This place may seem like a random hole in the wall type of a place but I can assure you that you will have a very tasty sandwich when you go inside here. I was very pleased with my order. My sandwich was ready in just a few minutes, the ingredients were very fresh And the sandwich itself was very well put together and kept me satiated for the entire day. I would say the prices are a little on the higher side but not uncommon for this neighborhood. Definitely worth a stop in next time you’re around.

Came here on a weekday and decided to eat in. The space is great; unfussy, clean and plenty of room. It seems like a pretty lean operation with only one person working there at the time. I ordered the Uncle John, and got a bag of chips and a coke. The sandwich is pricey but it is HUGE. It’s honestly 2 servings and they absolutely pack it with meat. I actually thought there was too much meat in it. I wasn’t a fan of the hero bread; it was way too tough. Felt like I was fighting my sandwich every time I took a bite. I would return, but will try a different bread. This neighborhood needs more sandwich shops so I’m glad it’s here!

I just had to share how amazing the meatball sandwich was the first time I tried it - it was incredible! And today, I decided to try the Ciro sandwich, and wow, it's simply delicious. The bread is so fresh, and the overall experience is just delightful. Plus, the price is reasonable for a sandwich in Brooklyn. Happy eating!

Excited to see that they opened up in BedStuy, not sure how new this location is. Decent space inside. I got the Uncle Rocco this time, which was good, but missing a crunch factor for me… Uncle Jimmy still stands to be the favorite. A little pricey, but it is a decent sized sandwich.

This place has to be a front. Money laundering at its finest. Shady staff and VERY RUDE . Close this piece of trash location down . Don’t understand how they’re able to pay rent when you barely serve any body . Trash, mediocre and lack of any kind of professionalism. You’re making sandwiches not solving world peace . Least you can do is be nice .

I strongly regret paying $18.50 for a sandwich with 3 ingredients that is too much. there are bodegas all across Brooklyn that will make a better sandwich with better bread for half the price... and they'll make it in half the time. Never coming here again.

The sandwiches were delicious! I ordered the uncle Phil and the chicken parm and they were so delicious. The service was immaculate and the food came out fast and fresh! 10/10

Great addition to the neighborhood! For me, their meatball sandwich is already a classic, and it is HUGE - easily enough for two people. Fast, friendly service and a sweet, old-school grocery vibe.

I ordered DoorDash from here because I was familiar with the Lower East Side location years ago and thought the Brooklyn location would deliver me a good sandwich. Instead what I got was smaller than expected. Still tasted good, but the size of the sandwich and amount of toppings was skimpier than I expected for almost $20.

This place looked cool so I stayed and ordered a Ricky (arugula, pesto, balsamic, mozzarella slices, tomatoes) on a chewy, hearty baguette slice before I went to Domino Park. It's their only vegetarian sandwich but was done so proper with the ingredients and portions. Balsamic glaze wasn't added liberally which I appreciated because my meal wasn't overly sweet or messy. I also loved that theirs has pesto and arugula as opposed to traditional Caprese style. Big sandwich but $17 with tax (-1 star) which was too high imo since it didn't have meat and none of the ingredients tasted extraordinary but tis the times we live in I guess! There was a nice woman working at the counter who quickly pointed me in the direction of the sandwich I was looking for.

I was totally sad when I heard Valentine's Pizza was going away but then saw Regina's Grocery in it's place, it was a warm welcome as now I have a goto for my Itailan style subs. With a extensive menu of classic sandwhiches highlights for me are the Uncle John, featuring a mix of prosciutto, provolone, mortadella, ans sopressata, oh my! As well as their Uncle Rocoo for the tuna fish lovers, it supplimented with tasty roated peppers and mozz. But pro tip, ask to add the chilli spread for that additional flavor and heat!

Ordered for pickup. Would have given 5 stars but not having your full menu available when you open is pretty disappointing. Was really looking forward to that meatball sub. That said, what we did have was really good.

Sandwiches are great but the price is lowk insane. Love the ricky sandwich but i HATE way the Tomatoes where cut. It was like stuffing a whole heirloom tomato into my tiny mouth. People working there where nice. #bringbackvalentinespizza. YUHYUHYUH
