"The biggest draw of the three-story Red Lobster in Times Square (besides the unlimited Cheddar Bay Biscuits, of course) is that dining here can make you forget you’re actually in Times Square. The huge dining room on the top floor doesn’t have any windows, so instead of being stared down by a model on a 20-foot Gap billboard, you can relax in a booth surrounded by nautical decor, gazing out through a faux porthole. The dramatic overhead spotlights will make the butter on your face look like a dewy, natural glow. This won’t be the best seafood you’ll ever eat—and your server might periodically forget you exist—but you’re here for an afternoon of reckless abandon, with neon blue margaritas as big as your head, rounds of well-breaded coconut shrimp (go for the $30 endless option), and a lobster bib you’ll wear with pride." - Ciera Velarde

Google
My husband and I visited for a Valentine’s Day lunch. Our server, Benji, was awesome. Very attentive, soft spoken, professional, and knowledgeable of the menu. Leslie at the front desk was super sweet and you can tell she loves her job and interacting with guests. It’s not often you receive excellent customer service in the service industry these days. It was very refreshing to see and experience. Keep up the excellent work.

Google
My husband and i came here to celebrate my 30 b-day.Our server Annette was attentive to us. And knowledgeable with the menu for whenever we asked her about it. She made sure if my cut of sirloin was cooked right by asking first if I could check it. And above all. She was nice. Great service makes the restaurant stand out. Definitely will make this our red lobster area from now on. Even though there is another one closer to our house but this has better service.

I went to this lovely for my birthday and I must say it was AMAZING! It was my 1st time eating here (and I eat out ALOT). My waitress Precious was Immaculate, she was very attentive and helpful. She gave me a recommendation and it was on point. Food came out nice and hot very well seasoned and delicious. She made sure my table was cleaned off in a hurry and my drink was always filled. Precious made sure my experience was a 100/10. Very thankful for her service and the great food my birthday was GREAT.

Google
I love Red Lobster @ Town East! It's my favorite location because the service is always great here! Coconut Shrimp with Parrot Isle Sauce with Grilled Shrimp were yummy! Paige & Leslie were wonderful!

Google
My family frequent this restaurant on a regular basis. We are always greeted with a smile and treated like family when we walk in the door. The customer service is above the top. On today’s visit Veronica and Kasie were on point as usual.

The food was great the service was amazing.

Yelp
I waited tables for 20 years, and rarely am I impressed with service. I'm traveling from out-of-state, and staying at the hotel across the street and just went in there to grab a quick lunch...I was blown away with the level of service! I almost felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton with the level of care that I experienced! A very nice gentleman opened the door for me as I was walking in and sat me right away. Every person that worked in the restaurant was smiling and accommodating, everywhere I turned..My server Leslie went above and beyond. Whoever is managing the restaurant is doing an impeccable job!

Lin L.

Yelp
Place a to go order at Red lobster. The server who took my To go order is very nice, however the restaurant has a strong chemical smell. Since it's so slow, servers were busy laughing in a very loud noise. They just playing around. Ordered a lobster pasta, it's 2/5. Lobster is overcooked and pasta lack of taste. The quality of Red Lobster has decline for sure.

Jerimiah R.

Yelp
Everything went well, the food was good along with the service along with the atmosphere just overall a really good time with a good waiter whose name is Arron, I will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Worst order ever. Missing items, bland and over cooked pasta, soggy undercooked biscuits(whole reason I ordered) sad.

Daniela T.

Yelp
Good experience at this Red Lobster! Came on a Saturday afternoon and it was very peaceful and quiet. Our server Justice was great. Ordered the Cajun Shrimp Trio and I could barely finish it even thought it was so delicious . The cheddar biscuits are my favorite appetizer. A raspberry smoothie was also ordered and it was a perfect blend of fresh and creamy, and it wasn't too sweet. Very light.

Tina T.

Yelp
I wanted to order the scallop and shrimp, but they would not substitute the orzo rice with mash potatoes due to my gluten food allergy. They told me I could order mash potatoes since it comes with a side. I think they missed the point of an allergy.

Chris M.

Yelp
If I could give less than one star I would. Justice was the worst server and the kitchen staff was even worse. Over an hour of waiting and still no food. We had to leave. Got there about 7:40-7:45 and almost 9 no food. Ridiculous! For sure won't be back!

