"In this pleasant restaurant along a pedestrianised street in the centre of Haría, the main focus is on a series of daily recommendations (an option we recommend) that complement the à la carte, with everything here based around seasonal ingredients. The updated take on Canary Island cuisine is highlighted via dishes such as the pork-based “cochino embarrado” (literally “muddy pig” in English), which showcases high-quality ingredients along with subtle hints of fusion." - Michelin Inspector

Delicious food featuring local producers, with their own bodega/wine! Sat out on the patio with my pup - service was excellent and the food came out right away. They held the dessert (highly recommended the cheesecake made with local goats cheese) until I had finished my wine.

I am so glad that I had the chance to dine at this restaurant before leaving Lanzarote. The lady was so professional and friendly; she recommended several unique Canarian dishes and Malvasia Volcanica and Listan Negro wines to pair with the fish taco, squid croquettes, satay goat empanada, gofio lentil stew, etc. The restaurant is located in a picturesque town called Haria! Highly recommend this place 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Thank you, Tacande❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was my husband's birthday and he deserved a special treat as he, and the whole family loves good food. Some research had gone into finding a good choice and happy to say Tacande lived up to all our expectations. Lovely setting, incredibly friendly staff, and amazing food. We are not usually 3 course eaters but the occasion demanded it and so we had the pleasure to eat our way through lots of lovely things. The fish croquettes, Muddy Pig and Pineapple were our favourites but everything was excellent. Enjoyed with a lovely white and red house wine. As you can see in the photo the staff even rustled up a birthday candle for the birthday boy and personal congratulations. ❤️ A real highlight of our stay.

This restaurant is amazing! Food was great and very tasty. The octopus absolutely delicious: soft, tasty, nice flavour of bbq and not burned, definitely one of the best we had so far, croquettes were also delicious: soft inside and nicely crunchy outside. Our kids had nice fish and chips made out of good piece of white fish. Everything was fresh. Service was outstanding: very friendly, everyone was smiling and they were really patient (we were there with 2 small kids). Definitely worth visiting!

The food and the service were absolutely incredible! When I ordered the chocolate volcano for desert, our waiter told me “it’s so good, I am crying” and when I had the first bite, I knew what he meant. A divine taste of the warm dark chocolate and a hint curry in the surrounding spice will literally give you tears of joy.

We loved this spot! Our experience started even before we sat down to eat. The head waitress, came out and greeted us, she thoroughly explain the menu, and allowed us to explain our food restrictions. She then proceeded to follow up with the chef, to be sure that these could be accommodated, which they were able to do enthusiastically. We had 1 meat eater, and 5 pescatarians. We also have several food, allergies, and food sensitivities, that were accommodated again with enthusiasm. This is a very important aspect to our group. We ordered the middle tier menu. All of the food was colorful, and creative, and even more importantly, it was delicious. There is a reasonably priced and fairly diverse wine selection. The interior is nicely designed with a very calming atmosphere. It is nearly impossible to choose a favorite dish (because they are all TOO GOOD), but we would say likely the grilled Hake main dish. It was cooked to perfection and not overdone. The menu is resonantly priced as well! Thank you to the team at Tecande, we had a lovely evening and thoroughly enjoyed your creative menu!!
