Absolutely exquisite food from start to finish. Impeccable and attentive service. Very different and interesting locale (the library in the entrance is fantastic all by itself!). Obviously, chef Chicote is famous, and that could be a double edged sword... Not so here. He delivers on every single culinary level that he prides himself on. We came in with very high expectations, and we were certainly not disappointed in the slightest. The (late summer) menu at the time featured three options, smaller, medium or the full-on large experience. We picked the medium one, and unless you are extremely hungry, or expect to spend several hours, that was enough for us. Don't misunderstand, the food is not slow by any means, it just takes a while for a guest to go through all the dishes. :-) A fantastic experience. Thank you chef Chicote, and to every single one of your chefs, sous chefs, as well as the floor staff, and all your other staff, to make us feel welcome and have a culinary experience out of the ordinary. 10/5, will go again as soon as we have the opportunity to visit Madrid.

An absolute blast in terms of fine dining and Chef Chicote's passion to bring great food was very visible in every dish we were served. Ambience, service, attention from staff, the food - everything was impeccable and beautifully done. We can't wait to be back soon in Madrid and will make sure to go here again.

Keyword is FLAVOUR. All the dishes had plenty of it and were really enjoyable. We went for the shorter menu and was plenty for us. Service was really nice and efficient.