Wes D.

Yelp
After waiting 20 minutes for a table, the 20 minute wait to get even ackno by wait staff was too much. We left.

Yvette R.

Yelp
Had so much fun with my friend . The food was hot , fresh and delicious we really enjoyed the food ,good crowd tonight as well .

Shunte E.

Yelp
I brought the kids here after school so we came on a Tuesday around 5pm. It was not crowded so as soon as we walked in we were greeted and taken to our seats. Our server was Cherri if I remember correctly and she was awesome. It was very clean and quite. The food was excellent and was brought out promptly.

Caleb K.

Yelp
My family (2adults, 2kids) ate here on 4/27/23. There was no host visible for several minutes. There was only one other table in the restaurant at the time. Eventually we were sat. Started by visiting the restroom. The smell of raw sewage was overpowering. I got back to our table 5 minutes later to find out our server had not been by yet. Soon after our server came by and said she would be right back. After 10 minutes she finally came back. She took our order. She brought out my wife's and my drink but my son had to wait almost 10 more minutes for his orange juice (had to wait on the bartender).... 10 minutes later, she brought out our appetizer and the entree together saying the kitchen had pushed it all out at once. Funny since the appetizer was cold. She had also forgotten several items on our order that she brought back some time later. We tried to get refills, napkins, silverware, etc but there was no one around. I mean no one. No server, bartender, host, manager, no one. As I started eating my overcooked shrimp, I found a slimy black object in my ketchup (that they portion into cups). I informed the server who said "it's probably just a green onion" and said she would let the manager know. No visit, and after seeing that, could not finish my meal. Utterly gross. Got the check finally (full price) and she said she let the manager know. Here's the real kicker. I emailed corporate about my experience. First of all, there is an invisible limit on how long your comment can be - had to figure that out by trial and error. It took three emails to let them know the issues we had. Second, I received an email from them several days later asking for ALL of the information I had already posted in the form THEY provided online. What a joke. Run away.

Yelp
I went in today (Easter Sunday) with a party of 6. Downloaded the app on the way to the restaurant and got our name on the list. Table was ready for us when we walked in. The hostesses (especially Alexis, if I read correctly) were so sweet and humored my 5 year old, letting her "pet" one of the lobsters We were quickly served their signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, always a hit. Our server suggested some great appetizers, we ordered the calamari, which is served with spicy ranch and marinara. He brought our drinks quickly and the appetizer shortly after (so good). The kids ordered some different shrimp dishes and macaroni and were all very pleased. The adults all ordered the same - the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake - which had lobster, shrimp, mussels, and scallops over linguini. It was so much good on one plate, and our server noticed when we needed refills and brought them quickly. It was very comfortable and fairly quiet, although I was able to catch some Steely Dan coming through the speaker at the end of the meal. It was altogether a wonderful experience.

Patrick F.

Yelp
I took my friend out to eat and our server Bella is amazing and she's very attentive gave us our biscuits and have an amazing smile while doing it she is a great server for being herself great personality if y'all go to this location ask for Bella the server and the food is great and brought the food fresh and hot

Yelp
I was really surprised. Took Mother in Law out for her 72nd birthday dinner. Honestly not my first choice, but it was hers. So it all started out with Cold Samuel Adam's beer. I ordered the Crab Bisque large size on a bowl. Put some pepper in it amd it tasted fine. It held its own. I selected the Seafarers Fest, a platter that has a broiled lobster tail, grilled sea scallops, garlic shrimp and Walts favorite shrimp. The two sides was a house salad with Bleu cheese dressing and creamy Lobster potatoes. Lobster was pureed into the mashed potatoes. A little butter put on and it was great. Would of taken pictures, but I was so hungry. Only thing that was bor as advertised was that the scallops were just boiled and not seared. I like both ways, so not a huge problem. Waiter was very good. It seemed he was the only one as he was moving from table to table rapidly. Felt kind of bad for him, but it seems that's the state of affairs when in these times of Covid. I'll definately be back

Mark R.

Yelp
It tastes like seafood. The wonderful biscuits, just love those. The shrimp on the stick tastes good. The Atlantic salmon was very good. The lobster wasn't as good as I would like. We also had a dinner salad and it was very good. We added macaroni and lobster. The lobster in the macaroni was better than the lobster tail. We go here about once a year and it is definitely A-OK. If you are looking for great seafood go somewhere else.

