"The resort's most luxurious hotel was designed in 1912 by Austrian architect Alfred Keller. The property's gourmet restaurant is now named after him, whose terrace offers a splendid view of Čikat Bay, an ideal setting for a fine dining experience. In the kitchen, Austrian chef Michael Gollenz enhances the best local ingredients with modern and creative dishes that are always balanced in taste and harmony. The technical base is French, but there is no shortage of international influences. Along with a small à la carte selection, tasting menus are offered in the evening. Great experience, super good food. Just be aware that other guests are smoking around you, which unfortunately are putting an end to the fine delicate taste that the chef Michael brings forward in the food. For the perfect experience, ask for a non smoking area, if you consider going here.

Everything was beyond beautiful here... The servers were very accommodating and kind. I've picked and tasted The Signature Menu... The food was very appealing to the eye and very pleasant tasting. I enjoyed the scampi tartare the most. The way the chefs combine the different flavours to make a complete dish was amazing to experience. Their wine pairings were especially pleasing to see. All in all I'd consider this restaurant and the dining experience the absolute zenith of culinary and service arts!

This is a very nice restaurant with relaxing outdoor terrace, good view and lovely ambiance. Very professional staff. Had the innovation menu which started off excellent. Beautifully presented and plated tasty bites. Pretty good raw fish. Very nice goose liver and tasty rombo filet. We were not too impressed with the beef short rib, neither the overal taste nor cocophony of herbs as we found it out of balance with dill overpowering it all. Nice deserts. This is a very good place but expected just a bit more.

An exceptional service with unbelievably tasty food, and a very pleasant atmosphere. You could tell, the signature wine pairing menu was tailored for a warm summer evening with refreshing and lightly spiced ingredients, and the wine was carefully picked to complement every bite. Overall 10/10.

I am a coffee lover and this was the only place in Losinj where I could have a decent coffee. This is a high end Michelin star restaurant with a lovely ambiance, beautiful view and good quality service. There is a nice lounge where you can enjoy a peaceful moment either with the family or as a couple. A nice touch of the place is the relaxing background music.

Incredible food and experience! We had the Innovation menu and paired wines, and each course portion was rather large. Favorites were the bouillabaisse and lamb courses. A great view from the terrace at sunset, and friendly service made a memorable dinner!
