Lacuna Closes, 8 Kitchen On the Way in Henderson - Eater Vegas

"Less than a year after its debut in Henderson, healthy fast-casual restaurant Lacuna has shuttered at the St. Rose Coronado retail hub. Promising the 2,000-square-foot restaurant is 'temporarily closed while we restructure our management,' the menu was designed by Catherine Baquirin and Brett Boyer, formerly of Oakland, California’s Ramen Shop. A possible return date has not been revealed. Featuring 'antibiotic and hormone free' ingredients, 'no hidden' extras and 'protein forward' wraps and bowls, Lacuna sat next door to the steakburgers, melts, and fries of Steak’N Shake." - Bradley Martin
