was just ok. Would my group go back? Absolutely not! ** replying to owner: July 12th @ 7 pm

Great brewery and solid food options. Loved out nachos and tacos, beer selection and mixed drinks. Really enjoyed a spot at the bar admiring the old, wooden bar can't imagine what it took to get in there. Great low-key hang spot on its own or before/after movies.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon after we couldn't get into the Maplewood Brewery around the corner. The place was very busy and our server was definitely hustling. Luckily, we had a lot of time so we didn't mind waiting an extra minute. We ordered 2 of the Pork Carnitas and 2 of the Cantonese Pork tacos, as well as the Quesabirria. Gotta say, the quesabirria was cheesy, crunchy, and greasy in all the right ways. The Pork Carnitas was alright but nothing to write home about. The Cantonese Pork on the other hand was delicious! Great flavors and the daikon radish on top gave the taco some nice texture. For drinks, I had the Isle of Lost Hops (Hazy IPA) which was a bright and hoppy pour, which was perfectly refreshing for a warm day. $5 for a single taco seems quite steep imho but I'd be happy to come back for more Cantonese Pork tacos and a flight of beers if I'm in the area again.

I'm not a beer drinker, but everyone loves the beers at my table! We also tried the food and the nachos and burger did not disappoint for brewery food! It's nice there is a small parking lot. The server was attentive and friendly. I'd recommend and I'll be back!

Who went for a weekday lunch with a friend who lives nearby. It was a Tuesday and nothing else was open so we ended up here and their lunch service is relatively new. I had the Nashville chicken on the cucumber and jicama salad. It was just OK but the chicken was not spicy enough or dressed enough with the traditional Nashville hot chicken sauce so I had to keep adding hot sauces to it. The cucumber and jicama salad was very crunchy but it was a weird combination that I don't think I would order again. Another in the group got the pork belly tacos. They were quite delicious - with flavorful pork. A third person ordered the Cantonese Al Pastor pork taco and from everything I saw on the table. It looked like the best one. Service was solid although they were out of the carnitas for the carnitas ramen - kind of a no, no if that is your specialty! We will likely return.

Disappointing food and environment! Ramen is simply vegetable soup with thin spaghetti noodle. Hamburger dry and below average. Home made taco chips were tasty. No silverware provided inside (only plastic) and too small not to fall in ramen bowl. Staff ran vacuum cleaner nearby while we're eating (so loud we couldn't hear one another). You couldn't make this experience up! Can't imagine how they stay in business.

Will keep coming back! They have the best fried cauliflower and delicious beer. We ordered the ramen which had potentially the best broth we've ever tasted. They even have a lunch special right now where you get some chips and guacamole on the side of two tacos. The service here is consistently friendly as well.

Cool hip brewery that's actually affordable. It certainly is one of the better known Chicago local breweries but still feels hidden out of the way a bit. Ravinia has the main location in Highland Park, and also this taproom in Logan Square. Benefits of this location include the food menu and the location close to other breweries and restaurants on Diversey. The prices aren't that bad for around here. Beer is the main thing of course. I knew of the other location, but this one is much closer so we headed to it recently. This is also close to the Metra station. Beers have a pretty good variety to choose from. It's about $7 a pint. A few are heavier and more expensive. The best one is the Steep Ravine. It's the flagship IPA. This has a bit of citrus notes. It's heavier. The food is affordable, especially tacos. It's $5 each. We got the Cauliflower Power Tacos. Good spiciness to make these similar to chorizo. These are loaded with cilantro and onions. Has mostly all the same beers as the other location. It also has the food menu. This is more convenient to get to by train.

It was alright, definitely not special. On the plus side the Ravinia margarita was very good, and so was the Diversey Station IPA. Both are good buys. The food? I could easily call it a good bye. I tried the chicken tinga taco (meh) and the food truck fish taco (above average, nice flavor on the fish). The chips were solid but it was the most bland guacamole I've ever tasted. The salsa wasn't much better. The verdict: get the drinks and skip the tacos. Maybe some other food items are better, but today I was underwhelmed.

Loved Ravinia! Came here on Halloween weekend and their outdoor patio is so cute. Service was great, quick and kind staff. Also seems like they have trivia which sounds like fun. Fish taco was the best one I've ever had. Sooo crispy and fresh. Would definitely come back again!

This place is close to my house, and has a patio. Given those conveniences, the bar is on the floor for me. While many servers are above and beyond nice, the bartender with shoulder length black hair does not fail to share how unwelcome customers are. She told me it was last call at 8pm on Friday, because my friend (all of 3 current customers) took a minute to decide her drink. I called because I left something on the patio and wanted to see if it was really there. She cut me off yelling that the patio would be closed soon and hung up. Similar issue every time with this same person. She has taken a mediocre neighborhood spot and used her sheer horror to make you feel like shit for giving it money. Waste of real estate thanks to this one woman. Shame so many ppl actually want work.

