"The duo of Ramsés González (in the kitchen) and Diego Millán (sommelier and front-of-house manager) were looking to take their gastronomic project to the next level, which led them to move to a large and more centrally located space in the centre of Zaragoza. Their aim is to ensure that what they offer is an experience, hence the culinary journey that they refer to as La Fresquera. This process begins with showing their ingredients (a minimum of 90% of which are from Aragón) to guests, continues with appetisers in the Research & Development kitchen (home to a private chef’s table), and ends up in the dining room upstairs (which includes a counter by the kitchen where the finishing touches are added to dishes). Choose between three creative tasting menus (Gran Menú, Festival and Evolución) that showcase the cuisine of the Aragón region." - Michelin Inspector

Nice place, simple and with no much tables, but with a very good service and attention from all the staff. Explanation of all dishes and drinks was perfect and clear, and they were always careful that everything was perfect. We have small menu, with 9 starters and dishes, and we had drinks suggestions. Altogether, 45+30€. Good decision to have the drinks, because if not, we wouldn't tasted Fino or sherry wines. Food was all surprising and perfect, and I could not select which one was better

Amazing experience. All food was spectacular and packed with flavor. We loved the use of local ingredients, showcasing the quality of the produce in Aragón. We got very good explanations in English for all dishes. The attention to detail was exquisite. We will come back!

The whole experience was amazing. The small journey to get to your table was perfect to set the tone for our magnificent dinner. Every plate was super creative and delicious. It's my first Michelin Star restaurant. I loved this experience. Everything had the very good standard. Guests have 3 menus to choose, which differ by number of dishes and obviously price. I choose the middle one. Quality: I don't have comparison with other Michelin Star restaurants as this is my first one. From the fresh perspective I cannot really complain about anything. Dishes were well thought, with balanced tastes, top quality with local Aragonian accents. I take it as a good sign that at the end it would be very hard for me to point the best tasting one. My feeling that all of them were super tasty but just different. Quantity: The middle, 80Euro menu I ordered consisted multiple starters, main dishes and desserts. I wasn't prepared for that but at the end I was full. Service: For me service was a unique experience. The waiters have full knowledge of the dishes and there is absolutely nothing I could complain about.

Very nice restaurant, kind staff and nice food. The best part was definitely the snacks and the desserts. I'm giving 1 stars as, after ordering the 120€ menu (the largest) in 3 people, we find on our receipt that we got charged for water (18€), 26€ for analcoholic drinks and 15.5€ for 3 teas. That's about 60€ being added on top without any warning or any information. Not even on the menu on their website nor when they called to confirm was I being made aware of this. I think it's just a shame to ruin people's experience for such things. Charge slightly more but give me 0 bad surprises at the end or simply inform me that "no drinks are included" and offer tap water instead of keeping refilling our glasses without any worry.

The Food was absolutly amazing.. This would be 5 star...saddly the service was not that good.. The restaurant was half empty.. That was the reason we ask to have another table.. Because we were seated near the kitchen.. This was impossible.. We didn't unterstand because there were e few empty tables.. Then we asked for a wine.. They told us this wine is out and tried to sold us e wine more ecpensive.. Which wasn't the point.. Because afterwards we ordered another wine.. Suddenly the wine we wanted first was in stock.. Location of the Restaurant doesn't look as good as the redtaurant look inside. Inside it was wonderful. But the food was really really good.
