The Regal Fox Tower is an overall good movie theater to frequent. The theaters and lobbies are clean, the food is consistently fresh, the seating is comfortable, and the staff are friendly. I invested in the Regal Unlimited pass and have been getting my money’s worth on standard movies and the refillable cup and popcorn buckets. The pass includes 10% off concessions and makes the refillable soda cup worth is at $3.60 with a free refill. Regal has been getting a solid rotation of new movies in 2024 that makes it easy to come multiple times per week for a wide variety of genres. Some improvements can be making sure the restrooms are fully stocked with hand soap and fixing their plumbing issues in a more timely manner. A urinal has been out of service for over a month. I have not interacted with the street level box office outside since starting to come here (it always looks closed). You go inside and up the stairs/escalator to buy your ticket at concessions. Sometimes there is a ticket taker present at the top of the stairs, which makes it confusing when you did not buy a ticket ahead of time. Just tell them you’ll buy your ticket at concessions if that’s the case. Otherwise, good movie theater and have been visiting at least twice per week.

NOTE: There is a vastly better 'Living Room Theater' a few blocks away'. I used to love coming here... But now this place is the epitome of corporate greed. The ticket price for a movie is pretty high in my opinion. For the cost of entry, I expect a solid experience. On my way out of the theater I complained because the starting time listed for the film was at 7pm and it didn't start until after 7:30 (The trailers didn't start until after 7:30. The film started at around 7:45). So my showing up a few minutes early consisted of the following: (6:45-7:00), 15 minutes of canned advertising that you expect these days in a movie theater. (7:00-7:30), very loud ad after very loud ad after very loud ad. Thirty minutes of non stop commercials. (7:30-7:45), Movie trailers I was told that Fox theaters signed a contract with an agency where they purposefully have 1/2 hour of ads that start at the listed movie start time. That even though they get complaints about it, nothing will ever change because they are contractually locked into to 1/2 hour of ads every showing. I don't know about you, but I get a little peeved when I show up a few minutes early only to be hoodwinked into sitting through 45 minutes of the most blaring intrusive in your face ads. I didn't want to step out because I didn't want to miss the start of the movie... This is pure evil in my opinion. I will NEVER attend a Regal cinema again.

This is one of my favorite Regals to visit in Portland as it is always playing smaller, indie films. The parking can be challenging here, but the underground parking lot is worth the cost. Always clean and friendly staff. Biggest downside is the stadium seating, but this seems par for the course for most Regals I visit.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent film choices, clean theater, and very good overall experience. The employees there are much appreciated; at a movie this week, I dropped a credit card behind my seat without knowing it, and within 10 minutes after l left, Nadia called me to advise it had been found by a staff member who was cleaning. When I returned, she ran right out with my card. Such honesty and extra effort is so much appreciated!

It's a regal, nothing too special. The seats are narrow so you have to be friends with the folks you sit next to. But the facility is decent and clean. The staff is kind and helpful. The location isn't ideal if you hate hassling with parking but it's also not the worst. Would definitely come back 🍿🎥

Pricy tickets, 25 minutes of previews, expensive concession with very little selection (only pepsi products), and the theater (2) was a complete sweltering sauna during the entire movie. Overall an overpriced lackluster experience, the Living Room theater nearby has cheaper tickets and offered a mich nicer experience when I went there.

Awesome experience at this movie theater! First time here and enjoyed. Did not have a crowd during the week day and hope you all decide to check this out! Great atmosphere!

Clean theaters aren't as common as they should be, but this location was immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the stadium style seating is an always appreciated feature.
