First off, the office space, kitchen space, internet, phone service, and front desk are all very adequate.
My problem is how they structure the billing.
1. They charge kitchen amenities 1 month behind.
2. They charge for the next month halfway through current month. (Example: you're in December, you reach Dec. 18th and they already want payment for January)
3. Charge a restoration cost without inspecting the unit to see the condition
The billing practices raise red flags for me, especially since the Regus Salesman Brian didn't even disclose this to me. All we went over was the agreed upon monthly office rent and space. I wouldn't have much of an issue if the salespeople actually disclosed the strange billing structure and what other charges are involved. If they're selling you something, they might as well disclose everything you're buying ahead of time. Seems like common damn sense to me. Instead, I got surprised with the invoices.
I'd look elsewhere if the billing structure doesn't fit your fancy, but if it doesn't, Regus is adequate enough.
