REVEL Lounge

Was there on Halloween and the DJ couldn't play anything with a tune. It was all just bass strong enough to vibrate your bones out of your body. How am I supposed to dance to that? He finally played Party in the USA, so I at least got to dance to ONE song. Also they tried to charge me $6 for a water bottle? As if!

REVEL lounge was a great time. The place is nice and the customer service extras they have added like the staff walking around with free appetizers are a very nice touch and not usually seen at a club. The cover charge however is steep. $40 to get in without RSVP gonna Thursday night is outrageous, even for Hollywood. The unnecessary cover is why my rating is 4 stars.

Had a great night here a few times !! The atmosphere is top tier and the Dj was definitely special . I will be returning soon enough

First off we got tickets to Tuesday night directly from the rebel lounge website. It said it starts at 10:30.we got there at 10. They actually let people in around 11:18 & suddenly there’s a surprise cover charge & Asia says she doesn’t know what promoter is doing that lol but it’s their own website. The link under Tuesday on revel lounge website takes u directly to eventbrite to get free entry on guest list.the surprise cover charge is $40 for females & $60 for men. So $100 surprise.& she said only cash app,zelle or cash.i only accepted to pay to seee Jaidyn and she was there for her 3 songs and that was it and at the very end. Drinks were $9 to $17 each and we had many.invite said dress upscale no athletic wear but many woman were barely dressed & some men were in track suits.& pajamas .location. Is not on a Main Street.aesthetically inside is nice outside looks horrible .Never Again.

It was ok. It was my 1st time going there last night for a bachelorette party for my new sister in law. It wasn't to my liking but I wasn't there for me. It's way too dark in there not enough lighting. You can barely see in front of you. The workers had to use flashlights to assist us in our area. It's more for the younger crowd between 20-30 yrs of age, but of course, it's a club. So you have to expect that. Otherwise, it's ok if that's your style.

Never again. Came here on opening night and the skinny security guard with the beanie (Sky?) tried selling us a table. A few minutes after we declined, he told us we were taking up too much space and had to move to the center of the dance floor if we wanted to “just stand around”. This is how you treat people on your opening night? Good luck running a club that way loser. There’s plenty of other clubs in walking distance that appreciate your business, so I suggest going to one of those. This place won’t be around long.

Decorations is very cheap security are not good , servers trying to charge your card as much as possible. Definitely don’t recommend this place .

Came back to my car with a busted window plus everything gone. Not the establishment fault, but the type of area where something like this can happen.

Wow I'm very impressed with with brand new spot located in the heart of Hollywood. Hollywood use to be my stomping grounds when I first moved to LA but over the years Hollywood started to die down a little. Since after covid o have been in need of a place that brings amazing vibes and live music. This please is such a beautiful space 2 floors decked with lounges, 2 full bars, full restaurant, bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Plus there is a PARKong lot in-front of the venue. I got s chance to meet the owner and to hear what he plans to do with this place is very exciting. This place has so much potential with music with Jazz, salsa, rnb and so much more. This place is perfect for girls night out, date night, big groups, private events and more.

Saw a party for playoff football advertised we showed up and it wasn't open. Other people did too. Don't promote something then not be open

Not even 1 star. This place is so jenky, terrible sound, overpriced drinks mixed poorly & owned by A-Holes. Its dirty & has a spilt alcohol mildew stench. They dont pay their DJs or promoters. The worst. Its one of those jenky Hwood clubs thats dredging the bottom trying to survive by ripping you & everyone else off. Do not even think about being seen here. Any 4-5 star review of this place isnt real, fakes all the way to their YELP page.

This some janky as club, I have never been to some bullshit that doesn't start on time and they lied about being behind schedule some; over 2 hrs later and they still haven't showed up. What a great first fucking impression.

100 dollars for a cover charge per man is crazy.. Do better. People were chill but price is outrageous

Hi, my name is Audrey Bland and I went to Revel club sept 16th Saturday 2023 and I had a ball dance time with my friends Alicia and Keenya Carter. I enjoyed the music that day because it played mostly Hip hop and r and B music; even from back in the day. I wanted the old school songs to play a little longer like "Ginuwine " and Cousin Snoop to play more at the club. My friends and I enjoyed the variety of music including suavicito. I think there should less smoking in the club not so much were its in the air for hours. Other that we had extremely extremely fun to where we all got our grove on!"

This is a typical club, but there are some glaring issues. This club has no damn ac. It was hot as hell in here. Also, don't ever buy a bottle from here. Of course it's horribly priced, but that is normal. The problem is they had 166 dollars of "tax" on a 500 dollar bottle and it did not include tip. So they are stealing from you and hope you don't notice. Go to dance and dress light.

Smaller than advertised but it was fun. However they didn't do a NYE countdown. It was after 12am when the confetti dropped. Besides, it was enjoyable.

I made a reservation for today Sunday January 8th at 12pm and received an email confirmation for a party of 9. We show up and the venue is closed. People in our party came from as far as Cerritos. What a complete waste of time and gas. So disappointing we will never try this place again.

Horrible event. Hosted a day brunch. $500.00 usd for bittle service for one bottle of Titus vodka, then charged 33% vague combo of tax and tip. Not vusy ar all and their so called main event guest entertainment never showed up. The place was never full. Very disappointing. Would not return

Give it 0 stars. Their so unprofessional they don't even answer the phone. They say they cared about me wearing open toe high heel. When the security was smoking outside. Then doors say they open 10:30 they wasn't open till they start charging people: 11!!! They stay scamming stay away!!!!!!

drinks, and atmosphere are excellent. Hollywood has been long overdue for a new Jazz and RnB venue. I suggest getting there early to secure the best section for the live performances. This will be our new go-to spot. I can't wait to come again.

I made a reservation with a Group of 10 to review this brunch Sundays advertised on Instagram. all of my party came at least 40 mins to meet here and the place was closed. this was so unprofessional and we knocked no one opened or picked up but as we were waiting we seen someone open perk out their head and close the door. Then we called multiple times and no answer.
