Restaurante Palio

What an amazing experience. Two brothers taking care of every single detail. Isaac is up front, managing all tables with a great service and attitude. Very friendly and accommodates every single request. And Jesus, the chef, is just amazing. We had the menu and ended up completely full. The beans and the callos were so good and tasted like the best homemade meal you can imagine. And the bread, made by them with their grandfather's recipe, came out warm and so delicious. I would not be surprised if they get a Michelin star (they are a Bib Gourmand already)

Excellent food, well presented and the staff are fantastic. Reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

Everything was great. An owner of the restaurant is very friendly and cool guy. We tried different courses and all food was really well done, homemade bread was fresh, wine pairing was good too! I highly recommend this place if you are around!

Excellent customer service 100%!, Super nice, with a vintage atmosphere, also super cool entrance room . The food was so delicious !!! Wonderful menu. The people from the restaurant were super friendly ..5 Star Restaurant! :) :)

Astonishing food. We were in our Honey moon in the Maldives and had the opportunity to taste some of the Palio creations. The Hotel organized a program to bring well known chefs from around Europe to cook on the Water Villas restaurant for special occasions (Dining with the Stars). We were lucky to meet Jesus and Isaac there. The food was fabulous even with the restrictions that Maldives and a remote little island impose on the goods imports. One of the guests who was next to our table simply said... : " I don't like duck but this one was delightful!". With no doubt this dinner has been the best one in our stay on Maldives and in the whole Honey Moon. They also did a Master Class of Bread cooking where they explained the different types/quality of breads which makes you wonder why we eat the low quality bread we eat normally... And you can taste the different! I strongly recommend to visit Palio restaurant if you have the opportunity.

Finally got to take my girlfriend for her birthday, both the food and service were outstanding.... Desert came complete with birthday wishes written on the plate in chocolate! Can't recommend enough!! Definitely worth a visit

I love this restaurant. Whether in english or spanish the service is fantastic, they go above & beyond to accommodate. The food hands down is the best in the area. I've been going for 5 years & I have never been dissapointed. Thank you for all that you are & all that you do.

This is the best restaurant for miles around. Come here every time we come to Spain. Never disappointed - deserves a Michelin star.

What can I say - the food, the ambiance, the service - all excellent! Isac our server was entertaining, knowledgeable, timely and generous with all of it. Highly recommended - don't miss a chance to experience this restaurant.
