We stopped by for breakfast, which unfolded as a rare and memorable experience. Our palate was pushed to new highs as the superbly talented staff brought out a collection of meat dishes, cheese dishes, fruit juices, vegetables juices, coffee, breads, trout, eggs, and lamb. Just a remarkable morning for us.

Really enjoyed the visit. The cuisine is top notch and the service is of highest standard. I was actually quite overwhelmed with a 4-Gang menu and couldn’t finish it. Would recommend going for the 3-Gang one. Also applause to the restaurant for taking into account vegetarian options!

Had a lovely evening here with visiting friends. Great way to showcase Austrian food as fine dining. It was extra nostalgic having visited it 15 years ago. 👍 Excellent service, super attentive and accommodating to little children. Even adjusting their amuse bouche for them. Dessert and cocktails were incredible - try their holunder cocktail. 👎 Ingredients were clearly top quality but the food just didn’t blow me away, which it should at this price point.

We’ve been in Austria a week and our dining experience here was the best we’ve had in a very long time. Our compliments to the chef. The appetizers and meals were fabulously presented and every morsel of food was absolutely delicious. Plus service extraordinary.

Entering such a fine place after a day of hiking in the mountains with 2 backpacks was quite embracing.... but they gave us such a warm welcome and made us feel so welcome and that was before we tasted anything. This is by far the best restaurant we went during our stay in Austria and the most perfect place to celebrate my dear wife her 50th birthday. The food and the wine are at the level of 2 Michelin star restaurant.

Among the top Austrian creative, innovative and exiting food temple. “Primus inter pares”. Actually there are not many “inter pares” at this level. Pricey as hell but cosy, inviting atmosphere

Healthy dishes notably using natural ingredients. A really lovely ambience, chic and intimate. Just perfect with such a friendly service and of course delicious menu! I have had a brilliant experience here. The very accommodating friendly staff made us feel relaxed and welcomed.

This place is amazing!! We stayed two nights and were totally impressed by the whole experience. Karl and his team were attentive, friendly, incredible hosts. The food was outstanding, the attention to detail impeccable and the hotel itself decorated with flair and taste. Thank you Karl for providing such a memorable stay. I would certainly recommend this to anyone wishing to visit your lovely town.
