Red Lobster

I haven't been to a Red Lobster like this one. Absolutely fine dining. I even loved the music 🎶. The food was delicious. Our host was super nice and friendly. I'm going to post his picture. Just know if you get him, everything will be perfect. I highly recommend this location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Seafood and Atmosphere! My friend and I visited the Red Lobster at Times Square while on a trip from Montreal, and it was amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of NYC, which gave us an exciting vibe as soon as we walked in. The seafood was fresh and delicious—especially the lobster and shrimp dishes! Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits were a highlight, and we kept asking for more. It was a fun and memorable experience, and we both felt it was the perfect spot for a seafood feast while exploring the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Times Square who wants great seafood and a lively atmosphere

We experienced a great meal with tasty lobster with nice staff. No rush with a bill on the table directly after you swallowed your last bite of food. Food was great and the drinks were very nice. My hands were very sticky so I asked if I could use the shower to clean myself, staff have never heard this before and laughed out loud. I can recommend this restaurant if you visit New York!

The food is really really good. The lobster linguini is also so delicious but costs 30$. The service was also somewhat questionable, since there were 3 floors in this restaurant, our waters did not get refilled once. Most likely have to request for refill. they did give free scones at the start of the meal though, and we were seated as soon as we got there which was very helpful.

This is a really big location with an elevator and stairs to the second floor dining area. Ate here while visiting NYC. Server was pretty goood and food was decent. Manager was very friendly and even gave our table a complimentary dessert. The restaurant was clean as well.

I’d been to Red Lobster many times in Florida, Colorado, and recently at Time Square, NYC. Everything here was yummy as always. My favorites are the bacon wrapped sea scallops and of course “the garlic butter lobster”. Will visit again whenever I crave for good seafood.

Food was excellent and you get alot of food! Lobster was amazing! Our server gave us great recommendation and she was very kind and jolly. Nice music!

After a lovely day at Bryant Park Bumper on ice , we all (Party of 17) decided to dine at Red Lobster Times Square . The ambiance was perfect , the staff was awesome and chef Walt Henderson (culinary manager)and Mina (waitress) was exceptionally professional and welcoming . I can't remember the last time I went to Red Lobster, but I went to this location for a friends birthday and it was very fun! The highlight was definitely our waiter, her name is Mina. She was very attentive and put up with a a group of 10 people with a lot of patience. She deserves a raise!! The food was ok, the drinks were not so great. They were very sweet and didn't have enough alcohol but I guess you don't come to Red Lobster for a nice cocktail.

I've never had red lobster and this was actually a pretty pleasant surprise. They had a lot of low calories options. I had the garlic shrimp and the grilled shrimp. The grilled shrimp was simple but tasted good enough. The garlic shrimp was good but somehow it was less calories than the grilled one? Strange. My friend got the crispy potatoes with his crab which was super tasty. Honestly the star of the whole thing to me.

Always very busy I recommend always calling ahead and saying when you plan on coming in otherwise you may have wait up to 45 min for a seat. Workers tend to be rude and not really care just rushing you but forgetting to bring you things at the same time. The actual set up of the restaurant is big and the booths are comfy. The food is you know red lobster food nothing bad nothing incredibly delicious but still good. They are definitely over priced but if u going out for a special occasion I guess it's okay.

Fantastic location. Right in the heart of Times Square .. there are so many restaurants / bars around.. we went here for a quick drink / snack . Service was very average .. even before going to washrooms they wanted us to order anything They had a full fledged bar and they had few beer options . A draft beer was about 15-16$ !!!!!! Very very expensive . There are so many bars around where you get a beer for 7-8$ ! Atmosphere was ok . Crowded .. food table had wait times. Overall , it was an average experience .. 3 stars

The waiting time is very low and there is great customer service and if it's your first time you can get help in what to get it's very clean and large .The food take a bit long to get here like 25 minutes