Yelp
Gr8 food experience & gr8 service! Plus nice restaurant interiors ! They run out of live Lobster sometime ! Plus I love lobster & come to Red lobster For really good live fresh lobster. Price makes no difference just really good cooking & fresh product !! Still looking at specials also, but my tab is always over $50.00 up to almost $100.00 each time I come into the red lobster in Mesquite, Texas That's about 3 time a month!! Put a special on live lobster like Lobsterama did a few years back Thank you for always having gr8 seafood & really gr8 live lobsters.

Gwen B.

Yelp
This place is absolute TRASH!!! It smells like sewage when you 1st walk in. The food is bland!!! The prices for what we got...no thank u. Additionally!!! There are ANTS allllll over the bathrooms! I would BOT visit the Mesquite location again.

Sherry P.

Yelp
How does one go wrong on Fish & Chips? It seemed like refríed from earlier. We waited 45 minutes. The slaw was omitted from the dish which was included on the menu. Our server later brought a mega serving when I brought it to his attention. On a good note, the server Walter was a doll. The food coming out of the kitchen needs to be checked and personnel managed. There were several screams from the kitchen with people goofing around. Also, we were here for dinner and were given lunch menus. We had a child with us and had to request a child menu. Anyway, we wasted a lot of money. Am really disappointed that our Red Lobster is not up to par anymore.

Juan M.

Yelp
This place is is the absolute definition of gross. Food was bland very nasty smell and super overpriced. I will never return This was my first time eating lobster and I will never agin

Yelp
Today I placed an order for delivery on Red Lobster's website. It was an awful experience because of the Door Dasher, it had ZERO to do with RL but because I ordered on their website, I called them. I spoke to a manager named Rose. I explained that our food was scheduled to be delivered at 1:00 yet it was 1:45 and it still hadn't shown up, not to mention the door dasher had an attitude when I tried to call her to find out where it was. Rose was very apologetic and went above and beyond to correct the situation. Not only did she credit me the entire bill but she also remade every entrée and personally delivered it... she also threw in desert! Now, I don't know if Red Lobster's corporate office pays any attention to their Yelp reviews or not but if they do, someone should give Rose a fat raise! Managers like her are hard to find. And I already offered her a job!!! Lol

Jaclyn V.

Yelp
Not sure what's going on here. We were one of four tables at 6:30pm. We ordered our meals and drinks at the same time. We ate some bread and asked for more 20 mins later, but was told they had to make more. It took 45 minutes for our salads to come out & the bread still wasn't done. We watched a gentleman get seated & no one came to greet him, so he left after 10 mins. A little after 8pm our food came out. Refills were hard to come by and there was a lot of hollering/cheering from the kitchen. Tyler was a good server considering what he was dealing with.

Daniel C.

Yelp
Pretty disappointed! Wife and I came here for dinner on a Friday. We were seated quickly and our waitress took our drink order within minutes. Overall the service our waitress provided was excellent throughout the entire meal. We started our meal with the seafood dip appetizer. The dip had good flavors but it was way too runny. It was difficult to eat the dip since it runs off the chip when dipped. It almost got to the point of grabbing a spoon and eating it like soup. Our next course was the biscuits and salads. My wife had a house salad with ranch and I had the caesar. The cesar salad was the best part of the meal. Both salads were fresh and well dressed. Unfortunately the biscuits were over cooked and pretty much collapsed in your hands as you grabbed them. It's hard to let this one pass since the biscuits are their signature item. For the entrees my wife had the crab legs with a baked potato and broccoli and I had the endless shrimp. My wife felt like the crab was just okay. As for the endless shrimp I only ordered the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was cooked well and had a good flavor to start. As I received my additional scampi orders the shrimp got over cooked and a bit chewy. Maybe this was their way of ending the meal. Overall my wife and I were both disappointed with the meal. Other than the good service we received from our waitress the rest of the experience was forgettable. I don't see us coming back anytime soon.

Laura O. D.

