Can Collectible Popcorn Buckets Save Movie Theaters? | Eater

"A major chain has produced interactive, feature-forward souvenir buckets—such as battery-powered “ghost trap” containers with hinged doors that snap open and closed for a supernatural franchise—blending novelty, interactivity, and higher price points to make theatergoing feel like an event. These gimmicky items aim to enhance the in-person experience and generate buzz beyond the film itself." - Bettina Makalintal

Regal Fox in Brambleton is a good choice to check out movies. The entrance is inviting and having sitting areas is extremely thoughtful! They have a wide selection of food and beverages and a full serving bar! They also play multilingual movies here - all in all, it’s a go-to theatre in the area!

Google
The shopping center area nearby and the movie theater is top notch. The staff are friendly and the bathrooms are clean! This is not to be underestimated!!! This is the only 4D movie in the area. We traveled from Alexandria VA to watch the movies. My kids really like that experience. We'll be back.

Google
Regal Fox is easily one of my favorite theaters in the area. From the moment you walk in it feels well-kept and inviting. The theater is always clean which makes a big difference in the overall experience. The staff provides good service and everything runs smoothly from ticketing to concessions. The food is also a highlight. It is fresh, well-prepared, and much better than what you typically expect at a theater. Combined with comfortable seating and a pleasant atmosphere it makes watching a movie here feel like a complete night out rather than just a quick stop. Overall Regal Fox stands out as one of the best theaters around. It consistently delivers on cleanliness, service, and food quality which is why it has become one of my go-to spots for movies.

I went to see Superman in 4DX it was amazing. The experience was next level and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

IMAX theater had an uncalibrated projector. The entire movie appeared blurry with green and magenta color fringing. The screen was big and the sound was great, but not the best visuals.

I've been to this Regal a number of times. I usually go for their Imax theatre, but today I watched the new Captain America movie in 4DX theatre. I had yet to try a movie in 4DX it was ok the seats definitely move quite a bit think seat belts would be helpful. I know that 4DX has more to offer than just the seat movement. I've heard that depending on the film there can be scents, flashing lights, bubbles and more. C A didn't have any of those effects though lights did flash a few times. Sound was really good loud enough, but not over powering. Their concession, ticket prices are typical for movie theatre's, an are and a leg. They have a couple of specialty café in the lobby along with a bar if you'd like a adult beverage. They also do have some food other than popcorn or nachos, but it's limited. I normally go to Alamo drafthouse cinemas in Winchester Va because it's closer to me. They don't have an Imax or a 4DX. 👺 The theatre is well kept and clean throughout at least from what I've seen.

Google
My Honest Review of Regal Theaters Upon walking in, the atmosphere was amazing—very inviting and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and simple. However, I did get a little confused at the concession stand. My wife ordered a meal, but the employee kept saying it was a meal while also mentioning that drinks were charged separately. Then he said popcorn came with the meal, but again, it was charged separately. It just threw me off a bit. No harm, no foul—just a little unclear. Now, the 4DX theater itself was a great experience. The motion, effects, and overall immersion were awesome. That said, for individuals with a larger frame, the seats aren’t the most comfortable, and the armrests are shared between seats—my left armrest was also my neighbor’s right one and included their cup holder. That made things a bit tight. Despite the minor discomfort, I still recommend trying out the 4DX experience. If you've ever ridden Days of Thunder at Kings Dominion, you'll probably love this too. I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could, and I plan to update my review after my next visit. Overall, Regal was a great experience.

Yelp
This theater has got to be one of the best in the area (Leesburg/Ashburn). The building is clean, machine (kiosks) are usually always working, concessions offer items beyond popcorn, there's a 4D and IMAX theater option. The theater seats work and all recline with large arm rests and cup holders. The only con is Regal is quite expensive but I guess you get what you pay for. Our experience was great this visit and looking forward to the next.