It's Red Lobster so you have to set the right expectations going in. Reviewing solely on the food: 3/5 ambiance: 2/5 (esp given the options in nyc) service: 5/5 But because of the service and the really fun time my friends and I had that night, I'll leave it with a 4/5. My friends and I wanted to experience the "ULTIMATE ENDLESS SHRIMP®" Monday deal - which is now $30. We went in with high hopes but were in our late 20s so... our stomachs can only handle so much :') but it was still a great time. Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits are SO GOOD. And they're endless (no matter what day, time, or other deal you're going for). Also on Mondays it's Margharita mondays so there's deals on drinks too!! We got two margharita flights (comes with 3) for the 6 of us. They were too sweet, the flavors were too artificial. Not good. But pretty colors! Our server was GREAT - Shoutout to Donnell!! He took care of us throughout the night. I can imagine it's difficult to work in Red Lobster Times Square. The parties around us were larger families and tourists that stumbled in probably after walking around Times Square. But our server was super friendly with us, gave us recommendations, and since we were going for the endless shrimp, told us he would bring everything out that we ordered first, and then start bringing out our favorite shrimp dishes in portions of 6 so it would be efficient in the kitchen and we wouldn't be waiting long for the next shrimp rounds. We first ordered all 6 shrimp items with the 6 different sides, so we could try everything. Sadly we were only able to order sides once (the first "round"), because the broccoli was really good. A little bit too salty but it was still good. And the fries were pretty good too. The other sides were meh (orzo rice and baked potato, not worth the carbs!). The different shrimp dishes ranked most to least favorite: 1. Garlic Shrimp Scampi - this one was the best - had a great buttery garlic sauce 2. Grilled shrimp - the most plain but most optimal to eat a high quantity 3. Dragon shrimp (popcorn shrimp but with this sweet and sour sauce) 4. Shrimp Linguini Alfredo - the creamy alfredo sauce was not bad! 5. Coconut shrimp (too coconut-y and had a sweet flavor to it) 6. Walt's favorite shrimp (bleh) A few notes: the cheddar bay biscuits was the best thing we ate there that night. Red Lobster's "Shrimp Your Way" on the menu - where you can "Choose Two" or "Choose Three" - is probably better to order if you're into a lot of shrimp. It's cheaper and you don't have to feel like you gotta get your moneys worth with unlimited shrimp. However my friends and I purposefully wanted to try this experience, and we're glad we did. We had a ton of fun and are now bonded by this (slightly scarring) experience! :D If you're interested, altogether we ate 183 shrimps!! WHOO!

Restaurant is really nice and it's big with a second floor. Staff is friendly, but I'll say not very attentive. For what we ordered today, the one I most like is the lobster linguini (my company's order) and lobster dip, both have generous servings of lobster and tasted really good. My steak was well done, but I forgot to mention I'd like it medium rare... but I think our server also forgot to ask me... hence the above comment Now, this is a funny experience in NY! My Adira asked for bread bowl clam chowder... when the order came... it was in a bowl... our server explained that they do not have a bread bowl, and that thought we meant "clam crackers" when we mentioned bread bowl! Adira also did not like the clam chowder, she said it tasted different. I tried it and it was also not the best for me.

I love Red Lobster. The one in Times Squares holds us down. We know the appetizers and drinks are going to do the job. Plus you can't beat quick service and that childhood nostalgia.

This is a reliable chain that has good food and really good service. It's a massive location so you won't be waiting and the biscuits are always a crowd pleaser. Our server was super nice and really well informed.

I came to have lunch.... Don't order their crab legs it had a bad odor! They need to be stopped from serving food from being nuked.. never coming back and my stomach hurts

I was here on January 24 around 7:30 pm, the server took my order of the Lobster lovers dream and all I was brought was water! Waited almost an hour for my order before decided to go elsewhere! I've been a customer of RL since I was a child, but I will never go back again!

Yes its 2024 and the last time I wrote a review was in 2011 and yes it was 1 star. I was really hoping after over a decade that they would get their act together. The last review was about the long wait for below par food. After so much time passed, I was hoping for a change in the the right direction. Sadly, it did not change. After church, we decided to stop in for brunch around 12:30. Instead of going upstairs we decided to sit downstairs. There was already a couple with their food and one lady at the bar so not busy at all. The guy at the bar was aware of our presence but did not acknowledge us or even indicate that he would eventually tend to us. About 15 minutes passed by and this random man came up to the bar and sat right beside our booth seats, which were perpendicular to the bar. Well, what do you know, that same server wasted no time to greet the guy and even talk about him being barely awake from being up all night. They started to gosh like they were buddies. Really? The nerve, while we are waiting to be served! Once we realized what was going on. We knew it was time to go. We asked for the manager, Eddie, was his name, if I am not mistaken. We waited for him to come downstairs and noticed that the hostess that we told the issue to may have told the server that we called the manager so he would be on notice about our complaint. Once Eddie arrived, we described the situation and explained that customer service is paramount in any establishment and that what we experienced was unacceptable. Eddie, apologized and suggested that we sit upstairs. However, after that experience, we had lost our appetite. We don't accept disrespect and after that I do not plan to return. Red Lobster, train your people how to treat customers with respect or you will continue to lose business.

