During our visit to Madina Market Tangier, we sought Moroccan grilled specialties, and our local tour guide suggested Al Andalus. The owner is supper nice and welcoming. His basic English is a significant advantage. We ordered lamb, livers skewers and whole fish, all expertly grilled over hot charcoals. And the sheep's brain was well-seasoned and sautéed to perfection. We highly recommend this small restaurant.