Yelp
Meh. Not a fan of the seats here. The AC wasn't keeping up today either and it was hot and stuffy in the theater. $17 for a bottle of water and a small popcorn is a bit over the top to me. Bottom line I much prefer the Alamo Drafthouse at One Loudoun.
google avatar

Yelp
It's nice because all the services, popcorn, bar, smoothies, stay open everyday late. But the auditoriums are all humid for some reason and the IMAX could use some recliners

Yelp
In general the movies has gotten pretty pricey, but I was very impressed with this movie theater. GLOWS: -The location is prime-- within a shopping center so there is plenty of parking and other things to do near by. -They show 4DX films. I saw Twister in 4DX and it was quite the experience ( not sure if I need to continually be shaken around during a movie, but it made the film more exciting overall). -The decor is very nice. It's upgraded and had a modern feel to it. Especially the lobby when you first walk in. -They have an expansive concessions menu , with hot food options and a coffee shop. There was even a whole menu of Indian inspired movie theater food, like masala popcorn.

Yelp
One of the best movie experiences I've had in a long time. Popcorn was hot and fresh. Concession service was great and friendly. The bathroom did needed attending but the movie had just let out and the line was long. The 4DX experience was a lot of fun and not for the weak of stomach lol

Corey L.

Yelp
Hi I just finished watching superman and my friends and my seats were a little sticky and had trash in them prior to us being here, as well as the movie pausing for a solid 3 minutes for whatever reason which made my movie experience not the best

Yelp
I had been waiting to see a movie in 4DX and had been told to wait for a move that makes sense in 4DX. Hello "Twisters"!! The recommendations for seeing "Twisters" in the 4DX theater were spot on. The theater is new and clean. There are a decent amount of bathrooms. You have additional concession options of coffee, smoothies, and booze. The 4DX tix were about $25 each. Two combos at the concession stand were almost $60. That included one chicken finger combo and one large popcorn/soda/candy combo. The next time, I'll tell everyone to eat on the car on the way over. The moving seats, wind, water, and air effects really added to the experience. There were four of us in our group and all four of us would definitely do it again. Parking wasn't horrible. It's easy to get to (we actually drove down from PA because there are not 4DX theaters in our area and this is an easier drive than going to Philly or D.C.). The only downside is they list the show time but the movie didn't start until about 30 minutes later. Thank goodness nobody made plans for something afterwards because we would have been very late. I couldn't figure out why the ticket taker said the theater was sold out but at the start time it was not even 25% full. Everyone must know there's no point in showing up until 20 minutes later. Recommendation: When I bought the tickets, there were very few seats left and I was stuck with four in the second row on one side. In the future, I would only buy tickets in the middle and at least half way back. There were some light flashes that enhanced the lightning scenes but it was out of our vision. And having to keep your face turned hard to the left made some of the 4DX effects less effective.

Yelp
Yesterday evening, we took the kids to watch an IMAX movie. In the auditorium, there were kids running around unsupervised, tossing their drinks and popcorn everywhere, and pizza boxes were flying through the air. I'm a bit puzzled by the whole experience and wonder if the movie theater has relaxed its standards.
google avatar

Shernell H.

Yelp
Disclaimer: the restrooms here were far from the cleanest. BUT, the experience was quite THE EXPERIENCE. We came and saw the Little Mermaid and it was great! This was everyone's first time at a 4d theater, so we didn't necessarily know what to expect but it exceeded ALL of what we could imagine. I will definitely be back for select movies that I feel need that experience.

Yelp
It's very unfair for them that almost most of the negative reviews are before the renovations! This is THE BEST movie theater I've seen by far! The very first reason is having Lavazza store! Amazing drinks and Bobba tea store inside and one of a few theaters still has free refill on popcorn! The ambiance is unbelievable! If you have been to Disney Hollywood studios and on the Starwars ride, this theater has the same exact ambiance and vibes! It's black , elegant , shiny , the lights! Ahh the lights! Let's talk about the movie halls itself ... I've been only to the 4D which is theater 1 but 4 times in a month and a half! It's fantastic! It takes the experience to the next level! The theater has a really strategic location! The beautiful blue Ridge Grill is right outside ( they have an amazing outdoor area!) , a taco place , Burger IM and a fried chicken place! I think there is many but never got a chance to check them out ... however the unique in my opinion is to go to the Filling Co. After the movie ( if you're doing 4D don't eat before it! Lol Seriously don't!) And from the Filling Co. You can get amazing burgers and one of the best Cheesesteak sandwiches!!! Download the theater app and accumulate points to use on concessions later Subscribe to their unlimited club if you live nearby and have the time to go multiple times ( I don't!) But it's a sweet deal if you can do it right at the beginning of the summer for 90 days and then cancel .. I don't think it includes 4D , you can ask before you join! Again ! I drive 30 to 40 minutes to get there but it's worth it! Fantastic theater! Love it!