I'm NEVER too good to eat at Red Lobster! The place is deteriorating, and the elevator didn't work, so we used the service one and it smelled awful! But besides the place falling apart, definitely get you their alcoholic drinks and finger foods. It's cheap, it's pretty good and enjoyed myself for the little I paid! Hope they can save this location. Sometimes fresh hot biscuits and a few good drinks is all you need!

red lobster... I have no words, other then this being the absolute best! The beauty of this place, is not able to be put into words, it's a beautiful place overall and the service. Chef's kiss.the food was no other than a delicious meal. The only sad part was that the lobster tank was removed.

Whenever I give this place a try, I leave disappointed and hangry. Probably time to call it quits. Service is non existent. During peak times AND during slowest times. No luck anyway you look at it. This restaurant is perpetually understaffed. On a calm Friday afternoon, 3pm, we were one of the only tables on the floor. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to pass by us so we could beg for water. Then another 15 minutes for a harried waiter to come over, take our order, and never drop by again, until we started hunting someone down for a check. Food is disappointing to say the least. And always seems to run out. Half the sides ran out--several days ago! Do we live on a deserted island, making shipment of vegetables mission impossible? Coleslaw was rancid--our entire table agreed that it smelled and tasted like it's been sitting in the open air for days. Broccoli was limp, bland, and sad. Baked potato and fries were bland as well. In general, everything we ate [except the cheddar biscuits--oh, the irony] was bland and tasteless. And I am someone who does not salt or seasoning overload. I always prefer food to be on the mild side, so that I can add something later. But this food was beyond redemption. $51 lobster tail duo was the biggest rip off imaginable. Skip and go buy yourself a fresh lobster for that money. The two lobster tails were bland and rubbery. How long have they been languishing in a freezer? Beyond redemption. The two sides that you choose do not provide enough sustenance, unless you choose carb heavy, unhealthy starches, which we did not want to do. Avoid at all costs. NYC has plenty of delicious [and affordable] seafood restaurants.

Generally speaking, other than catching a Broadway show, I avoid this area as much as possible. However my love for Red Lobster got the better of me. I'm glad I went as the experience was great. It's a large place; bar space on the first, elevator, and two dining floors, with the third floor being quite a sprawling area. If you're looking at this review, then you probably already know about the great options on the menu. The traditional cheddar cheese biscuits were as great as they're always been. Then came the feast! One dishes was lobster tails, scallops, fried and grilled shrimp over rice. It was really good, with the lobster tails being the star of the show. My date had the same lobster tails, scallops and rice, but added mashed potatoes and seasoned Brussels sprouts; all of which were delicious! All together it was a LOT of food. In the end we had to doggie bag it. We concluded that we actually should have ordered one main, split that, and added one or two sides. I had the strawberry cheesecake for dessert and it was heavenly:) In closing, I've been going to Red Lobsters since childhood. Lots of memories, to be sure. It's good to see all the great dishes that made them famous. Even though this one is in TS, I have to admit that I'll be coming back real soon!

Needed a break with preparing dinner at home. Was in the mood for seafood. Decided to take the plunge and visit Red Lobster Times Square the tourist mecca of Manhattan. Upon arriving at the Times Square location, we were immediately seated. The biscuits, salads, and drinks arrived immediately. Shortly after our food arrived, perfectly, prepared to order. The service was great, food was great. I was beyond surprised at the excellent service, taste of food, freshness, and speed of service. Could not ask for a better experience. Definitely worth visiting. Would definitely visit again. Just a note, the Times Square location prices are much higher than other locations outside of Manhattan. Also when you tip in cash the automatic 18% gratuity is removed from the bill.

Perfect food and service even for our small kids (4 and 2 years). Calories are presented on the menu helps to choose the healthier portions.

I had to do another review on this Red Lobster because when I tell you, I am so ecstatic that ENDLESS SHRIMP IS FOREVER!!!!!!!!! I went back on a Saturday night with a friend and we ate until we couldn't eat anymore and we were also able to take our leftovers home. Everything came out hot and ready to devour! It was finger licking good! Be sure to utilize the Red Lobster app, because there are a lot of promotions and offers. My friend was able to get FREE calamari appetizer and I was able to get FREE Lobster Dip and it was soooooo gooooood with the warm tortilla chips!!!!! Yumm!