Have visited at least twice now and service and staff have been great! On our most recent visit had the summer-themed Watermezcal cocktail and their Smash Burger with a side of their red potatoes. The potatoes and burger were yummy and satisfying! Might be my main pick every time I go back. I wasn't able to finish my cocktail. The smoked salt was horrible - I don't know what was wrong with it, but we guessed it was some synthetic smoke flavor mixed with larger salt crystals for the rim. The drink itself wasn't too sweet and probably would have been drinkable without it. The indoor space is fun and the wall of windows look great wide open on a warm day.

Fresh craft beer on tap is always a welcome sight when coming from a bar that only has canned products. Ravinia Brewing is located right where it should be. Although it's a bit of a hike from the nearest train station. Just hope you can snag a Lime scoot if you're not driving, which you shouldn't be anyways. I only tried two of the brews and they were both well made. The prices were premium and they didn't even serve full pints for most of their brews. Steep Ravine was a standard IPA that delivered a good hop hit. The haze craze is over as far as I'm concerned but they have a solid hit on their hands with the way they produce hazy beers. Isle of Lost Hops was legit. The coolest part about the taproom is the swingset chairs, the kind you might find on a porch or patio. I'm sure these are difficult to snag but consider yourself lucky if you do. Such a unique feature that I haven't seen at any other brewery before.

Great ambiance, dog friendly on patio, food was awesome. Just happened to be driving past and discovered it was friendly to pups and has parking!

My boyfriend and I visited Ravinia for our first time on a Saturday around lunchtime. We were able to park a block away easily. The neighborhood is very nice. As we were walking inside, an employee walked in right behind us. She was carrying keys and a purse, so it looked like she was just coming on for her shift. She walked right around us and up to the hostess station and seated us immediately! Talk about a star employee who is dedicated to her job! We picked a tall table by the window. After just a couple minutes, another employee came over to take our orders. We ordered a couple of beers, including the 'infusion of the week' beer. We ordered the al pastor flatbread to share, and I had a fish taco and my boyfriend had the nashville chicken taco. The flatbread very good and fresh and my fish taco was amazing! Also very fresh but the fish was lightly breading and delicious! We also had 2 salsas, the green (salsa verde) one was tasty and perfect. The red one (salsa roja) had really good flavor but was way too spicy for me. We really enjoyed our time here. The staff were very friendly, and service was fantastic. The building is unique, comfortable and family friendly. There is a beer garden out back, but we did not check it out. I'm glad we checked this place out and will visit again if we are in the area!

Food was meh we got nachos and quesabirrias. Beer was ok. Service was meh at the end when we got the ticket I asked what was a specific beer the we go charge for $24 64oz the we didn't never got the 64oz. Supposedly was a can. But we just got 16ox glass maybe less cuz was smaller. ( gonna put the pic of the glass.) I still wonder where is the rest 48 oz. Probably they drink it. Not impressed. Sad I was wanting to try this place for so long. I left feeling was a waste oof money and time.

Dog friendly patio in the back! Flights of beer and vegi options for food available. Now outdoor table service vs required to order inside Friendly and welcoming staff eager to provide you with the brews and various Mexican fusion flavors at this brewery. They have a taco Tuesday special and ever changing tap line up of their various brews. Swinging benches for those looking to sit indoors and a spacious outdoor beer garden for those looking to enjoy the weather and/or bring their puppies. Staff can be pretty busy depending on what time of day you go. I came at the busiest time during dinner and it took about 10-12 mins to get out the first round of drinks. Atmosphere is quite colorful, lively, and metropolitan. They have taps in the outside beer garden but I believe they were only for show when I went as our server would always go to the bar inside.

I was super excited to try Ravinia after driving by so many times and admiring the murals!! However, it unfortunately didn't meet the hype. The atmosphere is just as awesome as I'd hoped based on the outside - Very artsy, with lots of murals and fun seating including swinging benches! Definitely gets style points in that regard. The service was also very solid - Both our hostess and waitress did an amazing job and were very friendly! The food really fell flat, though. I was excited because the menu had lots of variety and vegan options, but the tacos and burritos themselves were really uninspiring. When they arrived, they just didn't taste like much more than ground beef and packet taco seasoning despite all of the exciting flavors on the menu. The purple potato tostadas were the only things with real flavor that I enjoyed. I also didn't love my beers (Diversey Station and Food Truck Pilsner), but they have enough variety that I'm sure there is something for everyone! Their seltzers also sounded pretty fun, so I'd recommend giving on of those a shot if you are looking for some flavor! I probably won't return, but the space is very cool if you are looking for a venue or unique beer! ‍

Great beers with lots of options. Fun atmosphere inside restaurant. They have trivia nights in Wednesday which is competitive but fun!!! Great prizes too if win. Have tried several food with tacos and ramen and would say I've found everything I've tried mediocre.

