We stayed here for 4 days during New Year, and the experience was mixed.
At check-in, we were given a twin-bed room instead of the king-size bed we had reserved. After calling the front desk, staff joined the twin beds together, but this took almost an hour, which was quite inconvenient.
For the first two days, the room with a garden-like view was spacious and comfortable. The Harbour View room, although offering a beautiful view, was smaller in size.
New Year’s Eve was disappointing—there were no celebrations inside the hotel apart from a single singing performance in the lobby restaurant. With no fireworks this year, the harbour view felt wasted, and we had to step out to celebrate.
The elevator wait times are extremely long. You often have to wait 15–20 minutes, letting multiple lifts pass, whether going up or down. Breakfast was another issue, with long queues every morning due to only one staff member handling guest verification.
We also requested early check-in, but the room was provided quite late, and overall the staff felt average and not very proactive.
Overall, great location and views, but poor lift management, service gaps, breakfast queues, and lack of festive planning affected the stay. Better suited for business travel than holiday stays.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for being super sustainable hotel no single use plastic was there brush comb all bomboo made and water cans were given in all rooms