3 stars for ambiance 2 stars for food First time at a Red Lobster...I admit I was curious. I walk by here all the time, I heard about the endless shrimp, I wondered what the food was like. I finally went without high expectations. Curiosity satisfied. The ambiance is nice, there seems to be about 2 and a half floors of seating. The top floor is really quite large and comfortable. Tried the Caribbean Rock lobster and Maine lobster tail with shrimp linguine and two sides (broccoli and baked potato.) Tried three kinds of shrimp, garlic shrimp scampi, parrot isle jumbo coconut shrimp, and sea salt and vinegar shrimp. The Caribbean Rock lobster was a bit tough and overdone, not that tasty. The Maine lobster tail was much better. The shrimp linguine was okay enough, as were the three kinds of shrimp. All the food was a bit oily, and greasy. Oh and the complimentary cheesy biscuits were light, fluffy but not that cheesy. Service took a long time, lots of long waits inbetween the times the server came by. Also, 18% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. This is an okay Times Square chain dining experience but for tastier food I think I would prefer elsewhere.

I see many bad reviews because of the service and the food being bad or mediocre, but this was not the case for me. I came here about a week ago with my boyfriend on a Sunday night without a reservation. The place wasn't packed, and we had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. The elevator was out of service, which can be an inconvenience for some, given the fact that we had to go pretty up the stairs to be seated. Anyways. We get our drinks right away and the biscuits. We ordered the lobster duo and two skewers of grilled shrimps and the popcorn shrimp, with a bunch of sides. I didn't really enjoy the popcorn shrimp, and I found the other shrimps to be a bit burned, but overall they were tasty. The lobsters were very good and well seasoned. The mojitos didn't feel alcoholic at all, but the taste was good. We were also offered a free printed picture! :)

Been living in the city since early 2020 - eaten in all the fancy spots and cool ones. Red lobster basically tastes the same everywhere you go, but this review is purely for Guadelupe's service which was just incredible. She made us feel at home, was so kind, and attentive. Extremely happy we were craving some sort of "suburban" escape from all the fussy city spots, she made our Friday night so sweet :) Thank you Guadelupe

PRO: The food was good. No issue there. CON: Trying to get into the restaurant, the glass elevator goes fast until the last foot then goes soooooo slow. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. While we waited, two guys got into a fight and punched each other in the face in front of the whole restaurant. Chairs were ripped and badly in need of replacement.

Best experience ever at a Red Lobster! We entered thirty minutes before closing. Started with a bottle of wine and biscuits. We ordered appetizers to share. It was a nice chill evening. What took the experience over the top was our cool server who was in his twenties. His energy was up and although, it was closing time he had jokes. So did his coworker another young man who had the same good energy. It was obvious of their good working relationship. Before we left, they came to the table and sang happy birthday. Oh what a night.

We came here mid-week, had no wait. The hostess said go upstairs to be seated but never radioed to upstairs that guests were on their way. Nor did they direct us to the option of an elevator. By the time we got upstairs, a few others had followed and we waited around for a person to look our way to get seated. Our waitress was very nice. We had shrimp fest?! It was ok. We can never go past one serving but you get it thinking you'll be so famished. The food was quick. Drinks were good. All in all, it was Red Lobster, not the worst.... Bonus: Bathrom was clean.

RED LOBSTER has never let me down. The Times Square location is the best spot for a delicious feast and drinks with friends before or after a show, shopping or sightseeing. When you walk in there is an "aquarium" which use to shine bright but was lackluster at our visit. We were great by two hosts that gave us a good vibe and immediately gave us seating upstairs. The staff was hustling about and we got our delicious and buttery biscuits and started with waters. We asked questions and got to ordering entrees. Lobster Fest, lobster linguine and shrimp scampi. Our drinks needed more ice and our server got them with more bread because the wait was a tad long. But worth it when our food came. Reasonably priced and great portions.

Service was not great. Food was not great. This place gets memed as the affordable luxury type restaurant that attracts a weird middle American clientele. While this is true, especially in Times Square, there may be a few menu items that uphold some standard without the use of bread or butter. The Admiral's Feast, for $30, was not one, as I actually had to stop eating because I was overwhelmed by the sodium in the breading.

