Their eggs, thick bacon, and bakery-level sourdough will help take the sting out of waking up at dawn for a flight you regret booking to save a few bucks. "I found a pop-up called Shot Bar inside Rel’Lish Burger Lounge in the B Concourse at Sea‑Tac that offers only pre‑flight shots: chilled hard liquor poured into mini plastic red Solo cups, college‑party style. The menu lists Hornitos Crystalino tequila, Ketel One cucumber‑and‑mint vodka, local favorite Brown Sugar Bourbon (which Jamie Foxx recently purchased), and Fireball; a single shot is $7 and a double is $10. All drinks must be consumed at the counter because the airport doesn’t allow booze to go, and cutting off inebriated customers is left to the bartender’s discretion.
