My experience at this Michelin-mentioned establishment in Stockholm was disappointing and even dangerous. I went with high expectations, but a serious incident completely ruined the dinner.
I ordered the Iberian ham ravioli, a dish that promised to be exquisite and was part of a tasting menu. However, when biting into one of the ravioli, I found a piece of bone that nearly broke my tooth. It was a very unpleasant moment and, considering the restaurant’s prestige, something entirely unacceptable.
The worst part was not just the incident itself but the lack of attention from the staff. When I informed them about what had happened, their response was merely a brief apology, without offering a proper acknowledgment or a solution. In a restaurant of this level, a professional and responsible reaction is expected in situations of this magnitude.
The food may be excellent, but safety and service are just as important. Unfortunately, the lack of care in the kitchen and the staff’s lack of empathy make me unable to recommend this place.
I hope they improve their customer service and ingredient supervision because a mistake like this can damage the reputation of any restaurant, no matter how many mentions it has.
