Excellent items in a short menu. Everything is presented elegantly, and the ingredients are clearly quite fine, and managed with respect. Warm Austrian hospitality. Bravissimi! (That last step on the way out though is something of a concern… maybe inlay a slightly darker stone strip?)

The food was too expensive. The Schnitzel cost twice as much as it would have cost in a regular Restaurant. The food tasted good, but it didn't reflect the high price.

The food was terrible. Only the salad is good. So if you like salad its a great place for you. The service is ok. The wine was great.

All great, but few dishes we didnt like. But - Blaue ganz is one of the best places in Salzburg for us!

A wonderful evening. Very friendly staff and fantastic food. It was my husband's birthday and the restaurant surprised us with a cake with table fireworks. A highly recommended restaurant.

This restaurant is very good! The food is great, offering a delightful dining experience. Service is friendly and quick, and its a pleasant visit every time. They serve a good Pilsener, perfect for beer lovers. Plus, the seating is comfortable, adding to the overall excellent atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Food was good but pretty expensive for what you get.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner here. Though everything was very good, my favorite bites were the smoked salmon appetizer and the Kaissrschmarrn dessert.

This restaurant was amazing. The service was phenomenal thanks to ELENI. We are in Salzburg for the holidays. There are no tables available at any restaurant. Eleni found us a table here at Blaue Gans and we had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was wonderful and food was terrific. We had the Weiner Schnitzel, the beef tartare and the beef bone broth. I had the duck and my husband had the sirloin. I had the pickled trout for an appetizer- loved it. Lots of flavors. My husband had the broth - excellent. Ambiance is good. Prices fair. Service very good.