Yelp
I went here last month for Endless Shrimp. Overall I would give my experience a 3.5. The food was good, and the waiter was attentive. When you walk into the building it was dark, no decorations in the reception area, and an empty lobster tank. Maybe should be replaced with a regular fish tank? The hostess, which may have been the manager, was having a discussion in front of me about how they have to divvy up the customers to be "fair" to all the servers. As we walked through the dining area, there was a musty smell coming from the carpet that reminds me of a Chuck E. Cheese's. I really think that this location has been serving an elderly crowd because of the weekday specials, but has forgotten about everyone else. The lackluster atmosphere just doesn't make me want to go back.

Nathan C.

Yelp
My waitress Leslie was outstanding. The lobster tail was alright same as the steak, a bit pricy but probably due to inflation in everything these days. The dessert chocolate cake was great! The warm cake and cold ice cream just go together well. Great service so I will be back. Worth 3.5 Stars.

Laurie S.

Yelp
This is not about the food but about the building itself. I always been a fan of the Mesquite location but not any more. The smell hits you when you walk in the door. It's the old carpet. It hasn't been renovated since it first opened. They need to get rid of that carpet & put flooring in. Sad to say but I won't be back to this location till they do!!

Tomeka A.

Yelp
Me and my daughter just wanted to get out for a quick lunch and we made a great choice. Clean, great customer service, and we enjoyed our meal.

Maddy P.

Yelp
Me and my bf walked in on a Friday night, no wait, I immediately looked at him with disgust because of the smell but we shook it off until we sat down; didn't last 5 minutes looking at the Menu because the environment was so gross and off putting. We just knew we would get food poisoning just by walking in. we left immediately.

Corinna E.

Yelp
Not even worth 1 star. I was excited to go because I never tried lobster before (not a fan of seafood since I'm allergic to shrimp). When I tried the lobster I was disappointed. My husband reassured me that fresh lobster was "not supposed to taste like this". The waitress was the only great part, she was amazing. The bathroom even smelled like sewer! My daughter almost threw up when we walked in. This was my first and last visit. If I was ever given a gift card to red lobster I wouldn't even eat here for free. This food belongs on the fear factor show.

Gregory P.

Yelp
My wife and I had dinner tonight here. Our server was Geeta S. Geeta S is one of the best servers that we've had the pleasure to serve us. We had her one previous time, when we had a bigger party with us. She did such a great job, so we asked for her tonight. We were so happy that she was working tonight. Service was top notch. My wife and her had great conversation about her interests. If you go here for dinner, please ask for her. You will not be disappointed by the service she will give you.

Tad B.

Yelp
It's been 32 years since I've been in a Red Lobster but that winning streak died tonight. Let me start off by saying the service here was really good. My wife & I were the only people here but still the waiter was really nice. Oh, and the Red Lobster biscuits were awesome & just like I remember. The bad part is everything else is just like I remembered also. We ordered from the "Catch of the day" menu and both fish dishes were frozen - not fresh & not really what I would consider caught today. I had the Cajun sauce on my fish which was described as a spicy creamy sauce. It was neither. My wife had the Lobster brown butter sauce which was better but had shrimp tails instead of lobster in it. Both fish dishes smelled & tasted like fish - old, frozen, overcooked fish. I'm making a promise to myself now that even after 32 more years I will remember never again to set foot in a Red Lobster.

Addison C.

Yelp
They treated me good they food came out hot and greasy never waited for anything will go back for the scampi

Natassia L.

Yelp
Red Lobster was for many years my favorite restaurant with the Mesquite location being my favorite. This Saturday we arrived early enough to beat the dinner rush and it didn't matter one bit. The staff was very withdrawn- almost as if they had worked 2 doubles, took shots and said eff it, let's try and work a 3rd double. Not attentive at all. Our $10 appetizer was watery and served to us after waiting 32 minutes. The salad and biscuits were good as usual. Our dishes came out after 1 hour plus, incomplete and worst of all with spoiled portions. We received rotten butternut squash, under-cooked shrimp (which is hard to do) and drinks with very little alcohol and lots of sugary syrup. The only food items that was served and enjoyed was the salmon and my steak. The irony is that neither of these items are sea food!!! Working in a similar industry I understand exhaustion and being over-worked but this was unacceptable. The service was bad from the hostess, our waiter and the food. Not what we had in mind as a birthday dinner (for my dad). We will not visit again.

Andy U.