Brigitte L.

Yelp
Price surging $19.49 + $1.89 fees on popular movies like Deadpool is WRONG! AMC, Alamo and LOOK Cinemas are NOT DOING THIS! I really hope people don't pay these ridiculous prices!! Especially during inflation when grocery prices and gas prices are thru the roof! Come on Regal - don't ruin the movies for us!!

Yelp
This place is excellent! Sometimes I will drive out here from Alexandria to watch foreign, including Indian, movies. They have a very good selection of foreign movies in any given week. They tend to have Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu movies. The facilities are ultramodern, but the snacks and drinks are overpriced. The parking is convenient in one of two garages. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. No complaints.
google avatar

Mike K.

Yelp
The theater is clean, located in a nice shopping center with plenty of garage parking, and has good options if you want to grab something to eat before your move, but overall, it's an average place to see a movie due mostly to the uncomfortable seats. Pros: The quality of the movie both image and sound are very good for a theater like this. Easy to buy tickets online, reserve your exact seats, and print out upon arrival. Decent options for snacks and refreshments. Staff all seem friendly. Tickets are reasonable priced (in comparison to other theaters). Cons: Seats are horribly uncomfortable. They sort of recline, but it's manual to push them back and if you don't continuously apply pressure to them, they just slide back. Snacks and drink prices are on the higher side. If you can't have the simplest of combos like drink and popcorn, then it's clear you're just gouging. When buying an $8+ soda and $16+ popcorn we were offered to make it a combo by adding a small bag of candy to get a discount. Bag of candy that would cost $1.50 in the real world, cost $6.50 more and then the combo discount is $1 off the entire order. Butter was self serve, which some may like, but if you like yours layered, there is no way to do that as they just hand you a full bucket of popcorn and you can only add butter on top. Overall, not the worst place to catch a movie, but depending on your tastes there are better options in the area.

Yelp
Went and saw twisters in 4DX and it was awesome best theater I've been to for 4DX I will definitely be going again!!

Yelp
Watched House of Gucci after thanksgiving dinner and we had a pleasant enjoyable experience! Newly updated inside, looks very modern! Recline Seating also updated & new and well-social distanced at more than 6 feet away each rows. I also like the ease with check in, spacious lobby and concession stands. Bathrooms abundant and clean! Absolutely nice improvement all around! OBW, movie House of Gucci was well portrayed and deserves 4 stars! I recommend online purchase of reserve seating and highly efficient check in, hands free and spotless!

Yelp
Terrible audio!!! I talked to management and told them that screen 7 audio is not working. Unless you're in the front rows you couldn't hear anything at all. Management said they will fix it but nobody showed up to the screen 7 room. Families started leaving half way annoyed by the terrible audio and some asked for refund. This is just ridiculous!!!! Especially management knew about the audio issue but didn't care to fix the issue. This movie theatre is getting worst and worst. What a shame! Never going there again.

Mike W.

Yelp
It's been better, and unfortunately this is my local theatre. Over the last few years, they have transitioned to playing foreign films. At least 1/2 of the movies currently shown here are foreign films. So selection of first run movies is limited and they seem to cycle in more frequently (presumably to allow them to cover the number of new non-foreign films available) which limits the opportunity to see them. I'm reconsidering my Regal Unlimited subscription. I love movies but I've missed more than I'd like due to the lack of available films here.

Yelp
This is the best Regal Cinema in NOVA; significantly better than the Fairfax one (which was a poor 2/5). The lobby at this location is big, colorful, and beautiful, and the customer service is great, too. Most of all, the 4D option was a rare and new experience. Yes, the 4DX is sometimes overkill, but I think it's a technology that is young and entering the market; with slight adjustments, it can be great. Now for areas of improvement (which I believe is less of a this location issue and more of a Corp. issue): + Modify your app. It's is not user friendly nor easy to navigate. It's visually unattractive. Learn from AMC's. + Update your Unlimited Plus policy to compete with AMC; your added fees ($0.50) and additional surcharges per movie is unjustified and uncompetitive. + Have a soda kiosk at every location where customers can self choose and serve themselves from an array of fountain drinks. + Lastly, do not advertise your movie pass at locations that are severely below par to this location (I.e Fairfax). This Ashburn location should be the standard. Although AMC dominates (established and consistent theaters, multiple and diverse screen options, etc.), I believe Regal can be competitive especially after following the above and with minor tweaks/promotions to their 4Dx. The movie experience is not just at the screening, it starts with the booking of the tickets and app process, and continues. Regal needs to simplify its app process, update its terms and conditions/pricing for its movie pass and standardize their theaters (like to the Ashburn location). I believe focusing on these areas can result in a greater market share.

