Red 8 Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar

Excellent. It’s a little scary when you see such an expansive menu (large selection), but everything was very flavorful and well done. I had sushi and a Chinese lunch item for $15.50. Both were delicious. I highly recommend this place. Great service, very friendly.

Me and my husband come here all the time! Probably weekly if I'm honest! And we absolutely love it. Good quick service, and super nice people! We have tried a variety of food options and everything from their sushi, pad thai, curry, soup, or dinner entree options we have loved everything. Would highly recommend!

Great prices! Lunch specials for around $10. Huge portions. Super yummy. The staff are so nice and friendly. While we were there we could hear a chef singing. Lots of food for a great price. Fried chicken for General Zao Chicken was nicely cooked. Not mushy and not overcooked. Enough food for leftovers.

Did dine in during lunch. They have an inexpensive lunch special for some basic rolls. Service was pretty quick with only a couple other patrons in the restaurant. For a discount sushi place, the sushi was decent. The hand roll and one of the regular rolls I had were good. I had a roll with eel that tasted like the eel was not very fresh. I would go back again and stick to tempura rolls.

Came with a group of workmates and was able to sit right down. Wasn't too busy for 11:50 AM. Some don't care for sushi so we are glad they had other options. We did, however, order about 10 different rolls. One workmate got the mongolian beef and one had the sweet and sour chicken. Both said their food was good. The chicken was a bit dry but not really different than other places I've had sweet and sour chicken. The rolls were all really good. I've been to places where the rolls all tasted the same. There was like one flavor that dominated every one. Not here! Every single roll had its own unique flavor. Some were spicy and had a good kick. I actually liked everyone we had. We just shared the rolls and everyone got a couple pieces of each one. We also got the Gyoza appetizer and they were well cooked and delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My wife and I had the privilege of introducing friends to Red 8 this week. The occasion was a celebration of new employment. We were headed to Zaos but decided to go for sushi. They ordered rolls while we ordered Pad Thai and Singapore Noodles. We shared the dishes family style and all agreed the Singapore Noodles hit the spot! Ever since visiting Singapore in the mid-2000s I have been trying the dish at multiple restaurants. The curry flavor just popped with this dish and set it apart from the rest I have tried. My wife said she would learn how to make it after listening to me rave about how much I enjoyed the vibrant flavor and zing of the almost peppery curry seasoning. The portions were generous. When we left the waitress asked what we had. She said the Singapore Noodles were her favorite too. Can't recommend enough!

This is a tough one... I liked that they had a lunch special of soup and 2 sushi rolls. My sushi rolls were pretty good, but what my friend ordered didn't taste very well. Inside, it seems as if the place is falling apart, and there are small holes in the wall from previous TVs and lights. I had to flag someone down to ask for a water refill, because outside of ordering food and bringing it to you they don't visit. I may come back and get the lunch special to go, but I can't say I was too impressed. What really irritated me, is how they brought my friend their food without bringing me my order for 5-10 minutes

A couple friends and I went here to get lunch. They had a great selection of lunch specials. I got the Pad Thai, and it was wonderful. A little more expensive than other lunch options around, but the portions are large!
