Restaurant Huber

The wines were absolutely exceptional, some of the best ones we have ever had. The food, while good, felt not at the same standard. In particular I didn't fully enjoy the filet in minestrone. In my mind it should have been the peak of the meal also because it had been presented with some sense of pride and instead for me it fell quite flat. We found the staff to be extremely friendly. They offered spontaneously to hold the bottles of wine so that I could take pictures. Some of those bottles I plan to try to order for myself! The location is.. unexpected. The restaurant is in the middle of an extremely quiet neighborhood, far from any other commercial activity to the point that while we were trying to get there we started doubting the place was open. The decor chosen doesn't look like that of an exclusive place.

Impeccable cooking in stylish surroundings. Significantly more affordable than the Michelin-starred competition, at the same quality of cooking. Main difference is the service (i.e., just two people who did a fantastic job in well-occupied restaurant, but who of course did not have the time to give a talk on the ingredients and preparation of the individual courses). Would happily return anytime.

For the quality of the food and service this restaurant is reasonably priced. It is certainly a neighborhood gem. The ambiance is okay, but it doesn't give you the warm and cozy feeling you might expect. Service is excellent. The food is good to great, but I wish the chef would challenge the taste buds with less obvious combinations and a bit more seasoning in some dishes. The short-rib (main course) was a fantastic highlight of the evening. Very tender and a perfectly executed reduced sauce.

Уютное и интересное место, два меню вегетарианское и обычное из которых вы можете выбрать все 6 позиций или 5 или 4, к каждому блюду дополнительно можно взять сет из вин, все очень вкусно и достойно, особенно ростбиф и пельмень с мясом кабана!!! Приятный и вежливый персонал. Буду ещё раз в Мюнхене, обязательно вернусь, т.к. меню постоянно обновляется и интересно чем вкусным накормят в следующий раз)
