A Michelin-star restaurant set in a beautiful and easily accessible castle. As expected from a Michelin star, the food was outstanding, exceptionally well balanced, refined, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The portions were perfectly sized, with a well-paced flow between courses.
We chose the six-course menu without wine pairing, and one standout for us was the brioche bread. While the pricing was on the higher end, even for a Michelin-star restaurant, and the basement seating area could benefit from a more refined atmosphere, the culinary experience truly stood out.
Overall, we still rate it five stars. The level of craftsmanship and flavor is something you’ll only experience a handful of times in a lifetime.