Yelp
My reason for the 1-star is because of the smell in the seating area (front & back). It stinks in there like urine in the carpet. Our last visit there (& will be the last) was the third time there over a couple of months where we smelled the odor. First seating was in the back, usually where they put families with babies....I'm sure someone peed on the floor back there. The second time we were in the middle area, but still smelled it....this last time (3rd & final), we were at the front near the bar. I mentioned to the waitress that it stunk like pee in there & she said she didn't really notice it. She also said that she gets "nose blind" in there anyways. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and he acknowledged that there is an odor on the carpet & it's supposed to be cleaned "next month" We'll skip this place for a year or so before we give it another try.

Ken G.

Yelp
Food was good. Enjoy it with my wife and my daughter. Had to Seafair was real good and those cheddar biscuits were excellent. We will return for a visit in the short future.

Mary A.

Yelp
Very disappointed. Spent $160 for my step-son's bday dinner here on 2/22/19 and what a waste! I ordered the shrimp linguine and , WOW what a disgrace. The sauce on the pasta was so bland, the shrimp were the "salad shrimp" type , you know the tasteless, cheap shrimp, but for $20+ for the "full" plate. My mashed potatoes tasted like instant mashed potatoes from a box with salt and pepper, yuck. My husband got a plate with the small steak and "lobster meat" drowned in the saltiest, greasiest "butter" yuck! The carpet in this location is super old and dirty, the place stinks of urine when you first walk in. Will never eat at this Red Lobster again, could have gone to Pappadeaux for the amount we spent here.

Charles T.

Yelp
I love red lobster it's my favorite restaurant but this is a really bad location. I've noticed that the carpet is really nasty and a bad big stain as you enter the dining area. We sat for 15 whole minutes before anyone would even acknowledge us. Service is horrible and when the food came 55 minutes after getting there the fries were so old, cold and greasy I couldn't eat them. I will NEVER come to this location again.

Jenifer W.

Yelp
Had my birthday dinner here tonight. Excellent service from Jasmine! Request her if you can! Sweet young lady, the food was delicious. Side note..ladies room needed attention but otherwise A+ from this family.

Marg B.

Yelp
Service was really good. Young lady was juggling 8 tables. She really did her best. Food was terrible. Lobster bisque was awfully clumpy. One clump was straight sugar. How does that happen? The shrimp artichoke dip was microwaved. The shrimp were rubbery and surrounded by shrimp sweat water. Eww. Cheddar biscuits we're COLD. Tea was good. SIGH!! The lobster roll smelled & tasted like a SONIC CHILI DOG. Please don't buy it. Just don't.

Megan S.

Yelp
My fiancé and I treated my mom to Red Lobster for Mother's Day earlier this year, and the three of us all were severely disappointed. Food was alright (nothing to write home about), and the service was slow. Not only were us and several other tables waiting about 45 minutes to an hour for food, but our waitress hardly ever came by to check on us to see if we needed refills or to let us know that the kitchen was backed up. Fast forward to just this past Friday (9/14/18). My fiancé and I were dining with his brother this time. The food was good but not great, definitely not worth the hour or so we had to wait (not to mention the price). Our waitress was friendly enough (if a little ditzy), but like the one before, hardly came to check on us. Suffice it to say, the next time we're craving Red Lobster, we'll just venture to a different location.

Victoria S.

Yelp
Arrived @ 4:15 for an early dinner on Thursday. Was told it would've 10-15min to be seated. There were only 5 tables seated in the whole place. It didn't really take that to be seated maybe 5min.. but the food didn't come out til after 5:30. The new Tuna Poke, is nasty.. the tomato caprese is not fresh tomatoes.. it's more like a salsa with 3 tiny pieces of Mozzarella. We were very disappointed.. I don't think Red Lobster will be around much longer.

Brittney B.

Yelp
Our waitress Dolly was amazing. Very friendly & informative. The food was great, she made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable meal. We definitely will return to that location just to see her. Amazing experience.

Melissa B.

Yelp
Got a to go tonight and went and picked it up drove all the way home 15 minutes away. Started to unpack the food . And realized we were missing half the order it was a big order over a hundred. Called the restrauant and was told to come back so drive all the way back to get half the food to come home and all the mains are gone with cold baked potatoes and no mushrooms the manger didn't do anything about it when we called back for the 2nd time to tell him the about the mushrooms. He never even came on the phone after being on hold for 30 min. Here I sit hungry and out $114 bucks. Thanks Red Lobster way to treat your fellow service worker's after my 9 HR shift of serving tables.Never again will I spend my money at your restaurant. Have to update 30 minutes after I wrote this review the manger called and made things right so thanks alot I'm guessing it was just a ruff day for all of us Thank you and the kids ate all the shrimp and loved them.

