"Perched at 3 048m above sea level, this place boasts a magnificent setting and impressive futuristic architecture. The large glass cube appeals with the clean lines of its design and its fantastic panoramic view of the mountains. On the ground floor, the restaurant serves up a modern tasting menu (vegetarian version available) as well as an à la carte selection of more classic dishes such as beef consommé, Wiener schnitzel and rib-eye steak. Alternatively, tapas are served in the lounge on the top floor. Guests can also head outside to the lovely terraces. When it comes to wine, the PINO 3000 is worthy of your attention – it is aged at this altitude!
