Michelin 2017, 2019 & 2023, but very humble & fruendly. The food was exceptional & surprising.

Amazing place, must stop if you go to Aracena. The waiters are very friendly and were speaking English and French on top of Spanish which was nice to ask about the menu. We had the best lamb we ever tried (it was the large portion of lamb, they had small and large, each is different receipe). They also had kids chair for our 17 months old and were very friendly with our little one even though she cried a bit. Definitely recommend ! Just be careful of the opening time though, it is spannish time so lunch is not possible at 12pm, only after 1 or 2pm.

There are many restaurants in Aracena, and I consider this to be one of the best. At work here is a chef who thinks outside the box and is very knowledgeable about tastes and parings. So the restaurant offers great food of excellent quality and things you will not find elsewhere. Of you think you've just had about everything of the standard menus across Andalusia, visit this restaurant and pick the things you have not seen before. There are plenty choices and I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic food! Try the most awarded dishes! They are a festival of taste and quality. Skip the main touristic street and try this amazing place a few meters away from the Grotto of Wonders!

I had dinner at Rste Montecruz in July 2019. Tried 3 of their tapas and had dessert. Staff spoke basic english and were very friendly. It´s easy to find as its on the main road with some street parking in front of the restaurant. I´d highly recommend this place for their excellent quality of food. Particularly notable was the salmorejo, iberian ham (produced by them) and the presa iberica (pork dish) Fabulous

The food was incredible the staff was very friendly and helpful and i really enjoyed the experience. You should come here after the visit to the caves ❤️❤️❤️❤️