Ravinia Brewing Company is awesome! Great beer, food, ambiance, and nice outdoor area in the summer. Their tacos are awesome! Always having rotating beers on tap. Great place to grab a drink and get a bite of food! Highly recommend.

We came in a month ago on a Saturday afternoon, and to our surprise, we were seated without a reservation and never felt rushed. I really miss that! The swing set was fun and quite spacious. The ambience was cool and laidback. Everything was reasonably priced, and the tacos were flavorful! I ordered chicken, barbacoa, and carnitas. Unfortunately, they accidentally gave me two chicken and carnitas.. I didn't bother saying anything- the service was already good. I'll be back to try more items anyway!

I came in on a rainy Saturday. My cousins picked out the brewery, but it had been on my list to try. First impressions - yay! They have a small parking lot. That made this suburbanite very happy! If full, there was some street parking nearby as well. My boyfriend and I ordered right from the bar while waiting for our group to arrive. When the rest of the party arrived, we were able to push some tables together. I tried 2 of their IPAs on my visit. I preferred their Hazy IPA. My boyfriend had the sour mango which he enjoyed. They also do offer flights with 4 pours if you can't decide! They have a little bit of everything which is always good for groups. We also split some nachos that were very flavorful.

Great service from Vi! She was the only one working and did a great job. Ambience was nice and peaceful. Live guitarist playing. I had the quesaburria. Superb! Also would recommend the Baja cauliflower taco.

Stopped in after a Disney exhibit in town. Got lucky because it was empty and it was Saturday night and it was our first time here. Cullen was our server and he was way cool. Filled us in on the menu and beer selection. I didn't care for any of the beers that we tried but you may find something you like. The food however... frickin outstanding. Smash burger, fish tacos, chicken tinga tacos, chips and salsa, and gringo tacos. Not a bad choice in the bunch. And the fish taco was the BEST fish taco I have had to date. Bigger than normal piece of cod with a super crispy batter, pickled onions, cabbage, pico, and a chipotle aioli. The crispy was the kicker. Reminds me of fries or Korean chicken that gets double deep fried. Damn! The chicken tinga had a chipotle tomato sauce that was fantastic. The queso fresco and sour cream kept this from getting too hot. The smash burger was very good with cheese, onions, and pickles. Cullen did a great job of keeping our table clean and our glasses filled. I would ask for him without hesitation. We had a great first visit so this is a got to place in my book.

I stopped here on bike ride that ended up being more of a marketing event than a bike ride. What I liked about this restaurant is the beer and the food. However, getting our food took a long time. So long, in fact, I was about to cancel the order and bail when it finally arrived. But once the tacos (barbacoa) arrived, they were good. I would call them well seasoned and flavorful. I also appreciate the outdoor seating. The tables have a little shade, which was nice since it was almost 100 degrees

Happened to drive past this place on the way home and decided to stop for dinner and beers. For starters, the decor has a very cool, casual vibe. They also have tables with benches that swing! We were seated outside on what I can only describe as a hidden gem of an outdoor patio. The patio is dog-friendly and behind the main restaurant so it's perfectly hidden away and quiet... until the El passes by :). Split the Mexican Caesar Salad and tacos with my person. Food was perfectly portioned and delicious. Beer styles were varied and ranged from light lagers to dark, toasty stout. Eventually, the mosquitos started getting the best of us and we moved inside to a swing table for a few more beers. This review is only 4 stars because service was inconsistent. Patio service was excellent but non-existent once we moved to a different section. We wanted to order dessert but the kitchen had closed minutes before a server came by. We'll still be back for more beers and to try that fried ice cream dessert. We'll definitely be

Group ate here after a Cubs game. Bowls, burgers and flatbreads all wonderful. Nachos on point. Service was first class. Highly recommend!

Came here on a whim to watch a football game one night and so glad we did. Chill atmosphere, nice staff, good tacos and great drinks! We sat at the bar and had a good time. Would definitely come back.

Place has a lot of potential but has terrible service. I sat out in the patio on a slow Sunday afternoon and didn't get any service for 10-15min. The server outside didn't even glance over to check in. I had to walk back inside and ask if I order at the bar but by then I didn't want deal with the awkwardness. The overall 4 stars seems fitting but gave it a 1 cause service means everything.

it's a surprising spot! I wouldn't have expected the location and there's a ton of room here. trivia on Wednesday nights. upstairs outdoor patio in the summer. kind of loud when the Metra passes but it's not too disruptive cuz it's not that often after work. the cocktails are good but just a bit too expensive for what you're getting. there are two kinds of cauliflower tacos on the menu -- one is very very good (Baja Cauliflower) and the other is just meh. every beer I've tried has been good. service is hit or miss. good spot for a group.