As part of their points program, members get a free dessert. It was fine in the past, also coming with complimentary biscuits to go, but this time we got more that we bargained for. If there is mold growing in prepackaged dessert boxes sitting in their refridgerator, I wonder what else is overlooked.

We were seated right away, our server was extremely helpful and attentive. As soon as we placed an order she kept checking in and letting us know when we would receive our food. The food was okay, wasn't a fan of the walk famous shrimp or the snow crab legs. They were very dry and flavorless.

Just want to start off this review by saying that our server was amazing. I didn't catch their name, but was hilarious and made sure everything was going well! We started off by ordering drinks. We got 2 frozen cocktails. A sunset Passion Colada with strawberry topper and I got a Berry Sunset Lobsterita which was huge!! I feel that it could definitely be shared with 2 people. For food we got the calamari, Bacon Cheeseburger, and a Lobster and shrimp topped sirloin with a choice of two sides from the Lobsterfest menu. Everything was delicious and definitely hit the spot for me. Bonus: you get to keep the red lobster necklace

You can never gone wrong here. I love this place and have loved this place for many years. It doesn't change and that's the greatest part. Everything is so amazing from the food to the service. I loved all there drinks too my favorite is the sunset passion colada...it's so good. Red lobster is the best. I always love coming here the food is always so amazing!!

I wasn't very hungry so all I got here was a lobster baked potato and a brownie and ice cream but it was excellent! My husband really liked his rainbow trout. The staff here were all very nice and we spilt our water and they were still nice! It's a great place to be able to sit and enjoy a little peace and quiet after walking around where it's so busy and loud! The interior is pretty.

I cannot remember the last time I ate a a Red Lobster. While in Manhattan, I decided to grab a bite before the Sunday matinee. I came across this three story location, right smack dab in the middle of Times Square. I was greeted warmly by the hostess as I walked in. She handed me a little ticket and directed me to the third floor to be seated. I took the stairway but, I'm quite sure they must have an elevator as well. Upon arrival on the floor, I was seated at a table. My server,Kyaria (I'm not sure if I spelled her name correctly?) promptly arrived. While RL is a chain and it's menu has its standards, I enjoyed my sirloin, garlic shrimp and of course their famous cheddar biscuits! I found my mashed potatoes to be a bit salty but two glasses of the Tropical White Sangria, refreshingly made up for it! LOL The real star of the afternoon was Kyaria! She was accommodating, efficient and super attentive! I watched her be equally thoughtful to the table adjacent to mine. My check did include an automatic 18% gratuity. You are encouraged to leave more/less to reflect the level of service you feel you received. On my way out I made sure to let the manager know that Kyaria is a definite asset to her team! I will be sure to visit again....

Food was good drinks was great the server made the wait worth it, i had so much food that day and i would do it over again if i could.

Couldn't decide whether to go get food at Olive Garden or red lobster in Times Square but we budged for red lobster last second. We mainly went because of the cheddar biscuits but I ended up getting a very tasty pasta. The three stars are bc the person I went with didn't like their sirloin steak, they asked for it medium rare and it was almost well done. Other than that, the service from the waitress and hostess was good, the restaurant was clean.

Red lobster has always been my go to spot whenever I'm in the mood for seafood.I love the cheddar bay biscuits and nothing like a frozen colada. Service was 6/10. I get that we where a party of 8 but it took a while for us to receive our meals. We waited more than 40 minutes for our meals. Some of us finished our drinks before the meal arrived and we almost got full off the cheddar bay biscuits. When your on a table with friends your honestly just enjoying the moment and don't want to complain about much. Thank you

They were out of the two limited time only shrimp (the only reason I went there) and they refused to let us take the orders we had to go, instead opting to throw them away than to let us have them. It is a Red Lobster, in flavor and quality, for what it's worth, but the manager is shit.

There is a reason they are going bankrupt. Terrible service 30 minutes after sitting down we finally get some one to take out order. 20 minute wait for basic drink, by the time my lunch hour was over, we STILL didn't get anything even though we requested it to go. Couldn't finish our drinks, no biscuits, probably the worst experience I've had at any restaurant ever. It was unreasonably hot inside of the restaurant. No one cares about anything there.

