Austin Gets a Limited Pop-Up at Residence From a Chef with Michelin Experience | Eater Austin
"An intimate, limited-run 10-seat tasting experience set in a converted craftsman on East Cesar Chavez Street, offering two seatings per night and counter-style service where the chef prepares and describes most courses personally. Led by Anthony Martin—whose résumé includes stints at three-star Joël Robuchon and two-star Tru and mentorships with Tomonori Danzaki and Günter Seeger—the menu leans on French technique, purity of method, and deep respect for ingredients. Martin is aging Muscovy ducks from Belle Vie Farm and plans to feature pristine seafood (scallops among them), one or two courses of Texas beef, and desserts that incorporate local honey; the space was fully overhauled to suit this focused multi-course format. Reservations are available on OpenTable for a $295 per-person tasting (optional wine pairings extra); the pop-up opens April 23, will operate Wednesday through Saturday, and will run for a limited time with no closing date announced." - Courtney E.
