Tony ate lunch at this locals only place, with Majid, the owner of Boutique Majid. Tomatoes brushed with local olive oil, garlic, and coriander; beef liver kebabs grilled over charcoal; swordfish; orange roughy.

Great restaurant hidden just off the busy streets of the medina. Amazing swordfish and was cheap too (70 dirham with a baguette, olives and a water). Highly recommend

A local grilled fish treat! Must go to if you’re in the mood for authentic and flavorful food. Perfectly cooked rice and swordfish, amazing fresh salad and delicious French baguette. The grilled tomatoes were the best I’ve ever had! Would return just for those.

The grilled fish was exceptional and inexpensive. Very fresh, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Staff were kind and service was quick. Only cash is accepted. The fries were fresh and tasty. The rice however was stale smelling but the staff were apologetic and were willing to replace the rice. You are served olives and bread on arrival. Prices are friendly to locals and tourists alike. Apparently Bourdain ate here so you can't complain. The place is gives you an old bodega vibe and overall could use a thorough clean starting from the floor, where the bread is stored(dumped) and the kitchen !

The best restaurant in my Morocco trip. Grilled fish by charcoal. Friendly staff. Legit local restaurant. Grilled tomato and fish were awesome. Bring a wet napkin to clean your hand after eating with your hand! Highly recommended for authentic Moroccan meal.

A friend from New York has eaten for years at Restaurant Andalus in the Medina, just off the Petit Socco. She says all the food, including the fish, are fresh and well prepared, and it is very inexpensive. The small restaurant is very simple in decor and is popular with locals and tourists alike.

Eat at the place Bourdain ate, and speak of all things .. of cabbages and kings! The food is perfect, the service is friendly beyond comparison, and the experience will be as authentic as can be. Seek this little hole in the wall out and it will not disappoint. Be courageous and it will rise to delight you.

It is a small, calm place with really kind cook and delicious food. Better than most of the restaurants in the center. You pay less and get good food!
