We ate at Etoile last night and it was phenomenal from start to finish. I believe we had 17 courses but it ended up being about 20 items. Every dish felt thoughtfully curated and each one was exceptional. Huge emphasis on what’s in season and what’s local to the area or region from the food on the plate to the inspiration behind it. Each course was equal parts creative and delicious and every course stood out for different reasons. I also want to point out that the service was out of this world. All of the staff worked as a team and made the whole experience one I won’t forget. This was a once in a lifetime meal but I hope I get to experience Etoile’s menu and ambiance again in this lifetime! It was that special. Thank you!

Etoile was one of the best meals my wife and I have had in some time, the atmosphere, the food, and the drinks were all meticulously curated to provide a perfect experience. The atmosphere is one of creativity that trickles into every aspect of the meal, we will certainly be back again!

In all honestly, dinner for two with welcoming drink and drink menu for 8500 SEK and both of us come home hungry. Sure, things taste differently but we never ever during the course of the dinner felt satisfied or content. It felt more of a wine tasing than dinner. The atmosphere was kind of dull as well…plenty of other much more modern, better and valuable restaurants in Stockholm.

Definitely one of the best restaurant experiences in my life. The restaurant is cozy and with cool decors (love their Lego flowers). Started with some drinks in the lounge, then to the bar for some starters. A walkthrough the kitchen with some history and then do the dining room for the "mains". We had their menu and the hybrid drinking package (half alcoholic and half non alcoholic), some of the drinks were a bit too sweet but overall very happy with the choice, especially their own version of cola.The staff was incredibly, very good descriptions, nice stories and funny but they seemed more stressful at the end and didn't have as much time to talk as the start. Record long seating time (we sat there for 5 hours) but enjoyed every minute. Crazy good restaurant that needs to be revisited!

A great tasting menu with excellent wine- and alcohol free pairing. The chairs might get a bit hot after some hours, and the sound level a bit high. But if you are interested in new restaurants and food, in Stockholm, you need to visit this place!

A real gastronomic experience and an expensive one. In this kind of restaurant everything must be top point. Interior, present, taste, meal, drinks and dessert. The whole dinner process took almost three hours (somewhat quick service I would say). Very entertaining and presentation of all meals were very professional. All dishes served as if they were just like a peace of art (shape, color and taste ). We got our own room, it was very cozy and simple design. The seat on my chair was loose, so when I wanted to move the chair, I accidentally pinched my finger. All staff are chefs and they are working together in all parts of the process.

The best gastronomy experience I ever had. During this dinner, I encountered many new taste. I would give 6 stars if it's possible. Definitely worth a visit! The service was superb. We learn substansial information for each food. And the flow of the food was smooth. Our favorite is the beef tartar and tom ka gai ice cream.

At Etoile it's not just the food that is amazing, it's a full experience as soon as you enter the door. The staff are very service minded without being too much or too stiff. The place is cozy and you get comfortable immediately. The dining room is open and airy. The food is intelligent unique and most important delicious. The wine pairing is great and matches the flavour and story of the fantastic food! The staff are all very knowledgeable and nothing is left to chance. Will remember this night for a very long time and we truly hope that they get the aspirational second Michelin star. Thank you Jonas and team we will be back soon!

This place is a special experience. Every dish surprised us. They were surprising, both the presentation and the fun, new tastes we got experience. My husband had the regular menu and i had the one without fish. The fish dishes was his favorites and he really felt like he was in heaven. We chose the beverage package. The restaurant had really made a perfect combination for every dish. A place I can really recommend, it was a surprise every time a new plate came in!:-)