Yelp
Today, I purchased tickets for a 10:30 matinee and the show started at 11:05!!! I get that previews may take 15 minutes. I don't get 35 minutes. This caused me to slightly alter my plans as it threw off my estimates of where I'd be, when. Moreover, I was a captive audience for two very religious commercials + the Nike "winning is not for everyone" commercial (featuring "I have no empathy" and "I don't respect you", implying these are winning attitudes). I actually googled who owns Regal and what their story/deal is. It's not pretty. Please look into it if you're concerned about the things your dollars go to support.

Yelp
Unsure why this theater has some bad reviews. The first time I visited I had a magical experience watching my favorite movie with my family. I enjoyed each and every minute of my time here. I liked the recliner features on the seats. Its very big/spacious place, so we had trouble navigating to the right room when we first came in, however we quickly adjusted and went for popcorn. I recommend cleaning up the seats after each viewing, however my seat was perfectly fine! I also want more variety of food/beverage options to choose from. I would come here in the future!
google avatar

Rory T.

Yelp
Took my family to watch Avatar in 3D. Nice theater, wish the seats had the leg rest but the biggest turn off for us at this theater was the upkeep. All our seats were nasty with spilled liquid and sticky. It appears there was zero cleaning done. We had to wipe the seats down with pocket wipes. Hopefully they will put a bit more effort into housekeeping.
google avatar

Bobbie P.

Yelp
4/5 Stars just for the IMAX and seamless ticket ordering alone. Everything else about the theatre is kind of average, or better yet just above average. And this isn't a knock on the theatre's staff or cleanliness, it's just not very impressive. The seats (in IMAX) are good, but not better than those ridiculous reclining comfy ones; the sound is good but again there are better sound setups in other theatres in the area. All-in-all it's a good theatre, I'll be back to watch another movie here for sure as it's probably the best IMAX local theatre in Loudoun. One last thing, cell service in the lobby is non-existent, so if you have digital tickets download them ahead of time.

Arun M.

Yelp
Nice theater and have lot of restaurants next to it. Not all screens are reclining seats It would be great if all screens has reclining instead of stadium seats

Ny I.

Yelp
Popcorn is horrible. You would think they could get that right. For the cost of the tickets and refreshments you could at least have fresh popcorn.
google avatar

Allison O.

Yelp
My husband and I went to see our first movie in a theater since COVID-19 and I was not impressed with the cleanliness of this theater. We arrived 10 minutes before the movie started and our row and seats were littered with popcorn and trash. There was almost no other customers in the lobby and plenty of staff, so why is no one cleaning up between movies? Not a good way to welcome people back to the movies, after it was closed for a long time, with a dirty theater. We had 2 other people in our theater sitting two rows behind us in the back row and they literally talked the ENTIRE movie! Very rude and annoying. The seats were also pretty uncomfortable to our surprise. I live within walking distance of the theater and after today's experience, I'd rather stay home, save my money and watch a movie in my living room.
google avatar

Lahasa t.

Yelp
This theater is owned by scumbags that deliberately show movies without the AC working on purpose. We went to see the sound of freedom, and it was the most uncomfortable temperature in there. We were sweating bullets.

Brooke M.

Yelp
Absolutely horrible the manager was being disrespectful towards my daughter. my daughter had brought her emotional support stuffy (she's 7) and the manager was telling her it was childish even though it's for her anxiety. Will never be coming here again.

Lola G.

Yelp
The manger saw that I had brought in outside food so he proceeds to tell me to throw it away or get out so I threw it away and came back in and he told me that he can tell by the way my pockets look that I had sodas in them which was fat shaving me, because there was nothing in my pockets I told him that there was nothing in my pockets and then he proceeded to call me the N-word and other fat shaming jokes

Mike F.

