Where to begin. If I could give a 0 star I would. First time customer, walked in with a few of my girlfriends on Saturday early afternoon, sat at the bar. Immediately we noticed "attitude" from the bar tender. ( April) mind you this would have been our 1st drink. We were kind and proceeded to order a drink. We noticed a very intoxicated woman sitting next to us, was very kind, but should have been cut off way before we even entered the location. Was extremely nice, but was not steady. I witnessed a few times that the bartender kept serving her "tequilla shots", she had at least 3 while I sat there drinking my 1st drink. April was still giving a little attitude, and we didn't understand as to why. We are new comers, maybe due to not being part of the "regulars" that attend the bar. I was told after the fact that most of the clients were 90% regulars. A couple of my girlfriends left after a couple of drinks and food. I stood there waiting for my other girlfriend to meet up with me, so we can catch up. When she showed up, then again after only having 1 drink I was approached again by the bartender and I was asked if I wanted another drink. This was my only 2nd drink and my gfriends 1st. April finally decided to cut off the lady sitting next to me, in a very rude manner. She literally grabbed her drink, and told her she needed to leave. The lady was kind and said she needed a few minuites to call a lift. While trying to attempt to call for a ride, the bartender (April) told the lady she had to leave now, was not giving her anytime to call for her ride. I stepped in to help the lady who was so intoxicated that she was not able to even press the send button. I turned around and kindly mentioned to April that we just needed a minute to help her out. She was so rude and upset that she grabbed mines and my gfriends drinks out of our hands, and asked us to leave. I have never ever been so disrespected, and I have never dealt with anyone so RUDE!!!! it gets worse. As we tried to ask what we did, she had not explaination, she announced out loud, that she was buying shots for everyone at the bar, and excluded me and my gfriend. We did not want the shot, but it was the way she handled the whole situation. She was way out of line. As my friend and I sat there in shock, as to why we were disrespected, for no apperant reason, she went to the cooks and asked them to come tell us we had to leave. Here we are a few days later, and this is still very bothersome. As to why would someone be so rude to customers, who absolutely did nothing wrong, who were only trying to help a woman in need. Who would serve a person who is intoxicated? I will never ever walk into that place again. April if your not happy, please don't work in customer service, find another hobby. Very dissatisifed my firends and I will never go back!!! As for the intoxicated lady, I was happy to hear she got home safe!!!! Lesson #1-cut people off when they have had 1 too many
