"An intimate, limited-run 10-seat tasting experience set in a converted craftsman on East Cesar Chavez Street, offering two seatings per night and counter-style service where the chef prepares and describes most courses personally. Led by Anthony Martin—whose résumé includes stints at three-star Joël Robuchon and two-star Tru and mentorships with Tomonori Danzaki and Günter Seeger—the menu leans on French technique, purity of method, and deep respect for ingredients.
