I recently visited the Dobbes, Oregon location while passing through with friends, and I left extremely disappointed. I don’t live in the area and was genuinely looking forward to a good meal, but what I received fell far below expectations.
I ordered a cheeseburger with no bun for $18 and was shocked by what arrived (photo attached - Eactly how it came). The patty was tiny, the cheese wasn’t even melted, there were only a couple of small onion pieces, and the lettuce listed on the menu was completely missing. The portion size was closer to a child’s meal than an adult entrée—especially at this price point. My friend who ordered a tuna melt even offered me part of her sandwich because she could see I was still hungry.
When I politely asked the waitress about the missing items, she responded dismissively and told me, “That’s all you get.” That attitude made the experience even worse. What really added to the frustration is that my friends received full, well-portioned meals for the same price, so the inconsistency felt unacceptable.
I attempted to contact the company about this, but since I haven’t been able to reach anyone, I’m sharing my experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this visit was a major letdown.