Yelp
It's better than regal dulles each theater has the green exit screen shining onto the projection screen so every theater has a greenish tint on the bottom corner which is super annoying. some screens have this behind the screen so you see the exit sign illuminating behind the screen. imax and 4dx are the 2 screens that this doesn't happen in tweens can be a problem as well and staff does not routinely check theaters. so many times tweens will sneak into random theaters and laugh/be annoying.
google avatar

Cletus V.

Yelp
Very spacious! The 4-D experience was fantastic, it was like going to a theme park! No seasonings available for popcorn, but still a great experience. Parking isn't ideal, but there is a parking deck.

Rocky G.

Yelp
I wanted to get in touch with a manager. My boyfriend bought us 2 4DX tickets to see the Marvel movie last Friday. I had a family emergency, and with the chaos my boyfriend forgot to cancel our tickets. Can someone reach out to me? I tried going through the contact us feature and they were less than helpful. Hoping I can get a refund, and buy new tix for my boyfriend to experience the 4DX theater. Thanks!
google avatar

Cassy W.

Yelp
Came here to watch the 4th Harry Potter when it came back to theaters for $5. Although the kids behind the counter were nice, they were also very poorly trained and it took twenty minutes to order and receive popcorn and 3 drinks. They also apparently close all the cash registers at 11, even while movies are still playing. I came out to buy water and was unable to as they did not have any cash registers open, which was kind of frustrating as there was still almost 2 hours of our movie left. Also the chairs in the theater do not recline!
google avatar

Kate L.

Yelp
Are you kidding me??? The manager who poured my wine (that cost -$9.53.) said it was five ounces. That is a total LIE. Stupidly small pour. Even more stupid is the rule that you can only have one. I am so sorry we came here with so many choices in the area. Never again
google avatar

Neal E.

Yelp
We came in on Monday, July 4 to watch Captain America: Civil War during the noon showing. I procured my ticket online ahead of time via the Regal App - however, my friends bought their tix at the Theater - there was almost no line for tickets at this time. The line at the concessions counter went quickly. I got myself a very overpriced bottle of water and we settled into our Theater. It was really stuffy and a bit humid in our Theater. I exited and found one of the Theater Managers - he promptly adjusted the AC for our Theater and almost immediately you could feel the difference. Since we saw Captain America: Civil War towards the end of it's run - the Theater we were in was one of the smaller ones - but it was clean and comfortable. I drive by the Brambleton Town Center every day on my way to work in Reston - I've been doing so for years - and never been in the Theater before. It's very nice - I am sure one day I will pop in here again to see another movie!

Yelp
Given a time when movie business has been affected hard and several movie theaters have been shutting down, it sure is a welcome surprise to see this Regal location investing in long-needs upgrades. The last time I was at this location pre-Covid, everything was aging and falling apart, the carpets were musty, and the employees gave no hoots to customer satisfaction. A lot has changed since the location opened back May 21 and while the check-in process is still confusing (there are only kiosks for self check-in and tickets and concessions can be purchased at the concession stand too, we weren't aware). Everything is new and spanky clean. The neon arches throw off futuristic vibes and the motion posters in the hallway were an interesting addition (not sure I ever saw those before!) Prices are still expensive and a matinee screening costs $11.00, while a small popcorn is pricey at $6.99!! The screening rooms have been fabulously upgraded with new lighting, red leather seating (which do not recline), and smell fresh! Since everything was new-new, the new leather smells and less popcorn-buttery smell made the ambiance very welcome. I felt that their customer service could still improve (but considering they just reopened, I'd hope this is just a passing issue) & their prices need to be in line with competitors. This location has been a cornerstone of Brambleton and I hope to continue to see it grow as folks start returning to the movies.

Scott S.

Yelp
Loved everything about Regal Fox .... except for the non-reclining seats. Leg rests have become the industry standard. Not here. The filth issues at CMX and AMC Loudoun Station make the seats at Regal a real quandary.
google avatar

Johnny W.

Yelp
Wow!!! Pay $20 per a ticket and the theater has no fountain drinks! They forgot about hot items and orders. There bartender is horrible. The theater is short employees. Honestly I hate this place but they have 4DX hence there is my 2 stars!!
google avatar

Amanda B.

