Retro Polish Restaurant and Wine Bar

I had a wonderful experience at this Polish restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious — it truly felt like a home-cooked meal. Fantastic salmon, roasted beet salad and fried duck pierogi. Service was very good.

Wanted to try something a little different from Pierozek (which remains the undisputed pierogi champion of course). This used to be another restaurant that got rebranded a month ago, and when I arrived on a Sunday, I was pleasantly surprised to find a live band. Some great beers on tap, well-priced and tasty food, and good service. I had the bigos and a zapiakanka, which were both solid.

5 stars! Great food and an amazing wine selection. The vibe takes you back to the old Greenpoint—warm, authentic, and full of charm. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Highly recommend!

A real gem, great food, great service, and very reasonable prices

Killing food. They are also a Japanese-style "vinyl record bar". They also serve breakfast. They are open for lunch w a bar and 150+ year old E European pils on tap. There is everything to like here. It's super clean & the staff is super nice. They "get it". Other places could learn ALOT from them

Great meals complemented by staff who know their job. The staff shows exceptional kindness and adjusts to requests. The cooking is consistently excellent and the servers maintain standards. The vibe is excellent, the staff treats you well, and it resembles a hidden sanctuary in the city. Completely won over by this place.
