This is one of the most difficult reviews to write. The hospitality and service deserve 10 stars, pricing 1 star, taste of food maybe 3-4.
Hospitality and service are top-notch. Our server was from Jamaica, and he was the lovliest and most welcoming server ever! He was very familiar with the menu. It was music to my ears to hear him describe all the dishes with different ingredients. Truly wonderful! You will need to use a valet parking, if you are coming by car. It's free, given that there's no space for you to park. Your car will be waiting for you as you pay your bill and are ready to go. Synchronization is truly impressive. (I was very positively surprised!).
The restaurant is definitely on the very expensive side, and I am not completely sure that the quality and taste of food truly excuse those horrendous prices.
While the main course was quite good (though portions were small), the appetizers, which were included in the price, were lacking, to say the most. A friend commented that the soup tasted like soup from a Chinese can bought on a Chinese flea market. The muffins were quite greasy and fat, while butter tasted weird. Main course was very well done -- I enjoyed most of the flavors.
