Outstanding experience from the arrival to the restaurant until the very end. Excellent food raw materials, with local signature dishes (pulpo, anchoas and ternera de rubia gallega). Aside from the food that was UNBELIEVABLE, I really enjoyed the time the staff and the chef Manuel Costiña himself dedicated to us, ensuring we were enjoying the experience. Service simply perfect and professional. Location was a small pearl inside the city center of Santa Comba. The overall experience took 3,5 hrs approximately. Right after our arrival we started the gastronomic tour (we booked the Garatuxa menù) from their basement where they receive and start to work their food raw materials. Each appetizer was served in a different place and the staff also described the main activities they usually do in that place, that was also very interesting and unexpected. Then we moved to the ground floor where we enjoyed the main part of the menù. Lastly, after the dessert, we were kindly invited to their salon to enjoy coffee/infusions where the petite pâtisserie were served. Definitely a gourmet experience I recommend if you're nearby. A special thanks to the Chef who was so kind and for being there all the time, making us feel like at home.

This was one of the most spectacular experiences of our lives! The hotel is unique - beautifully decorated small villas in a private space with a communal kitchen/dining area. I strongly recommend ordering in-villa dining one evening (especially if you have been out all day). The hotel sets out the table for you and the food is a series of delights. The restaurant is a little drive from the villas, but the hotel team pick you up from your door and drive you to and from the restaurant. The welcome is a series of stunningly crafted amuse bouchées all made with locally sourced products. You are then escorted upstairs to your table for the full dining experience. It’s a wonderfully balanced tasting menu that takes you on a tour of Galician cooking and ingredients. You will be sated but not stuffed or dreading the last courses, the dishes are just the right portion size so you can enjoy everything served. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and are now thinking of making this our annual treat. Cannot wait to come back.

This is, without question, the most incredible restaurant we've even been to. We had just returned from San Sebastian, and even on the heels of the dining experiences we had there, this restaurant absolutely blew us away. THIS is truly creative gastronomy. In combination with the multi-room journey, this was an unparalleled experience. I cannot say enough positive things about the quality of ingredients, creativity of the dishes and their plating/presentation (with subtle nods to Galicia - love the Sargadelos dishes!), and the uniqueness of the kitchen and wine cellar tour. This was an experience like nothing we've ever had. We will be returning yearly.