Yelp
One of the best, soon to be *the* BEST movie theaters in NOVA once construction is complete.... This theatre is currently undergoing some major upgrades to reclining leather stadium seats and a 4DX theatre! Forget that outdated migraine inducing 3D... when you can be enveloped in true surround sound, smell the burning rubber, and feel that light rain as you watch the movie! I got to see the theatre and I have to admit, I was throughly impressed. This theatre also has much more to offer too, from kid friendly showing times, to IMAX, great matinee prices, and loads of covered parking attached to the theatre, as well as a great location surrounded by a plethora of dining choices.

Taryn R.

Yelp
I usually love going to this movie theater! I loved the experience but one day I went to go get popcorn from the movie theater. Just popcorn. I asked the guy at the front if I could buy popcorn and then leave but he denied me. The funny part is that I have done this plenty of times before where I go in and buy popcorn and leave. Another funny about this was that there was no other customer insight while I asked him so it's not like it's busy. It's super frustrating because I have done it plenty of times with this movie theater before but who denies someone who wants to buy something (especially a large bucket of popcorn) ... this was just super upsetting and confusing.
google avatar

Aisha G.

Yelp
Best Theater in Loudoun, however the staff behind the food stand are horrid. Horrible attitudes, unhelpful, and flat out rude. They need to work on service levels and making sure their machines work and service paying customers properly and kindly.
google avatar

Valentina P.

Yelp
This theater is directly across the street from me. I think they have some sort of hygiene problem because my son has food poisoning AGAIN! This is the second time in a row. The one time we both got food poisoning last time might have been an isolated incident, but pity sakes! This can't be right. He's crying and holding a bucket right now.
google avatar

Muthana A.

Yelp
So expensive and they used to have Tuesday tickets discount but not anymore. Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids visit will cost around 70 dollars including a popcorn and soda. Too much
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
It's a movie theatre. It's clean enough and the lines for things were exceptionally short. Other than that, not much more to say. It's reserved seating so you know exactly where you'll be and not have to scout out for open seats. Signs that indicate the theatre number could stick out so you don't have to wander from room to room to see which one is your number would be nice.
google avatar

Tony S.

Yelp
Came to the area and pleased to find the theater on the area. It was large and we suited for the Brambleton area. Did have some issues on only being able to purchase tickets as self checkin and no associates behind the counter. Also surprised that no one took tickets as you went to the theater door at 1pm today so couldn't anyone just walk in to a movie of their choice without paying? The theater had great rocking seats and were comfortable. The screen and sound were great and the temperature well controlled.

Quantum D.

Yelp
Had ZERO issue with this theater! I took my 2 little ones to see the recent release of Venom in 4dx yesterday. I was impressed by the speed with which both check-in and concessions operated. The grounds, theaters, and restrooms were pristine and Swift moving. The 4dx theater also operated smoothly. My little ones had a BLAST!!!!! Looking forward to our return.

James G.

Yelp
Seats were greasy and dirty...it looks like their popcorn containers leak...bring a cloth with you and wipes. Nasty

Robert Y.

Yelp
Terrible Regal Fox movie experience. The TOP Gun 4Dx movie did not play. The manager is trying to fix it. No one else working there could give us any updates and no one had authorization to issue refund etc. Management needs to be replaced. Sometimes things break it what you do when it breaks for you customers that really counts. They did nothing
google avatar

Victor H.

Yelp
This was constructed in 2007-2008 if my memory is correct (or not). I could walk here if I wanted to so the convenience factor is a sweet perk. Location-wise, its in the heart of Brambleton Town Center. They have many screens of all the showings and I've never had an issue with any of the shows being sold out. The line tends to get long so you should order/buy your tickets in advance if you can. I've seen several movies here ranging from Inglorious Bastards to Captain America to Get Out; this theatre hasn't changed much. It's not as fancy as the regal in sterling but it's clean with comfortable chairs and good loud & clear sound. I haven't seen the concessions; I tend to avoid those since they are over-priced and filled with artery-clogging junk that I shouldn't eat. You're better off going to blue ridge grill or the lost rhino pub as the theatre is sandwiched in between both places.

Michael F.

Yelp
They finished renovating one half of the theater and it's terrible. It looks like you're walking into a nightmare. They put recliners in but they are kind of weird and the arm rests are almost flush with the seat. I wish they had just left it alone how it was. They don't mask their screens properly so expect to have black bars on the top and bottom of your screen... which is very annoying The bathrooms are usually clean and the staff is generally very nice