I had know this as a Highland Park brewery, but just found out they opened a Chicago taproom so wanted to check it out. It's easy to get to, right off the Diversey exit on the Kennedy. They have a real cool space, both indoor and outdoor seating, bar and tables. They have TVs for sports games, and also some other big lounge chairs and swinging seats. They have a good mix of beer styles, I got the hazy lazy luau and the isle of lost hops. For food it's Mexican style, so tacos and burritos etc. I got a taco plate, the tacos were big and real good (though they fall apart kinda easily so def need silverware) The staff were all nice, they also sell beer to go. I'd gladly come back, maybe try the brunch menu next time.

Welcoming brewery with nice customer service. You can sample different beers. $10 lunch specials. The food was ok. Enjoyed variety background music and conversations with Savanna(BT). Cute spot to catch up with friends. Heads up you might drive or walk right pass because it's near a viaduct. Thx

What an affordable place to visit! The taco platter is humongous - generously sized tacos making it a great deal. Easily a great meal to pair with your beers. We filled up on the chips, salsa, and guac to start. Some of my friends were able to fit in the churros after our meal and they would recommend you find room in your stomach for those as well. Beers were solid, nothing amazing or different, but who doesn't love a reliably good brew? They rotate, so maybe will see some more adventurous flavors in the future. I enjoyed the oak aged steep ravine and would recommend! Easy to find parking right out front.

This place is wonderful. My boyfriend and I are bummed we only just went for the first time this past month. Everything about this place is so amazing. The drinks are great, the building is so unique and cool (especially the back patio area), but what really makes this place is the service. I'm so conflicted leaving a review because I want to let everyone know about it's existence but at the same time I don't want it to get so popular we can't get in anymore haha This is just such a wonderful place. Definitely our new "spot"

Came in for Tacos and Beer with a group during winter break to hit up a few breweries. I had the tacos which were amazing! My favorite was the special Octopus (seriously!). The tortillas were apparently made fresh on site and were phenomenal. Everyone in the group loved the food, it was certainly not your typical bar/brewery food much better quality and I'm glad we stopped their first before hitting Maplewood and Metro. The beer was really good too. I wanted to take it easy so I started with their Hazy Pale Ale which was very good, so good I had 2! Next time I should try another one! The space is very open and beautiful with an old school bar. The tables are comfortable and well spaced out. I can't wait to come back when it's warmer and sit in front of the giant garage doors!

Can't wait to go back earlier in the week/weekend and try the fish tacos. My niece had two vegetarian tacos and loved them both. I had the Al pastor which was amazing and the shrimp which was very good. The pico was super tasty and those tortilla chips are like crack! I had a pina colada seltzer that was super yummy too. We sat out back with our dogs and it was really lovely.

The food and service were mediocre. The food was somewhat overpriced and Ravinia's home brews all tasted like IPA, even the porter. Since when does dark porter taste like IPA?

Fun brewery to visit, a nice beer garden. The staff is very friendly and the tacos are fresh gourmet tasty treats. And they have parking!

Just had a delightful brunch on Sunday. We started with the ceviche and mushroom mole nachos. Ceviche is served on freshly crisped tortillas complimented by shrimp, avocado, cucumber, and red onion. The mushroom mole nachos did not disappoint either. For my entree, I ordered the chilaquiles with salsa verde---very tasty, and the egg was cooked perfectly. My husband had the quesabirria---the beef was tasty and tender while complimented by a deep and flavorful consomme. I'm actually not much of a beer drinker but I ordered a Michelada, best described as a bloody mary with beer instead of vodka. It complimented the menu items by tasting fresh and zesty. The atmosphere is fun and lively and our service was excellent. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Meh. Was hoping for typical bar food. Instead, they have a limited menu of Mexican fare. The chips were nice and crunch, but the pico was flavorless. Salsa would've been a better choice, especially for the small container that came with the chips. The tacos were ok, but nothing to write home about. The beer (Puppet Show Brown?) was good. The table was sticky.

Stopped by here for a quick drink and eats before a movie. It's super cute in here with the swings and decor. We sat at the bar and there was only 1 bartender. He was clearly v busy serving drinks and food and running around. The beer was tasty, as was the food. Bf loved the shrimp taco, other homies said the barbacoa was great. I had the gringo and that was also tasty. I had their Pilsner, which was refreshing and good. The service was slow, but like I said, there was only 1 bartender doing everything by himself. I would come back here for drinks and eats! I think they have 3 assigned parking spots for ppl who want to visit this spot, or else you can just park on Diversey.
