Tony ate the Senegal national dish with some locals. The national dish is called ceebu jen (meaning rice with fish). The fish they used was "Senegalese grouper, scored and stuffed with a mixture of garlic, parsley, and peppers, then slow simmered in a hearty tomato broth, infused by a funkatizing goodness brought by fermented conch and salt fish, served over rice and vegetables."

New Africa is the place to go to! Been visiting the restaurant since 2022 - the menu is various and contains of delicious food and the vibes is good. Go and eat, dance or simply enjoy some good african music while being taken care of the good staff. You won't regret a visit!

The waitresses are the best and best and best. I ve never seen employees dedicated to their work, smiling and always be available at the right moment. Dear manager, you MUST give them a rise 🤗🤑. They are GOLD 🥇.

A great hidden place in Dakar. The food was great, the staff was very kind and the ambience was cozy. A must try when you visit the city. We came here on a Saturday when they organized a small karaoke, but apparently they do salsa every Friday

In a beautiful setting, surrounded by warm smiles and African music, an amazing menu was introduced to us by the passionate owner. We were delighted by the food (Accra, lamb tagine and seafood curry) and felt like our taste buds traveled around the world from the Antilles to Morocco. Thank you!

Lovely ambiance, the food was great and all the staff were brilliant, friendly and service was quick. Would definitely come back! I had the fish brochettes tandoori - really tasty and very fresh fish. The veg was also tastier and more plentiful than I’ve had elsewhere.

Good local foods and attentive service. Server helps me make a custom mix match of vegetarian foods and the price was fair, only downside was they plated the salad with the hot dishes so everything kind of became just warm. Either way, good place to check.
