Outstanding experience from the arrival to the restaurant until the very end. Excellent food raw materials, with local signature dishes (pulpo, anchoas and ternera de rubia gallega).
Aside from the food that was UNBELIEVABLE, I really enjoyed the time the staff and the chef Manuel Costiña himself dedicated to us, ensuring we were enjoying the experience.
Service simply perfect and professional.
Location was a small pearl inside the city center of Santa Comba.
The overall experience took 3,5 hrs approximately.
Right after our arrival we started the gastronomic tour (we booked the Garatuxa menù) from their basement where they receive and start to work their food raw materials.
Each appetizer was served in a different place and the staff also described the main activities they usually do in that place, that was also very interesting and unexpected.
Then we moved to the ground floor where we enjoyed the main part of the menù.
Lastly, after the dessert, we were kindly invited to their salon to enjoy coffee/infusions where the petite pâtisserie were served.
Definitely a gourmet experience I recommend if you're nearby.
A special thanks to the Chef who was so kind and for being there all the time, making us feel like at home.