Came here out of a spontaneous choice and also to relive childhood experiences. When we entered, we were directed to take an elevator upstairs to the second floor. When we arrived at the second floor, there was no one to greet us or seat us, so we had to wait a little bit for someone to come to our attention. We ordered the seafood stuffed mushrooms, shrimp linguine Alfredo, and the salmon soy bowl. We waited about ten minutes for our food to arrive, but we were served the infamous cheddar biscuits beforehand. There were three in the basket, and if I remember correctly, they used to fill the basket, so we were a bit taken aback by how small the pile of biscuits was. They were delicious. The seafood stuffed mushrooms were on the smaller side and we devoured them within seconds because we were so hungry. I don't really know what seafood there was other than shrimp, but I wouldn't get this starter again. The shrimp linguine Alfredo was everything you would expect it to be. Creamy, delicious, and super filling. They were very generous with the amount of shrimps! The salmon soy bowl came with a piece of salmon, Brussel sprouts, rice, and some edamame beans. I liked the sauce that came with each portion of the dish, and they all worked well together to provide a tasty, umami delight to my palate. Both entrees were beautifully presented. Our waitress was very kind and friendly and she came to check up on us multiple times. However, it was pretty hard to get her attention when we needed to because she was busy serving a whole section of tables. I don't blame her since she has to attend to so many customers' needs. The utensils that we received in the beginning also did not look the cleanest, so we made sure to clean those with some water. It was nice to enjoy a fancy lunch in Times Square at Red Lobster, but for the price I would rather go enjoy something else at the many options that are available around.

Typical red lobster food :) biscuits great as usual. Got the shrimp trio and while it was decent, the shrimp didn't taste as fresh as I would've hoped. It felt like frozen shrimps that have been there for a while. I think there are many better options of food in nyc, but this resolves the biscuit craves :)

I can't even believe such a huge success. What will we do with all the leftovers? Once inside the following must be done. You must order the biscuits, add a soup and get ready for an iced cold beer. Very little can compare from here to Buffalo besides the wings. The taps keep running and the foam is shaved off the top to complete the meal with a smooth finish, light to the touch, with a few extras thrown in every time. Load your trucks ladies and gentlemen it is time to end the year in style.

Please be aware, when you take out food from the Times Square location. They know you are leaving the restaurant and you may not double-check your order. Every time I ordered take-out, they always cheated me of shrimp and other items that I ordered. I even emailed and complained, and received no response.

where else would you wanna be on thanksgiving than a red lobster in times square getting asked 3+ times to take a special red lobster holiday photo that will cost you $35.99

We dined here before seeing A Christmas Carol at the Nederlander theater. This is the closest to the theater. There are not a lot of choices for me here, and I didn't feel like having lobster. The seafood dishes were so-so. I ordered flounder, but nothing was unique or creative. It didn't have a lot of taste. We had Sheena as our waitress. She was pretty good and quick. Other than flounder, a lot of the dishes are mainly deep fry. Hubby ordered fish and chips. It looked good but deep fry, which means the coated flour influenced the looks. Hubby's friend and family had some other plates, plus a platter full of fry seafood like scallops, fish, fries, etc. This platter could be good for sharing.

You guys are assholes. You've given me the worst and most violet food poisoning of my life. It's day 3, and I have to go to the ER now because of you. If you don't want to cook, wash your hands or clean fish properly, get your lazy ass out of the kitchen and don't fucking work in the food industry. You're causing your clients illness. Me and my lady showed up here while taking a vacation for my birthday. We were given a number quickly and then seated on the second floor! First of all this place is very impressive from the entrance to elevator that takes you to the second floor. Everyone was so polite but the one that stood out the most was Alex /Newell B!! She was so attentive to my lady and I from suggestions a from entrees , drinks, and desserts! It's really hard these days to find people that are really interested in working and actually wanted to do a good job! I work for a company that is known for their customer service, so I know what great conversation skills ,authentic service , and product knowledge looks like. She made sure the food came out hot and delicious and on time! I had to show up for Lobster Fest and it was worth it! Thank you so much Alex for all you do and have done to create this amazing experience!

The bartender at this restaurant, it was amazing, great experience and his service was amazing. Attention to detail at plus. His service was amazing . The food was great. He made the environment be amazing and comfortable. My Mother's Day went wrong but today I thank you! Thank you for all you do Mikaeel Woodies (bartender)

I couldn't remember the last time I'd been to Red Lobster and was pretty sure it would disappoint me. To my surprise, it didn't. I had a seat at the bar which was pleasantly quiet for Times Square. The stuffed flounder was delicious. I don't want to know how much butter they used! The biscuits were tasty, too. And although everything in Times Square is overpriced, the check wasn't as bad as I feared. I'll find an excuse to come back sometime soon.
