I've been to a lot of really great Mediterranean places, but I've found that flavor-wise there isn't much variation between many. However, Reem's is not only fantastic but has some unique flavors unlike any I've had—likely owed to their use of family recipes that have been passed down.
All of what they make is delicious. The hummus, the tabbouleh, the falafel... everything. But I want to highlight that what they make tastes unique in a sense that I can't explain. I think there are some secret ingredients being added here that takes everything up a notch! The tahini sauce is also a serious highlight for me.
The owner is a super nice guy and interacting with him has been a pleasure! Be prepared to pay a high price for some items, but they seriously deserve the business and the quality speaks for itself. I promise you will LOVE the food.
