Restaurant Miraflores

We had a really fantastic dining experience and a little "trip to Peru for one night" and Miraflores in Lyon. The set menu was an exquisite experience and the chef was flexible to cater to dietary preferences. Besides their great food, the Pisco Sour was sublime.

this was an incredible experience. A peruvian menu with some french influence, but mostly staying on the peruvian side. The dishes were both creative and extremely tasty, using a lot of ingredients that I was not really familiar with. All the dishes were unique and tasty, well presented and flavourful. I enjoyed everything they brought to us. The ceviche was magnificent, we got some nigiris that were outstanding as well. We even got a dish made out of a ton of herbs that was unexpectedly tasty. The service was really close and warm, they spent a ton of time guiding us through the dishes. Sadly it seems they are closing this restaurant, but they told us that they will reopen a new version of it in september, which I can just assume will be equally as good. Well worth the star it has.

Fantastic. Just fantastic. We traveled to Lyon from Berlin to check this restaurant out since we run a Peruvian restaurant. This dinner alone was worth the trip. I just looked back at the pictures and I’m salivating and crying a little. Service was ultimately friendly. Wine recommendation was absolutely on point.

Peruvian/French chaos menu delivered to us with exquisite perfection by chef Carlos Camino. The service is impeccable. The ambience inviting. The food was even more delicious than it looked. The plating, theatrical serving, and parings were innovative and added an exciting unique touch to the experience.

What a trip! From start to finish, the perfect experience. It all felt warm and intimate. The food was of course stunning and the wine pairings impeccable. The icing on the cake was the very friendly and calm service. Nothing was left to chance. Recommend it!

Enjoyable, quality meal for a special occasion - my first (and hopefully not last) taste of Peruvian (with French fusion) cuisine. The waitress was not great at English so we may not have gotten the full experience, but appreciated her translating the story/intention behind each dish. Was also nice that they were accommodating of my pregnancy - not just with the dishes served but also choice of a more spacious table.