Scott C.

Yelp
Went in last night with my wife and two friends of ours. After 20 minutes I went and told the hostess we had still not been helped. Finally a very nice young woman, who was not our waitress apologized and took our order. Another 10 minutes passed, no drinks, no biscuits, nothing! We got up and walked out. The sad part is that they were not even that busy and didn't seem all that concerned that we left! Needless to say we will not be back.

Amy H.

Yelp
The worst the worst the worst! I don't know what has happened to this location!!!! I could've gone to any five star restaurant in Dallas and gotten fresh seafood for the spice that I spent tonight! The service was terrible! The food was doubly bad! We ordered the most expensive stuff on the menu with lobster tails scallops shrimp and I could not even finish The meal and certainly did not ask for a doggie bag. I was not about to bring any of that food home! The lobster tails were small and dried out like they've been in the freezer for six months, the crab legs were all mushy etc. etc. etc. the staff was totally under trained and I didn't see a manager not one time during the 2 1/2 hours that we went there for dinner! People don't go there you can get more bang for your buck and fresher food and spend the same amount of money going to a different restaurant! We went for our anniversary Dinner in work dressed up someone, but a lot of the patrons were just in T-shirts and blue jeans and made it feel like it was a fast food restaurant! No ambience whatsoever!.

Stacey H.

Yelp
We waited an hour for our table because everyone in Mesquite wanted Red Lobster. It was funny b c another customer told us on his way out that "It's worth the wait!" We visited with our party in the SRO lobby bc it was too cold to wait outside. Margarito was our waiter and he took great care of our table. The food was delicious and arrived as ordered. We had a wonderfully pleasant evening.

Cindy S.

Yelp
Great wait staff Great food Very clean restaurant Very clean restroom's Our waitress had no idea but my mother is passing away from non small cancer of her lungs and soon will not be able to eat at all not a candidate for surgery, radiation or chemotherapy, she made the decision to put her life in GOD'S hands. She waited on us like we was her best customer's or even our family. I am trying to fulfill my moms bucket list of foods she loves. And Red Lobster was number one checked off, she love the popcorn shrimp and fries dafs too, crab for me

Matthew B.

Yelp
Well it's pretty much your standard corporate seafood. I went with the family for ShrimpFest. As usual the biscuits and salads were good. The bar drinks had a decent amount of alcohol in them. Service was bordering on glacial even though it wasn't very busy. Disappointed with the food quality. Nothing remotely memorable. The selections that they give you for the endless shrimp are limited and get old quick. Should've stuck with the Admirals Feast!

Kaitlin F.

Yelp
There was no wait, yet it took ten minutes for our waiter to even bring us rolls(said they were cooking which is fine, but at first tried to just say they didn't have any at the moment and wanted to rush to our order, we told him we will wait for biscuits first). Then we ordered our food, which was brought out late as well, we both got the shrimp Alfredo linguine. A different waiter brought the food. It tasted okay (I had clam chowder with mine which wasn't good) after we finished eating out regular waiter came by and said our food will be out in a moment and cleared our table. He brought us more (not complaining about that really) but we asked for it to go and took it to our friends, and now we all have food poisoning. Will never eat at Ed lobster again.

Jim B.

Yelp
Only reason for ONE is because could not go lower!! New Years Eve we got to the Restaurant about 5:45 pm. 30 minute wait which was fine for we were in no hurry. We waited at the Bar and the Bartender was very friendly , Clumsy for she dropped and broke a tray of food. The Manager came to help but disappeared? We got seated at 6:56 and the waiter came immediately to take our order. We ordered and she finally brought our drinks. I asked for sweet tea and got unsweet tea. The Waitress had little concern and finally brought a glass of sweet tea, no ice!!! We asked for biscuits and she said we are waiting for fresh ones. She finally brought the biscuits and they were not hot warm is the best I would give. FRESH? Really???? We kept waiting and nothing ever changed. The waitress was totally lost ? After waiting and hour for our food we left!!!!! NEVER TO GO BACK!!! One of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant EVER!!! Hope you I read this!!!
