"Perched at 3 048m above sea level, this place boasts a magnificent setting and impressive futuristic architecture. The large glass cube appeals with the clean lines of its design and its fantastic panoramic view of the mountains. On the ground floor, the restaurant serves up a modern tasting menu (vegetarian version available) as well as an à la carte selection of more classic dishes such as beef consommé, Wiener schnitzel and rib-eye steak. Alternatively, tapas are served in the lounge on the top floor. Guests can also head outside to the lovely terraces. When it comes to wine, the PINO 3000 is worthy of your attention – it is aged at this altitude! This incredible site also served as a filming location for the James Bond film "Spectre"." - Michelin Inspector

Where to Go in the Austrian Alps, Even If You Don't Ski | Vogue

"A glass-enclosed, cube-shaped building at nearly 10,000 feet above sea level, featured in the James Bond film Spectre. It offers a menu with wine, cocktails, traditional Austrian dishes, modern cuisine, and pastries, alongside panoramic views from the glass-walled outdoor terrace." - Kristine Hansen

There are meals… and then there are missions. Perched at over 3,000 meters, ice Q is not just a restaurant — it’s a rendezvous with altitude, precision, and taste. The veal schnitzel arrived with crisp golden edges, as flawless as a tailored tux. The summer salad — light, sharp, and perfectly balanced. But the highlight? A cheese plate worthy of a double agent’s last supper: six personalities on porcelain, from creamy camembert to a blue-veined Swiss rebel named Pixel. The wine? Austrian Chardonnay — smooth, confident, and dangerously drinkable. The kind of glass that doesn’t ask questions… but answers them. No distractions. Just glass, mountains, and silence sharp enough to cut a diamond. License to dine — granted. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The whole experience was interesting, but this is not a good restaurant for a dinner. The food was most of the time good, but wasn’t excellent. Also they have a lot of tables and it’s really tight. You could feel that the restaurant is overcrowded during this summit dinner. Other than that, atmosphere is nice. Great touch was way up with a “nice stop” in between the lifts. Wine pairing was very good and definitely worth the price. What was extremely falling behind was the staff. What shocked us - with main courses the waiters were just putting the plates on the table without even a word about a dish. From 5 main courses we got some basic informations from waiter only about dessert. It was extremely low service level in comparison to other restaurants at this price point. You could feel that 90% of the staff didn’t care at all, just putting plates on table and wanting to go home. The only thing that saved the day was one caring waitress that really was doing good job, but she couldn’t do everything on her own. I think it might be a good place for a lunch for skiers; on slope, nice view, quality food, but not a place for a fancy dinner. Price for a dinner like michelin star restaurant, quality (especially of service) much below.

We had a fantastic lunch here in the lounge upstairs. We chose the tapas - one meat and one vegetarian (we had requested this ahead of the day). The food was all beautifully presented (see photos) and delicious, and the staff were attentive and friendly. This place is really all about the views but even on a slightly dull day it was amazing. We went on to the 007 Elements exhibition afterwards which was great, surpassing our expectations. I challenge you to ski back from here without humming the James Bond theme tune!

Great restaurant at the top😍It's better to book a table in advance to get an incredible view. Large selection of food, delicious desserts and drinks, pleasant atmosphere

A strudel to die for (pun intended) An absolutely incredible place, somewhat tucked away from most of the slopes at Sölden, but so worth making the effort to visit! Went Dec 11 at 12:30 without a reservation and managed to get a table on the terrace for one! When leaving 1 pm, there were still tables available both inside and outside, so seems like off-season chances of getting a table without a reservation at the Ice Q are quite high! Other than that, absolutely amazing service, stunning views, reasonable price for the level of the restaurant. There were quite a few non-alcoholic options but not for the Aperol, unfortunately. The "ice Q appletizer" that I was recommended instead was very sour, though. Highly recommend to visit! Hoping to come back here again soon for a proper lunch :)

Amazing coffee with cake experience on the outdoor terrace overlooking the most beautiful views, and the best apple strudel I’ve ever had. Didn’t have time for a full meal but would definitely return! Great service and reasonable prices, too. Highly recommended.

Perched on the top of Sölden, the cafe and restaurant here are a perfect spot to take a break after a few runs. The panoramic views are splendid and the food and drinks pretty good (and probably the best amongst all the restaurants on the mountain). Prices are on the steeper end given the location but by no means unreasonable. Definitely worth a stop even if it’s just to grab a cake or drink.
