Like many Ferry Building businesses, the setup is all to-go. Order the Damascus lemonade and a wrap to take to the benches overlooking the Bay." - Dianne de Guzman, Eater Staff
We came here around 2 PM because we heard of their famous Palestinian wraps.
We were delighted to hear that all of the meat is halal.
My wife ordered the seasonal wrap with sujuk. The vegetables in it came out so fresh that she could taste each of the ingredients.
The waiter was kind and generous in his demeanor.
It was a little spicy but overall excellent!

Amazing food and service. The classic wrap is vegan and is one of the best flavored wraps I’ve ever had. So honored to hear Reem speak this weekend as well. Sending lots of love!

Don't understand the negativity here. To my understanding they're new in the Ferry building so I'm sure it took some time to get adjusted and find good help. Everything was great in my experience today. Polite and friendly staff and my zatar+cheese was delicious.

We had their classic wrap and two drinks. Very tasty and fresh, tastes like vacation! As many people here mention, they automatically add a 20% worker resiliency fee to their food, but it is clearly stated at the registry.

Delicious food, it was so fresh and blended with amazing Arab/ middle eastern flavors. They have manoushe with zaatar and other fresh ingredients. They added 20% to the check automatically. The Damascus Lemonade was very good as well. A few chairs in the bar.

Ignore the rating- some bots got carried away and tanked the review. Just had a sandwich- it was great and I’ll definitely be back

I’ve never been to their spot in the mission but will make it a priority to go now. Their wrap and fatayer were so delicious, the flavors were insanely good.
I’m also a bit annoyed as others are about the 20% worker resilience fee. I think they should just add this “resilience fee” to their prices and put up a sign that says “we pay our employees fair wages so no tip is necessary or expected. It’s always appreciated tho”. And then default to no tip on the pay screen.
But the food was so good. So five stars

Isn't it cool when you read a book about a food author and then you come across their restaurant.
That's just how I felt when I saw reems at the ferry building.
I was smiling..
I'd already had some snacks so I'll come back and check it out next time.
But you're definitely on the top of my list. Wishing you the best in bringing Arab food in the SF Bay area.
Having grown up in Saudi Arabia, this food means something more than comfort for me.
