An experience to repeat. We tried the regular midday menu for 25 euros and it was more than fulfilling. Three entrance tasting: pear and duck salad, typical canelon filled with caw meat and my favourite, the squid black ink risotto, simply perfect, Italian style! For the second dish I had the hake fillet with a marvelous mashed chestnut. It was amazing! And for dessert a vanilla strudel and a chocolate mousse. Advice: ask for the bread for an extra of 4,50 euros, they buy it in Cercs, a nearby village famous for its bread ovens. It’s big so if you do not consume it all you can take it home. For wine pairing we chose a fruity flavor from DO Montsant called Sileo. Regarding the ambient, the staff and their attention nothing to say just that they create a gastronomic experience that belongs to a Michelin star restaurant.
