"El Trasgu occupies an elegant chalet-style property featuring a bar and three classic-cum-contemporary dining rooms. The traditional à la carte offers a selection of stews, rice dishes and seafood. The superb terrace is a must!" - Michelin Inspector
Great service and hospitality! last minute ( same day ) we made reservation for a very large group around 120 people . Everyone was very enthusiastic about this restaurant. The food was delicious. If you are around this place, highly recommended! Greeting from the coca-cola team Belgium.

A very good option for something exclusive.
Old fashioned dishes with a renewed style that gives you a very good experience.
The views from the terrace are not so impressive as they say.
Very good anti COVID-19 measures.

Great place for a celebration or just to have a quiet, relaxed dinner. Top level attention and service from the staff. Parking is available at the restaurant's premises.
Portions are generous, so let the staff advice you of the quantities. Sometimes it's better to get half portion starters and enjoy the main course at its fullest.
Big thanks to the staff for the experience!

Rip off!!! Arrogant waiters who will try to sell you whatever they have out of the menu and overcharge yo. They charged 1.5kg and it had less than 200g…

Excellent service, and good food quality, specially fish. Meat we had mixed results, the "chuletón de vaca" was extremely greasy. Overall good but avoid chuletón

Disappointing experience. Rather overpriced (plenty of restaurants around Madrid do the same dishes better at 70-80% of the price. The meat in particular was underwhelming and they relied too heavily on strongly flavoured sauces.
One server was quite friendly but the rest ranged from aloof to surly.

We went for dinner to celebrate a birthday. The food was nice and what should have been a pleasant evening was quite disturbed by the quality of the waiters who were noisy and publicly criticising the younger one and gossiping in the middle of the restaurant. Very unprofessional! With the exception of the young waiter service was far below standard.
There are better choices in the neighbourhood with good food and professional staff.

Yelp
A lovely Spanish restaurant located in a small town outside Madrid. About 15 of us went here for a dinner organized by our local host and we really enjoyed it.
The restaurant is fairly big once you enter and has seating for about 70-80 people. It's elegant with comfortable chairs and classic in design. We had a set menu so I really don't know what the normal menu looks like.
We started with some tapas and it was very nice. The octopus was amazing and the croquettes were also really good. I had the local drink of Cidra which is an Apple based wine and it was also nice. The main course was beef cheeks which were cooked to perfection and tasted really nice.
Service was good but only Spanish is spoken here. Overall a lovely place and I am sure we will be back here again as it's close to our office in Las Rozas.
