"This restaurant occupying a former workshop boasts a unique layout that includes access via a corridor lined by bookcases of cookery books, a bright and spacious dining room featuring a host of designer detail, and two kitchens (one a striking open kitchen in the centre of the room, and a second enclosed space that is still visible to diners). The cuisine here bears the strong hallmark of experienced celebrity chef Alberto Chicote, whose constantly evolving contemporary cuisine, showcased on three menus (Fiesta, Festival and Homenaje), is based around Spanish ingredients and fusion dishes with a Far Eastern touch. An interesting feature here is how all the team wear bracelets similar to the one worn by Chicote himself, which was given to him as a gift by a Masai tribe during a visit to Kenya and is a daily reminder to him of how we will never achieve our goals on our own." - Michelin Inspector
