🥟 Dim Sum｜⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Red Maple Chinese Restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Everything we tried was fresh, plump, juicy, and served piping hot. You can really tell the dim sum is made fresh that day — nothing sitting around in steamers for too long. Each dish came straight from the kitchen, hearty and satisfying, unlike the lukewarm cart service you often find in big cities. The are a pork ribs must-try, and the beef tripe are truly unique and unforgettable. Honestly, you can order here with your eyes closed and never go wrong. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love the food and staff here. They are always so kind and sweet! I have never had a bad experience here and we come pretty often. I would recommend this place to everyone! Renee is seriously the best ❤️ They have all kinds options! We usually do family style (Al a cart) and it works great!

I thought long and hard about this review, does the food deserve five stars, then I finally clicked on four stars, because while it is really good for SLC, I don't think it reach close to five stars. The dim sum was very decent, and the best I've had in SLC, I won't mention the scary one! I have eaten in once, and takeout twice, very consistently above average, decor is very Chinese restaurant like, not fancy like some other yuppy type Chinese, but it is very clean, service was good, maybe I will try the dinner when I get the chance!

We had the order for two, food was very good, our server BinBin was amazing, very attentive and always smiling. Great customer service 👏 👌

We had the shrimp appetizer and it was fine but soggy. Our meals were basic and mediocre, nothing special but okay for a quick lunch. We had hoped for better given the reviews.

This actually more of 3.5⭐s but a potential of going 4-4.5. The service is on-point. Our server is very helpful, polite and very attentive. The food is for sure delicious but some of the food we ordered I would say tasted better in some of the Chinese restaurants around the valley. Half of the food that were served to us were not warm/hot. Dish however were generous in servings. The place is kind of dated, need some maintenance and decluttering and need some effort in renovation or upgrade to make it more pleasing or enticing and hopefully will attract more customers and even younger generations too.

I’ve been in Utah for close to a year and this is the first Chinese restaurant I saw. There’s a reason why it’s always packed. I finally came to try it out. I’ll start by saying that Julia my server was nothing but exceptional. The food was very good and flavorful although the one thing I really wanted to try, I didn’t get to was their fried rice since I haven’t found any to my liking as of yet in Utah. I highly recommend you give it a try specially, if you’re a dim sum fan

This was our 1st visit. Everything was amazing! We give the Red Maple a 10 across the board. All the food came out in a timely manner. The hot & sour soup had the perfect balance. The fried shrimp was delicious! I'm not the biggest fan of shrimp, but I would go back just for the shrimp. The dim sum was some of the best I've ever had. Every dish just kept getting better. The portions are huge. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very attentive. Everyone that works there was very nice & greeted us when we came in & left. The food they made here will make your soul happy. I can't wait to go back. Thank you, Red Maple, for a memorable dinner experience.
