The funky cocktails change seasonally, and include everything from the import of the first Portland coffee, a flaming drink that is worth the drama of the bar side presentation, and whimsical options garnished with Apples to Apples game cards. The cacio e pepe martini is a must-try — the Parmesan-washed drink will surprise. The vibe in here is ‘90s dive bar, with decor from flashing pinball machines and thrifted paintings.
